The Lion King combo packs

I have a question about the combo packs for The Lion King. In the version details it gives the different versions of the movie and what is on them. I was wondering, what is the difference (if any) between the 2-disc blu-ray pack and the 2-disc DVD pack? They give the exact same details for both and they both cost the same.
I am sorry in advance if this is a stupid question.

I know it's been awhile but I wanted to answer your question in case you haven't yet placed your pre-order.
Disney sometimes puts out Diamond Editions that have the same disks, but the outter casing is styled to fit the primary collection you are adding to. Basically, if you primarily own DVD's purchase the DVD-styled case that has the DVD and Blu-Ray disk. If you have a Blu-Ray collection you are adding to, you will probably want the Blu-Ray case, again housing a Blu-Ray and DVD disk.
Disney quotes the following as the contents for their Diamond Edition set:

HT203167 The lion king movie no longer available

I purchased this movie and it is no longer available I have searched the internet and I've read that Disney had taken it off of iTunes. I have also heard that it was a glitch on apples part and it if you purchased the movie you would be able to still download it. Has any one else came across this problem?

You can only redownload films if you are in a country where redownloading is possible (and the film studio allows redownloading), and if the film is still in your country's store - so you won't be able to redownload it until if/when Disney put it back in your store.
Do you not have a copy of it on your computer and/or on your backup of your downloads/library, or on an iOS device ?

I purchased a combo pack the download will not acknowledge my serial numbers

I purchased the above mentioned combo pack on September 5, 2103 (Order #AD009301367). Apparently I did not get the complete package downloaded back then. I have been working with the Premier Elements organizing my photos, but when I went to begin creating projects, it tells me I do not have all I need. I am mising photoshop elements. I cannot download it because the customer site will not acknowledge my serial number. Can I get help with this. Without the photoshop portion of this package, the entire purchase is useless.

Serial numbers should not have anything to do with downloading the application. Try downloading from the site linked below, but be sure to carefully follow the instructions.

Lion King Trilogy-Does it have all the disks?

I ordered: Lion King Trilogy Collection - AC3 - Blu-ray Disc SKU: 2863723
But information is incomplete in how many disks are included. This is the 8 disk set, right?
The Lion King includes:Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray, DVD, Digital Copy
The Lion King 1 ½ includes: DVD, Blu-ray
The Lion King 2 includes: DVD, Blu-ray
All other websites I found say the Trilody collection is this. This is what I ordered on Best Buy?

How to ensure iTunes download in blu-ray combo pack?

When purchasing a blu-ray combo pack, how can you determine if the digital copy will be honored by the iTunes Store? Is there a certain logo to look for? I am seeing less packs with the actual iTunes logo. The words "works with iTunes" is meaningless since that might mean they expect you to copy a file from their web site into iTunes OR add an extension to iTunes. I'm looking for some way to ensure the code in the combo pack is REDEEMABLE from the iTunes Store.
Prior to every other provider popping up, I would always purchase the blu-ray combo pack before buying the download directly from iTunes. After getting burned a few times by mediocre companies with proprietary downloads I stopped buying discs altogether. With over 1,000 owned movies from iTunes, countless purchased TV seasons, eight AppleTV devices, and multiple iPads and iPhones, I really do not want to move away from Apple.

Wow, you're locked into the Apple ecosystem!
Here's how to tell:
If it says "Digital Copy", then it's iTunes compatible. Usually, you have to go to the Film Distributor's website, enter the code, then it passes you iTunes for download. Sometimes it's just copying from a DVD to your hard drive (which you can then use in iTunes).
If it says "Ultraviolet Digital", you're not going to be able to use it in iTunes. I've not seen any that are just Ultraviolet.

As noted in another post you have on this subject, the license for the Lion download is linked to an AppleID...you may install on multiple machines, but only the AppleID that the license is linked to can perform updates. If you want the OS linked to another AppleID then you must purchase the OS under that AppleID. Ownership of the license is not transferable to another AppleID.
Further, if you read the Tems of Use carefully, you will see that you must remove Lion from the computer it has been installed on, if not factory installed, before that computer can be sold. The buyer you sell the computer to is not the license holder and will not be able to perform any updates.

Which combo pack of HP 02 ink actually has the most ink in the cartridges?

I used to buy the combo of ink that had 150 sheets of photo paper in it until a clerk told me that there was actually less ink in those cartridges even though they are the same apparent size. Now I buy the combo pack of HP 02 ink that is ink only for about $10 more in price. Was the clerk accurate? The photo value pack PN# Q7964AN #140 says that it is ink and paper for 150 photos. The Black and Color Combo Pack PN #CH611FN#140 never says how many photos it will print. Would you either tell me how many grams in each of the different cartridges or compare apples to apples photo printing pages? THANK YOU

If by reset you mean pressing any key combos, I'm quite certain.

Destiny the Taken King pre-order issue

I've brought destiny a while back and I brought the two add on packs well the season pass well they am bringing out the taken king and when I try to pre order it it says not available for purchase even though my friends Ave the only difference is u bought the season pass they brought the two add ons separately any ideas

This issue has been reported to the Store team who are investigating the problem. In the mean time we have discovered a workaround that will allow you to pre-order the Taken King expansion for Destiny.
Please note in order to pre-order the Taken King stand alone expansion (without previous expansions) you must own both The Dark Below and House of Wolves expansions or the Destiny season pass.
To pre-order the Taken King DLC first search for the Dark Below expansion or click here. As you already own this content there should be a purchase button with a price of £0.00.
Select the purchase button and confirm (as long as the price is still £0.00).
Complete the same process for the House of Wolves DLC
Again make sure the price is £0.00 before confirming the purchase.
Go to the Taken King product page and you should have the option to pre-order.

