The ITS service "bbpsc01" had to be terminated

Hi All,
While accessing any of shopping cart transaction bbpsc01/02/03 from web bowers it gives error as-

The error occurred on the application server SAPSRM_SR5_01 and in the work process 0 .
The termination type was: RABAX_STATE
The ABAP call stack was:

What happened?
    The ITS service "bbpsc01" had to be terminated because the Web AS has sent
    the following error message:
    Error message: "Status profile CMECHR is not allowed for "ShoppingCard Header    (BBP)" "   Message type: "-"
Error analysis
    An error message had been received from the Web AS. No template was
    found for the basic screen of the error message (program: "SAPMSYST" screen
    number: 40), and therefore the ITS service had to be terminated.
    If you can, fix the cause of the error. Only then is the
    error message no longer sent from the Web AS, and the ITS service can
    then run again.
Can you suggest the correction of this? We have two client in SRM and in one its working fine.

Unable to access the ITS service externally

Transaction code created for the ( ABAP )Z-report.
Using this Transaction Code an InternetService is say ZITS_DOWN is created in se80 and it is added to the services list in SICF transaction code.
The report is used to perform the download the file n the file server for example : C:\down_dir\file.
The user has to browse the directory using the F4 help , the popup appears for selecting the fie directory path.
further the file is downloaded in the selected path.
By activating the relevant JRE the functionality for the F4 is working fine in the internal server (by accessing the application using the its service )
But when we use the URL / link (its SERVICE) externally , we can able to reach the applicaton.
But the f4 pop up for selecting the filepath is not coming . the server can't be reached externally.
but can be reached internally.
The internal servernames may not show up in the pages,
Thing is the code of the related pages must be adjusted in such a way that the servername is not needed.
Please provide some useful guidelines to overcome this kind of issue .

Externally does often mean that a Reverse Proxy or WebDispatcher stands in between.
Please have a look at SAP note 1145306 which provides some hints.

Accessing the Logon User Exit from the Internet using an ITS Service

I can access the Logon User Exit (EXIT_SAPLSUSF_001) from R/3, but not from the Web using an ITS service. What am I missing in order to access the Logon User Exit from the Web. The ITS service was created from an ABAP screen program.

The SAPGui logon exit is called after successfull authentication has been completed and after a SAPGui session has been attached.
If you logon via RFC, WebGui, ICM or the Wgate then this exit does not trigger.
What are you wanting to add to your code after the logon ?
An solution I have used is to create a wrapper RFC for a BAPI and create a webservice for the wrapper. Before calling the BAPI you can do whatever you want to from a security perspective.
But for that you need to have an appropriate BAPI...
Please explain what you want to do and what you would have wanted in the exit. Often there is a better way.

Initial and expired password status is not checked during login for ITS Services

Dear all,
we have the following Basic problem or question regarding ITS-based ABAP Services provided via browser to internal and external customers:
The user call the ITS via URL "https://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/it13?sap-client=03&sap-language=en" his browser.
To access the Service a simple login Dialog appears for entering the credentials (UserID + Password).
The problem with this simple Dialog is that after resetting the users password this initial password status seems not to be checked here.
That means, that the user is able to login with this initial password and he is not forced to change the password.
In difference to this the intended behavior is provided for example when the SAP Standard ITS Service "webgui" is launched by the user:
The user launches der Service via URL "https://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-client=03&sap-language=en"
In this case an additional first SAP WebAS login dialog appears where the users has to click on a Login-Button. This login button opens
another login dialog as a popup where the user is able to enter his credentials. But if the password has an initial status the user is
forced afterwards to change his password.
So the login behavior of the webgui Service is what we also want for the any other ITS Service. We've already compared the service properties and
settings (SICF), but we could not find any difference.
What can we do to change the login behavior for the ITS services ?

Can you attach a screenshot of the "Logon Data" tab of the service 'it13' in transaction SICF?
In SICF - Tab: Error Pages -> Logon Errors
is 'SYSTEM Logon' selected for both the 'WEBGUI' service and 'IT13' service?

Publishing ITS Service

Hello
I created a its-mobile service and published this service by se80.
Testing the service with transaction u2018SCIFu2019 works well (with firefox or internet explorer).
By testing this service again in u2018SCIFu2019 sometimes the text of the push-button for Transaction LM01
and the text in my own dynpros disappear.
After publishing the its-service again und testing by SCIF it all works well.
Does someone know what the problem is, I thought publishing the service one time must be enough.

