The latest update install without my permission, how I do to delet it

Question

The lasted update install it self without my permission. You had remind me everyday to install it, but I deny because I need my RoboForm very much, but now it's gone. I need it so badly
How I do to take it away, because I wanted to wait until RoboForm was accepted in this update.
Please tell how I take away it.

I don't see how the Password Exporter extension would work in Firefox 32. The password files were changed as of Firefox 32, and that extension doesn't look like it was updated.
