  • After updating to V 15.0 I have the issue that suddenly many but not all of the functions do not work anymore. Menues and download links do not work.

    I have updated my firefox to version 15.0. After this I have the effect that at some unspecified time during use many of the functions stop working. Menu's do not open, download links do not work anymore and so on. Opening new tab's or windows still works. Links on pages partly work partly not. Copy and paste does not work anymore on webpages. It takes ending the firefox process and restarting to correct the issue until it happens again. I have those effects on totally different webpages. At this time it happens every time after I start Firefox but not right away. Firefox first works for some time and then it suddenly doesn't anymore without me having done anything special

    To Reset Firefox do the following:
    #Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
    #Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
    #Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
    #Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

    None of the links I have tried have the download.
    Googling for the right link does not help, Microsoft seem to have removed the download. I have tried many links

    I'm having trouble with the Indesign Trial download link, cant seem to download.
    Currently using OSX 10.9.2 and Firefox
    Have already created a creative cloud and when i click on the download 'buttom' this address comes up and firefox nor safari recognises this:

  • Download link does not work

    I have purchased Adobe Lightroom4 upgrade online in New Zealand, and the download link in my order does not work.  I contacted the Support via Chat and was told to call the 0800 NZ number.  I have been on hold for over an hour!  Any ideas on where I can get help?

    Can you try downloading using a different browser. Also, can you provide us with any error messages that you see when you try to download? Have you checked if pop-ups on your browser have been allowed?

    I am using Weblogic 6.1 on os from HP.
    I have a hyperlink which allows downloading .xls file.

  • ITunes Download Link does NOT work

    When I opened my iTunes today it told me that there was a new update iTunes 5.0.1 was available.. so it took me to the website but I don't see anything but text. I can't see any download buttons or links or anything like that, same thing goes to the iPod Download page.
    Is there something I'm doing wrong?
    This has never happened before.. I need help..
    From the look of all the posts here, is 5.0.1 worth the risk? Many of you talk about problems.. I never had a problem installing 5.0 so would I be getting problems..?

    OK fellow iTunes users, try this:
    1. Make sure you have that file called "mapi32.dll" found in your Windows/system 32 folder.
    If you cant find it let me know, I can guide you through it.
    Next, make sure All these are started: TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper, Windows Management Instrument, and WMI Performance Adapter.
    How to do this: Click on the Start Menu;Right Click on my computer and then choose manage in that menu. In the left hand panel click "services and applications" and double click services. Find those files and then click them and see if they say started and automatic.
    Next: download QuickTime 7 stand alone. http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone.html
    If you are running mcafee or nortons, disable your firewall, antivirus and all that. Then restart
    Next: Download Bonjour for Windows. Heres the link: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone.html
    Restart your computer. Remember if you have that anti virus crap, turn it off for the DL.
    Next: Download apple itunes and restart, turning off all virus programs again. It should work from there. Good luck

  • Previouse Purchased Download link does not work

    So I have bought an album my first album on Itunes and accidently I deleted all the mp3 files now theres no mp3 to locate. When I go to my purchase to see my previouse purchases all of the songs have a Downloaded button on ther right corner. I cannot download them again and I dont know why ?
    P.S I have just started using itunes but have looked at all of previouse posts regarding this :S

  • What do I have to do to open the Lightroom 5 trial download?

    When I click to open it, it tries to open in Photoshop CS6. I've never had anything like this happen before.  Also, how do I bring my email and password up-to-date?

    Your password and e-mail can be changed on your global Adobe account. Click on your name here on teh forum to access your profile, then in the right-hand pane click on the Edit Adobe profile option. For questions regarding the LR 5 Beta, ask in their forum.

  • Update Firefox to version 17 (the newest version) - Green button link does not work, please help

    I currently have Firefox version 16.0.2 installed on my laptop with Windows 7.
    Every time I attempt to go to the update site (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/) and click on the green update button, I am sent to the 'Thank you' page, and no download begins.
    After that page, it attempts to redirect, I am assuming to the download; URL is https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-17.0.1&os=win&lang=en-US
    I receive the following error: Unable to connect - Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at download.mozilla.org.
    Please let me know how I can update my Firefox to the latest version.

    Same problem until I cleared the 67MB cached web content under:
    Tools>Options>Network
    It immediately took care of it without a browser restart.

    After downloading the Lightroom 5 trial version, I can't get it to open for installation. Please help! FYI, I'm using Vista 7.

    Gieared Lightroom 5 requires Windows 7 or later.  I would recommend upgrading your operating system if you wish to use Lightroom 5.  You can find the system requirements for Lightroom 5 at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/tech-specs.html.

  • Lightroom 5 Trial Download

    I started downloading the Lightroom 5 Trial something like half a lifetime ago.  Seemed to be going OK after I disabled the pop-up blocker, but  4 hours later it was still running and showing no signs of actually getting anywhere; and then Firefox seized up on me and now I can't even get the download to start again - I just keep getting the same error page.   I can get into the purchase page, or trial for some other products, but not all, and certainly not Lightroom.
    What on eaarth is going on with this?   Is there something else I should check with the security settings, or does the Adobe system somehow think I've already downloaded the thing and don't deserve any more, or . . . well, or what?

  • Download lightroom - download button is not working

    Unfortunately my laptop was stolen and now that I have a new LPT, trying to download lightroom again. Went to the adobe website but the download button is not working.  Also checked support online. It said to right click the button and select open in new window. Tried that too - no luck.     TonyE is correct the plugin version comes with Adobe's Reader X.
    The failure in communication is two parted:
    1. Reader X is not Acrobat (Mozilla Plugin Checker)
    2. Acrobat is not mentioned in the Reader X download Page (Adobe)
    therefore confused clients.
    For readers '''CAUTION''' check the minimum requirements for Reader X.
