I have an iphone 4, I have configured two Yahoo accounts and other ..
Well, now and then I skip a window and asks for the password of Yahoo accounts ... I introduce the password and it works ...
I do not understand why sometimes asks me the password ... I was before ... but totally reset the Iphone ... and now comes back.

It means the apps in question were purchased under your Apple ID rather than his.

You can't reset it. If you don't konw the password then you can't use that backup

Why is the finder asking for my password now in Mavericks?

What steps did you perform to install Mavericks?
It sounds like there's a permissions mismatch between your account and those files. If you ask the Finder to do a "get info" (File > Get Info), what do you see in the "Sharing & Permissions" section? Compare that will a file you just created.
There's a way to reset the permissions of your files while in "recovery mode" (boot with command-R held down), but I can't give you details.

Are you trying to restore from a backup that is encrypted? Or is it the lockscreen?
If it is the lockscreen password, connect in recovery mode to restore:iOS: Unable to update or restore and iPhone and iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen you will have the option to reset the password.
If this is the password for the backup and you don't know it, you'll have to start all over again by setting it up as new device: How to back up your data and set up as a new device and you will lose all data and settings on the phone.

You need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

When the clerk asks for the last 4...

I've run into a problem with Apple pay I don't know how to get around. Several times (at Staples & Sports Authority) the transactions using Apple pay has gone smonthly until the clerk ask for the "last four numbers of the card." When I give them the last four from the passbook screen, the transaction fails. I am thinking this is because of the creation of a unique number for each transaction.
I am usually the first person the retailers have encountered using Apple pay so they know very little.
Any thought on how to overcome this?

Are you giving them the last four digits of your actual Cr Card Number ...or are you giving them the last four digits of your iPhone's U
nique Device ID Number? I have never run into the problem when I have used Apple Pay. I know that some Retailers are requesting their store clerk to record the Code number from the front of a Credit Card, while others are asking their store clerk to record the last three digits of the verification number from the back of a card. Still other Retailers are asking their store clerks to ensure the Cr Card is signed by the Customer. Again, when I have used Apple Pay thus far I have not been asked for any additional information. In any case, the Unique Device ID Number can be found by going to your iPhone's PassBook App and on the screen showing your Cr Card click on the "i" and then scroll down until your see your Unique Device ID Number ...then try giving those four digits and see if the transaction goes through. In the transaction receipts that I have from Apple Pay transactions, that Unique Device ID Number is what is printed (last four digits) where on non-Apple Pay transactions your would have seen the last four digits of your Credit Card Number.

2. I selected "Set up as New iPhone"
3. It registered
4. It was activated, and was an iPod Touch basically
5. I sold it, so I can't try it. I now use Verizon, so no SIM, although I do have an original iPhone (retired), but can't find my old SIM.

Why is the program asking for a password to color a PDF. I changed the end to png and it was working and now quit

I was using PDF from a nonprofit i work for to color with PS Elements. It worked and then no longer allows me to drop files into PS Elements.
First I download the PDF's ....then I change the end from PDF TO .png and then drag and drop into PS Elements ....color .....
Then I put the files into DropBox and send them to iphoto to use in Doceri
FIrst the error message was about Parse
Now the message is that I need a password to use the program.
Friends all over the country can get this to work but it is NOT WORKING. I emptied and redownloaded dropbox.....not the problem.
We set up a dummy account and still could nto use.

PSE asks for a password when the file was password protected by whoever created it. You can't really expect decent results if you just change the extension of a file. A PDF is a very different animal than a png file and contains very different information, so it's not surprising your results are poor. That's the sort of thing you may get away with once in a while, but you can't expect to use it as a regular workflow.
Your whole procedure sounds extremely complicated for no particular good reason, at least as you describe it. It would be simpler to open the pdf in Preview and save a copy as a png if that's the format you need, but saving a pdf as anything other than a pdf will generally create a lousy looking file. I would just leave PSE out of the equation here, since you don't seem to be doing any editing with it.

Did you mean REMOVE or MOVE? If MOVE, how do I do that? If REMOVE I think I just right click the preference and then choose remove.
Any other third part apps?- What might the ones be that are causing this - I generally have quite a few other third party aps from TextExpander.
Thanks for any additional comments here before I try to do what you've suggested.

3g doesn't work if the iphone asks for wi-fi connections

If I try to connect to internet and the Iphone asks if I want connect to wi-fi and I don't want, the 3g doesn't work. Only after turn the iphone off/on the 3g works again.

I didn't use the term Reboot since there is no such thing term wise.
It is power off and on, then there is a Reset which is a system restart without powering the iPhone off and then a complete Restore.
Basically a Reset accomplishes powering an iPhone off and on so not much point in doing so first.

Iphone asking for itunes password constantly

A month ago something changed and I now get frequent reminders asking for my itunes password - probably about 20-30 times a day. The requests always come in sets of two in a row. How do i turn off this very annoyed undocumented feature?

No guarantees here, but launch itunes, make sure you're signed in and the account name & password match what's on your phone. Connect your phone & sync. This may fix the problem as your account info is passed by itunes when you sync.
