The mail application on my I-Mac dates all mail, whether sent or received, as 5th (of whatever month it is). The computer clock is working, so it's not that. And the time seems to be right. I have no problem with my MacBook. Can anyone help, please?

Open Keychain Access in Utilities, use Keychain First Aid under the Keychain Menu item, then either check the Password under that item, change it, or delete it and start over. See if there are duplicates, should be one for Incoming & one for Outgoing.
Resetting your keychain in Mac OS X...
If Keychain First Aid finds an issue that it cannot repair, or if you do not know your keychain password, you may need to reset your keychain.

Can anyone out there help, after a recent Apple software update my Epson Stylus Photo RX640 will no longer print, every other aspect of the printer works fine including the scanner but it just will not print, I sent an email to apple but all i got was an automated reply directing me to their support page, the email i sent is below this explains in full what the problem is & what i have done to try & fix this problem.

I'm pulling my hair out after a recent software update from apple, since this update my Epson Stylus Photo RX640 will not print, every other function of the printer including the scanner works fine,
Please see attached file of the error message coming up in the print queue.
I have spent days trying to fix this, i have been onto Epsons website & followed their resolution for this error message to no avail, after contacting them again with the results i got an email back saying : In response to your email, the RX640 will use an inbox or gutenprint driver on Mac OS X 10.6.8, it is not compatible with an Epson driver.
I have also tried re-installing drivers from original Discs for the printer but it still will not print, obviously this error has been caused by Apple's latest software update, when are Apple going to fix this problem? i need my printer working ASAP.

BrianIt is hardly Apple's fault that Epson can't/won't update their driver, but at least Epson suggest that you use the Gutenprint driver, which in any case is far better that what Epson offer.

My Ipod touch screen has gone white with bright white spots on it. I have restored it and it shows in ITunes but the screen is still white. Is there anything I can do? The warranty has run out so I will have to pay for any repairs (if it can be repaired). Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
If you still have problems after restoring the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod then you very likely have a hardware problem. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

I have a problem with my Ipod, can anybody help me???
I own a 30GB Video Ipod and when I placed my ipod charger into it I noticed that the screen began to cut off. Then i took the charger out and restarted the Ipod and i turned on. I then thought it was just a slight malfunction. I placed the charger back into the Ipod and when i did this, the Ipod cut off again. When I tried to turn the Ipod back on, it would not turn back on. I tried to plug the Ipod into the computer USB cord but to no luck. I then borrowed a friends charger, still no luck. I am not sure what happened, but hopefully the person reading this will. Please provide some help for my Ipod
Have you tried holding the MENU and SELECT (center) buttons until you see the Apple logo to reset it?

I've lost my itunes icon from my desktop and can't see it anywhere else. I have recently upgraded to windows 9 and thought maybe this had something to do with it. Can anyone help please?
Has iTunes been uninstalled or removed from you system?
Is it no longer in the Start Menu or in Control Panel?
What exactly was downloaded and installed? There is no Windows 9, so it's not possible that it is installed on your computer. -
Getting error message on hp c4280 All in One printer when scanning. "USB not connected". Have gone through everything on HP help but reinstall of drivers. We have never been able to scan. Printing and copying are fine and have never been an issue. Can anyone help please?
So, is it connected via USB, or via Wifi/Airport?

I have downloaded the adobe student suite and whenever I open any of the adobe applications my laptop is incredibly slow, I cannot use any other application at the same time and often have to force quit. I have taken all my files off my laptop and added to my external hardrive. Can anyone help please?
