My iPhone 4 turns off when I receive or make voice calls...
The problem occurs several times a day, but not all the time i make or receive calls
I already tried several times to restore the iPhone as "new device " but the problem persists.
Someone has already met and eventually solved this problem?

The iPhone 4 reboots when GSM radio is turned on. You can use it when it's on a charger, but turn off fast when you use the GSM radio.
Basic troubleshooting steps as outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup and finally restore as a new device. If you've tried ALL 4 of these steps and you're still having problems, by all means, bring your phone into an Apple sotre for evaluation.

When I'm using my camera on my iphone 4s, the Iphone switch off and says that there is no akku power left. But when I switch on after a minute, the battery has still half of the power... do somebody know the issue?

alexSounds kind of stupid, but check to make sure that your iphone case cover is not blocking the edge of the camera lens. I had a silicone case on my 3S and when it got older, it started tot slip and the edges of my pictures were blurred.

I can turn it back on but when it's on the charger it just soon turns off again. Not sure if the new update is the cause of this or not. Any solutions?

Hi my phone turns off after being in sleep/lock mode after a few minutes. to turn back on i have to hold the home and power buttons for a few seconds.
When the phone is charging it does NOT turn of in sleep mode.

Are you using any 3rd-party accessories with the iPhone?
Try syncing and backing up the data on the iPhone, then restore it and set it up as a new phone.

Iphone turned off when i plugged it in to a docking station and won't turn back on
i was going to listen to some music on my vivo docking station and my boyfriend put his iphone on the docking station and his phone just turned off and wouldnt turn back on i put mine in and the same happend.. anyway my boyfriend called apple and spoke to someone who told him to hold the home and lock button to reset the phone this didnt work he then told us to hold the home button and plug it into a computer. My boyfriends worked but had completely drained the battery so he charged it and its fine, we tried all the same things for my phone and nothing will work anyone got any ideas? Iphone 4 16gb by the way.

Does turning off Cell Network Search effect my voice calling?
Under Location Services then System Services I have Cell Network Search turned off. I was wondering if this being off effects my voice calls in any way?
You can find out the answer yourself.
Log into icloud.com and use the find my iphone feature and see what it says.
BTW there is no Apple in this forum, just apple device users like you and I. -

both touchpad and mouse are active even though the touchpad is disabled
I am saying that the touch pad still is active/turned on/ works, even though it is disabled according to the menu screen that I reach through control panel. It works all the time, in any program I am using. My latest attempt is to delete the software (Alps vers. 7.1207.101.225) but I see that has not worked either. I'm a poor typist and need to watch the keyboard and my thumbs touch the pad and send the cursor and current words somewhere other than the line on which I am trying to write. Very frustrating.[

If it has a temperature warning, you may have over heated it. Keep it inside and at a cooler temperature exposure. Give it some time. Try holding down the home button and the power button at the same time until something happens.
