A couple of hours ago I renamed the file and then reopened my file a little while later, but the most recent work wasn't saved even though I'm sure I saved it before closing. What can I do? Also, when I have tried to email it to myself as a backup, the fields aren't populated when I open it up. Fyi, I have the free subscription.

I have a 16GB 3GS phone since about20 months now. For the last few days, my phone is constantly giving me message that the accessory attached to my phone is not optimized for this iphone. You may experience noise or poor communication, while there is no acessory attached to it. I always used standard headphones and charging cable. Now when i recall, it started at one of the sync sessions with my itunes. I have turned my phone off and aon again and again but the message keeps coming every one or two minutes.I have also started loosing voicce on different applications like youtube etc. Also the ringer volume up and down key does not show me the small boxes increasing or decreasing on screen. ZiaIt helped earlier but it has come back again. I don't know what to do. I tried what you said earlier but this time even this is not working either. And quite intrestingly my phone won't turn off. I turn it off, it goes off and then restarts on its own and then keep giving the same message again and again.
Could it be a charging cable, is there any chance that the cable which was working fine one day could turn to be "incompatible" with iphone the other day????????

My MacBookPro is less than 3 months old and, for the last few days, it has been loading so slowly, mainly with webpages. I have gotten the swirling rainbow "thinking" icon more in the last days than I have since I bought it. I know I'm spoiled and expect it to be faster than lightening (which it has been) but I am worried that I may have been compromised in some way, or, is there anything I can do as administrator to clear out some "junk"?
Back up your documents and everything else important to you, not that there is any reason to believe your hard disk may be failing, but the symptoms you describe may presage an impending disk failure, and you should have backups anyway.
Given that your MacBook Pro is so new, you should certainly contact AppleCare and take advantage of the free telephone support included in its purchase price.
Until then, if you are motivated to investigate this yourself consider the following:

I have one contact that I've been texting for months, about 5 hours ago, I started receiving an error that the text was not sent. However, if I text a picture and then text with the picture the message goes through. Why am I getting this error?
You can also try out few things >
1) check if the ipod constantly appears in mycomputer section .
- if it does try changing the drive letter of the ipod and try to format the ipod drive(Right click format)
2) if its not comin up in mycomputer then.. there has to be problem with the USB drivers in your computer

Ping increase the last few days.
Is anyone else experiancing higher than usual ping? Usuaully on speedtests I get around 15ms but the last few days it has been 120ms. I have tried resetting the router, changing to openDNS, flushing my connection and nothing has helped. My actual speed is fine though, both up and down are the same as normal.
I just thought I'd post and let you guys know it wasn't a BT problem. I recently installed the new version of Spybot 2 and for some reason it activated a proxy without asking me, luckily a page failed to load and I noticed the Spybot error message or I would have never thought to check it out. After removing the proxy settings in Firefox I'm back to 16ms and full speed.

I have a new Macbook Air, 6 months old, and for the last few days the fan had run continuously, this is the first time it has ever run, and now it won't stop, the fan starts up as soon as I turn it on and the computer seems to running more slowy.The computer is not hot but I am worried it may burn out,.Any ideas on how I can fix this please ?

Here is the screen shot, just the top half, there are another 10 pages, but I guess this should enough for you to have an idea of waht is going on, bit small I am afraid. No, I don't have any apps setup to run when I open my computer, the kernel, varies between 290 and 305 per cent ish.
Would that PRAM thing help ? I think it may be the computer itself, well something inside, as this the first time that the fan has ever started running since I have this computer, even when I have 3 or 4 apps running.

In the last few days iTunes on my iMac intel 21.5" has been launching unexpectedly and repeatedly. I have OSX 10.7.2 and iTunes 10.5.3 installed and usually only Mail and Safari running, although it makes no difference what else is actually running. Any ideas?
Thanks for the reply. I don't use MobileMe, so it shouldn't have been that. I did a complete computer reset by shutting down, pulling the plug for several minutes. Since then, the problem has not reappeared, so I'm hoping that the problem has been solved.

You posted in the "Using Mac App Store" forum but your profile indicates you are using an iPad so that's what I'll try helping you with.
On the iPad tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Then restart the iPad. Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Hi, I m using an iPhone 4 and my yahoo push email was working just fine but for the last few days I am experiencing some problem that is the emails are not getting pushed , I have to manually fetch the mails. So what could be the reason for this.....I have set the email setting to "push" mode. Moreover I can't edit the mail server address ....current it's on Yahoo SMTP server

Why do I have to keep putting my password in to iPad in the last few days for no reason
Over the last few days, every time I go to use my iPad 2 it asks me to put in my password. It did this over Xmas and I cleared out a lot of my storage and it seemed to stop. It's often hard to determine the cause of the usage rights no longer valid. It happens when some sort of change is made other than those that are allowed. It can be due to font problems and other problems that Acrobat attempts to automatically fix.
Adobe specifically prevent you from automating the process of extending documents with Acrobat.
