There is no such thing. If there were, nobody would bother writing different applications. If you are primarily focused on still image editing and video, Adobe Production Premium is the way to go. You can find any number of tutorials just by searching Google and many good ones are linked from the Adobe help systems as well.

Hi! So I haven't used iTunes in a few months but I just got an iTunes gift card and want to make a purchase. iTunes redeemed it just fine but now that I want to make a purchase I am having problems. I can't remember my security question answers and iTunes is requesting them. I have two other verified emails but the are NOT rescue emails. I can't contact iTunes over the phone because my phone lines are out and are going to be out for a long time. The only way I can contact them is by email. How can I do this? What is the maximum size the of files we can use for reading and writing

i have attached a vi which i use to read and write reports.
My system would run continuosly for more than 2 days, typically i expect a file size of 30MB per day. I keep on appending the data in the file.
The VI everytime opens the file appends it and closes.
Does this affect the performance as the file size increases?
What is the effective way to do it?
Is there any file size restriction in windows?

First: The performance by increasing file size depends from the file system (FAT32 or NTFS) you are using. NTFS will be better if the file size increases. Also the size of the partition will have an effect on this.
Second: The effective way will be not to close and reopen the file. Use "File I/O > Advanced File Functions > Flush File" to write the file to the system instead of File Close and File Open. Flush File will force the file system driver to write the file to disk and update the file information on disk. On NT based systems this will be done with a latency time of 4 seconds. This is even true if you close the file and the time cannot be changed.
Third: There are file restriction to the lenght which do not depend on Windows, they depend on
the file system. FAT32 can handle files until 4 GByte (2^32) and NTFS can handle 2^64 Bytes. Since LV is platform independent the LV file functions can handle only 4 GByte. The offset parameter in the file functions has a I32 data type.

Using a LabVIEW application as default program for opening files

Google has returned nothing useful on this. I want to use a built LabVIEW application to open data files from the Windows desktop. It is easy to edit the Windows registry to set the application as default program - but I'm not sure how to set the event in LabVIEW to open the file. Any suggested reading?

I have done this before...I have a small LabVIEW .exe which looks at the version of a VI and selects the appropriate version of LabVIEW to open it with if available. It also adds explorer context menu items for allowing you pick a specific version of LabVIEW to open the file with.
This is a rough idea of the registry keys for adding a program to handle specific file types and to add items to the shell menu in the installer:
Add your own 'LabVIEWOpenWithVersion' key and then add the key name to the OpenWithProgids for the file extensions you want to be able to open with your application. The command part looks like this:
Look at the Windows/MSDN help for what the different keys mean and how they are used, I think you can also set a key to make one of your handlers (e.g. Open, openWithLV) the default for the file type.
For getting the file that was opened 'with' your application, use the App.Args property, ignoring the first item (which is always LabVIEW) in the array.

Does the LabView support htaccess/htpasswd security for WebPages?

There is a server with LabView's executable which makes reports on the server folder.
Need to get access to the executable through RemotePanels and to html/txt/xls-reports through the same LabView WebServer.
One solution is to use LabView WebServer + Apache or +GServer (has no advantages over Apache).
But in this case we need to authentificate for 2 times: 1.Apache, 2.LabView WebServer.
G-Server
with cgi-scripts is not a solution because of there is a lot of text fields on panels and events
(too many) and NI recommends to use LabView embedded WebServer for panels, not a G-Server.
Has anybody a solution?

Normally the best defense against Virus and other scrap on the net is the User. Never agree to open something you are not sure about. Don't visit dangerous sites, and think twice before make a gesture.
After almost 25 years on Mac, and with X system, the only use for a AntiVirus is you can pass Virus to PC user but that ot effect your Mac. If you use Parallels or Bootcmp (or booth) you need a AntiVirus and Anti what the need on the PC, because that take 20 minutes on PC to be infected.

To search for and return the data - for OBIEE Server, the TimesTen will use as many processors in this single operation?

Currently TimesTen (11.2.2) does not support parallel query so a single query will use only one CPU core, though it will still be very fast due to the in-memory nature of TimesTen. And you can run 40 such queries concurrently without overloading the machine.
Support for parallel query is in our roadmap for a future release.