Hello Remi,
I don't understand your question. You are using an external ITS 6.20. Publishing a service to your ITS (IACOR must be running) will put the templates into the templates folder of an instance of your ITS installation, the Javascript, CSS and GIF files (mimes) into the instance folder in your web server installation path and finally the service files in the service folder of your ITS installation path.
You will not need to use SICF with an external ITS nor will you use an ICF node like /sap/bc/gui/sap/its...

How can I test that the ITS is setup right and working?.
At present when calling a CRM transaction (BOR object) via the Nav Bar of the Webclient IC I am getting a message box with the title of 'Message from Webpage' and the content saying 'Object expected'.
I have re-checked the transaction launcher and navigation bar profile setting and these look okay, hence my question regarding the ITS and how we might test that its functional.

I assume that as I also have a call to a URL (website), which is working fine, then the ITS servicer is also working fine.
That just leads me to know identify why my BOR object is not being called correctly.
Within the Transaction launcher I have the following settings:
Entries

Description: xxxxx
Class name: ZCL_ZZIC1_LT01
Statefull: X
Further Technical details
Transaction type: BOR Transaction

Can anyone see any problems with these entries?.
what's the best way to ensure that 'CRMD_BUS2000115' is a BOR object?. I can run it as a transaction.

I'm not so sure if I understood you correctly but you can create iViews using the iViews wizard in the portal.
For creating ITS (Web based access to transactions) iViews you can use the transaction (WEBGUI) iView:

And for customized pages on ITS you can use the IAC iViews:

For that you will need to create and configure a 'System' object via the portal system landscape ( System administration -> System configuration) The major parts to be configured are:

ITS section (for WebGUI) u2013 ITS Host Name, ITS Path, ITS Protocol
User Management section - Logon Method (SAPLOGONTICKET, UIDPW, X509CERT) , User Mapping Type (for user mapping personalization)

I have a local installation of Apex 2.2 that I downloaded from the web. I completed the installation successfully.
I had set off the Startup of the Service in the Administration Tools - Component Services to Manual
When I start the service OracleOraHome_ApacheASControl, it gives me the error

Hi Laxmi,
The ASControl service is opmn. Opmn (Oracle Process Manager Notifier - I think), is like the main service that starts all other services in the Oracle HTTP Server world (depending on what you have installed). You do not need opmn started to run APEX, just the HTTP Server.
If you really want to know what might be going wrong with opmn, then i would issue the following from the command line
opmnctl startall
You should see one of the processes fail and it will inform you. You can then check in <ORACLE_HTTP_SERVER_HOME>/opmn/logs/<process name> to see why it failed.
At the end of the day, something cannot be started from opmn and really this is not an APEX issue.
NOTE : TO see the status of the process's you can issue 'opmnctl status'

I've installed SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SR1 ABAP Trial Version. I'm following instructions given and the next step is to log into the system via web gui with this url: http://localhost:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-client=000. However I'm getting this error:
Service cannot be reached
What has happened?
URL http://localhost:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
Note
* The termination occurred in system NSP with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.
* The selected virtual host was 0 .
I did some research and from what I've read I should activate a service trough so called SICF. After installation I've got only sap management console in wich I have this main NSP node, below that database instance and SAP system instance, I tried to logon to this system instance choosing "logon" from context menu but always with some errors. Now I'm stuck, please help.

Hi,
You will need to login using SAPGUI for windows first and then execute transaction SICF and from there, activate this service.
Please install SAPGUI first on your machine and login using it.

The DPMRA service terminated with the following service-specific error:
An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
I think I have fixed the issue by uninstalling the DPM Agent and reinstalling it. It now needs a restart (I will do this after hours)
Is there a better way of fixing an issue like this?

Something has probably changed on the protected server side that affects the DPM agent. In some cases the DCOM configuration could change. Look at this blogpost and verify your DPMRA DCOM object.

The Remote Desktop Management service terminated with the following service-specific error %%4294967295

Got this error after a reboot for the monthly MS hotfixes. After messing around too much, I finally found the problem and though that I would document it here since I have not found the solution anywhere I looked.
This is in a Remote Desktop setup of two RDCB using a SQL DB that is hosted on a third server. The Remote Desktop Management service would fail to start with the "The Remote Desktop Management service terminated with the following service-specific
error: %%4294967295" error because the SQL Server service hosting the database was offline. It had not automatically restarted after the same hotfixes. So I started the SQL server, then was able to get Remote Desktop Management to start on my RDCB without
any delay.

Under Network Preferences, select the WiFi
click on "Advanced..." button
Select the network you want to delete from the list and click on "-"
Click "Ok"
Click "Apply"

You may also want to delete the wireless key from Keychain.
Open Keychain, seach for the old wifi network name, slect it and click delete
