The letter "o" will not type either lower case or capitals

I have a lab full of Intel iMacs and lots of little fingers that randomly hit keys on keyboards (elementary school kids). I have one computer that won't let the key of "o" work.
I have switched keyboards - so it is computer not keyboard
I have checked/reset all the shortcut keys
I have checked/reset all the speech recognition-universal access keys
Updated Firmware
Repaired HD
I would attempt to re-image, but my server connection is not working for deploy studio
It is all users - and my admin password has an "o" in it so I have been using ARD to control machine
Any ideas out there??

Go to the flag up on the right side of the menu bar and select Show Keyboard Viewer: is the o working on the virtual Keyboard?
In addition to the Restore Default button for Keyboard Shortcuts, there is also a Restore Default button in System Preferences Keyboards > Keyboards > Modifier Keys... that you might want to check.

My dad has a brand new iMac. If he quits an app, this window closes, but the app won't finish shutting down, Force quitting does not work. Once another app is opened, it will not close either. Now none of the apps are responding. Any ideas?

For starters, have him open Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, select the volume (the indented listing) and Verify Disk. If it reports any problems, have him try a Safe Boot by holding the Shift key at startup. This boot will take much longer than usual. It's checking and trying to repair the drive directory, if possible. Once in Safe Boot, have him repair Permissions.

Also, have him try a PRAM Reset. At the startup chime, hold down CMD-Option-P-R together, listen for two more chimes, total three, then let go to finish booting.
Also, is he running any AV? If so, have him uninstall it. It might be responsible for this behavior. (There are no viruses for OS X.)

On your iPad tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.

Does it light up at all? If not, you could have a battery issue.

Does it happen with the apps that came with the iPod?
Does it happen with all apps you have downloaded/installed?
Have you ried deleting the apps and redownload/install the apps? You will not be charged again if you are signed into the same iTunes account that originally purchased the apps.
Next would be to restore from backup
Last would be to restore to factory defaults/new iPod.

The url window will not take me to web address when I type it in. Has always worked before, I have not changed any settings.

You need to first install the OS your Mac came on the bundled gray disks. Assuming it's Snow Leopard, you could then login into the App Store using your same Apple ID and password to download and install Lion.
If your Mac is a bit older and came with Leopard, 10.5.x, you can bypass that and install Snow Leopard from your retail disk. The only software you'd need to install separately from the gray disks would be the optional software, such as the iLife suite and other titles not included on the retail SL disk.
