The Location bar shows me the TITLE tag info for a page in large font + the URL in small font. How can I turn off the display of the Title tag, I just want to see a list of URL's. Bad design to force it that way, I don't like it. I know what a URL is.

I don't need the YAHOO. I find it so completely annoying that you have forced me to look at TITLE tags when I am trying to find the URL I want. This ought to be a setting that I could control. Is there a hack into my registry, or something along those lines, so I can turn off this horrible design element.
Mozilla hasn't changed anything like that in Firefox 3.6.x versions, which is getting security patches but not any further development of new or existing features. Plus, Mozilla doesn't install anything related to Yahoo, something else probably installed that.

There was a feature similar to what you are describing, that was in and out of the Firefox 4.0 betas last fall, but the 3.6 versions never had anything remotely like what your description has me visualizing.

Also, when I add a new chapter before chapter 5 this should automatically change to:

I could use a bookmark (e.g. to the first word in Chapter 5) but this would be not right.

All the websites doesn't allow you to turn off the sounds, but that is just the thing I need to do. So how can I turn off the web browsers sounds? This is so small thing, that I refuse to believe that this kind of button doesn't exits.
In Vista you can set the volume and mute setting for each application separately in the volume mixer.
You can click the Volume icon on the Windows Taskbar near the clock and click the Mixer link at the bottom to open the mixer.<br />
You can adjust the volume level for each application in that window.<br />
You will only see the Firefox program in the Mixer if you are on a website that plays sound. -
I like the additional security features but don 't want to type in a password every time I use my phone. How can I turn off the requirement for a password but leave "Find my Phone" active?

If you don't want to do a restore, then your iPad may remain in the unstable state you have for the moment.
You can change the country in the App Store. Have a look at the bottom of the App Store screen, you can change the country and also do the permanent change via Manage > Account.
You can change the language in iTunes via General Preferences > under General tab. -
How can I turn off Recently Visited Websites when opening new Safari window?
After tapping on the two overlapping boxes on the bottom right of Safari, a new blank window appears with Favorites, but now in iOS 8, recently viewed websites are listed. Let me try to ask my question a little more clearly:
When I tap the two overlapping boxes on the lower left (the option to Open New Windows), the new Window that appears will show your Bookmarked FAVORITES. But with my new iPhone 6, and the new iOS 8.0.2, when I tap the two boxes to open a New Window, my Bookmark Favorites show (as they always have and should), but below them, there is a dividing line underneath them, and it says Recently Viewed Websites, and has these websites available to tap.
So my question is, HOW DO I TURN THESE OPTION OFF?
*UPDATE (10.13.14): Since I have asked this question, I no longer see these Recently Viewed Websites under my Bookmarked Favorites in my new Window tabs. So I hope that Apple fixed it, or somehow it was a mistake, or somehow I changed an Option on my iPhone 6 that stopped this for reoccurring.

Hello, I recently bought a new Toshiba A660-1FL.
However bothers me is the lighting of the multimedia keys, if I work in the dark.
In Bios I could turn off the led illumination, but the power on/off button is still lighting,that distracts me when i am working.
This notebook has two power LED, so the power on lighting is in my opinion, unnecessary.

Yes in fact, the difference is color, design, but also location and brightness of the LED.

I was today at a local electronics store, and saw that Toshiba has the brightest Power LED on A660, but why it must be placed under the LCD and not in the front as in my old notebook Toshiba A210.
I also had the idea with a tape, but it would look ugly, and it must be removable without residue.
P.S. Also the fingerprints on the glossy keyboard do not look nice. -

And on sites with their own "stay logged in" feature, Safari's password memory sometimes interferes. Is there any way to stop Safari from asking me if I want to remember passwords, or am I stuck saying Never for this Site on every site I visit?
Password autofill can be secure or insecure, depending on how you use the computer, but if you want to disable it, select from the menu bar
Safari > Preferences > AutoFill
and uncheck the box marked User names and passwords. -

Importing Photoshop RAW images into Aperture
When I import Photoshop RAW images that I have made adjustments to, into my Aperture library, they show up as the original RAW files and not with my adjustments. Is there a way to get the RAW adjustments imported as well. The only reason I need to im