''The new king of the desktop'' cannot even catch the internet!

Ever since I bought Lion for my MacBook Pro my internet wireless connection has constantly been dropping off without any warning. Restarts sometimes bring it back but I find it frustrating and embaressing that ''the new king of the desktop'' cannot even catch the internet!
I brought my machine to an Apple repair store here in Barcelona and the assistant assumed straight away it was a Lion software problem and how that he now advises everyone not to change over to Lion as it cause too many problems . They checked my MacBook Pro and confirmed the hardware was totally fine and that the problem was in fact the software.
I asked if they could fix it, (I mean there are laptops that are built in garden sheds that can carry out the simple task of picking up wireless internet!!!) I picked it up the next day and the internet had returned to my machine however a few hours later the same problem of the internet server not being found was regularly recurring. It is just not good enough. I spent 70 euro for nothing!
If anyone has any suggestions on how to resolve this, they would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I will just have to follow the Apple assistant´s advice and 'just go back to Leopard'

This seems to be a well-known issue. I had issues with my mid-2009 MacBook dropping its WiFi connection under Snow Leopard as well. Lion made it worse and it happens at least once a day now, although there are some weeks where it doesn't happen. It's the only WiFi-enabled device for it to happen. I don't know of a fix.

Pricing Issue for Combo Pack

How to configure a combo pack pricing? for example each soap cost Rs.17 but if you buy a combo pack of 4 soaps then it is Rs.54. Please assist..

Free goods is a kind of quantity discount, and is granted in the form of a goods delivery that is free of charge when a certain quantity is purchased. You can use it to encourage your customers to order greater quantities.
You can find more information in the SAP Implementation Guide (IMG) for Customer Relationship Management under Basic Functions ® Free Goods ® Set Up Free Goods.
In order for free goods to be determined automatically in the sales order, free goods master data must be maintained.

I can not wake the Lion and can not see the Snow Leopard

I have a (White) 2007 MacBook, with a new 640 GB HD.
It has 2 partitions: a 40 GB running Snow Leopard ( I am a teacher and have no time - and desire - to substitute my AppleWorks DBs until this year ends) and a 600 GB running Lion.
I have an AIM mail account but I can´t use Mail, because I never know if the message was sended or not; AOL said that my configurations are right and that the problem is with their servers, but they not returned the solution.
So, yesterday I was answering an e-mail message in my journaling application, using Journler 2.6 for Lion. I copied an word from the message I got and pasted in my reply. I highlighted the word to change the font to Georgia.
Then, something strange happened: the word Georgia became attached to that arrow that I use to click to activate anything. Nothing was responding. I had to Force Quit the Journler.app and all the other apps that were in the background. Even the OS.
1) When I started the MacBook again, obviously came the last partition used: Lion. It showed the 2 accounts for that partition, i.e. the Administrator account and mine. I clicked on mine and nothing happened, I tried the Administrator account and nothing happened.
2) I inserted the disc I burned with the Lion OS, holding the C key: the MacBook rejected; I inserted the disc of Snow Leopard that I bought from Apple: it was rejected either.
3) I tried to access the MacBook through a Cube running Tiger. I saw both partitions but I could not do what I intended to, that is, change the startup disk to Snow Leopard.
4) I returned to the MacBook and I got a surprise: I could log in my account. But I only could see the apps in the dock, I was unable to open any of them.
5) I tried several other times yesterday and today with no success.
Of course that I want my Lion back; but now the more important to me is to get my MacBook running my Snow Leopard account. I register all the data of my students - presences, absences and grades - directly on an AppleWorks DB file.
So, the big question is: how do I change the startup disk to Snow Leopard?.
My resources are: 1 iMac 800 MHz running Tiger; 1 Cube 450 MHz running Tiger; 1 FireWire cable (to access the MacBook in the Target Mode, which I will try next); 1 iPhone 3G and a never used 8 GB pen drive. There is a MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard, that is not at home now but eventually could come today, I am not counting on this. It was bought in september of 2009 and I am not sure if it has a FireWire port.

I am using mobilme now, it's working good.
No doubt Icloud is better and a mindless method.
My only problem is that I won't be able to use Icloud with mine 2 computers.
1 is update with Lion, the onther one is with SL, cause it's a CORE DUAL (no update possible!).
So that's my problem, buying a new one or never be able to synchronize after june 2012.....

Abnormal behaviour with Lion. Opening Pages causes my Mac to have a lethargic performance since I installed the Lion OS, anyone has a similar problem?

Since i first installed the Lion OS, my mac has been having performance slowdowns while working on Pages. It appears to affect all functional software and hardware. E.G. when clicking either the dashboard or the desktop button it does nothing, Pages has a horrible lethargic processing, etc.
The strange thing is that Pages does reflect a considerable improvement if working in the fullscreen environment.
If anyone else is having or had this issue could you please give advice.

You would be better asking these questions in the Mac OS X 10.7 Lion Discussions area. The Pages Discussions area is just about Pages so we won't be able to help you with general Mac OS X problems.
However, there is a big difference opening Pages/Numbers/Keynote from Launchpad or my previous Dock. If I use Launcpad, those software open now decently quick. Using Dock is much more slower.
Have you tried removing the Dock icons for iWork and readding them?
I also downloaded Lion Disk Recovery Assistant - I am surprised that these were not on my Mac already, though my Automatic upgrade assistant informs that no new upgrades are available.
You may be surprised, but you're not being singled out. The Lion Disk Recovery Assistant was not made available to anyone via Software Update. It's a manual download from Apple's Support web pages.
If you were not aware of the Mac OS X 10.7.1 update being available you should check System Preferences > Software Update and ensure it's set to check for updates as frequently as you require.
