Hi, I found that the maximum number of cheques that were shown on one cheque stub is five. Does anyone know how to print more than five cheuqe lines on one cheuqe stub?

G/L Account Numbers printed on Cheque Stub

I have a client that wants their cheques printed with reqular invoice information on the cheque stub for their vendors and then another page (internal) with all the detailed invoice information and General Ledger Account information shown by detailed item of the invoice.
That is, the cheque and stub is printed at the Invoice level and the "second" stub lists all the item detail that makes up the invoice line with corresponding G/L account code.
Another request is to print the "second stub" only as a pre authorization / verification step prior to the creating of the physical cheques.
Can either of these things be done and if so how?

i wnt to give n numbers in cheque field.
it declared in zprogram like this (PARAMETERS: S_CHQ_NO(10) TYPE c.)
if i change the 10 to 30 it will take only 30 numbers..but i want to give n numbers..in form interface of samrtforms it declared like (s_chq_no type char(10))..on selection screen it shows 10 numbers field.
please guide me

As per my understanding,
if you are giving input like 100,200 means , declare S_CHQ_NO TYPE string.
or range wise if you are giving input means go with select options .

I want a way to get the max date but only look at rows with a certain category value - ignoring the other rows. My detail table contains expenditures including date (col A) and category (col D) the number of rows will increase with expenditures over time. My summary table will have a cell for each category and display the last expense date for that category using a functionality that I must ask of you, dear community.
I am using the latest numbers on an iPad (4) with IOS6.
Secondarily, I would like to add another cell in the summery table with the value (col E) of the last expense for each category.

With the addition of an auxiliary column to the Main table, a second header row to the Most recent table, and a minor modification to the formula on the second table, the tables can handle a range of dates set by entering the first and last date into A1 abd B1 respectively of the summary table, Most recent.
Note that the selected range, shown with a green background in the auxiliary column, does not contain any category B expenses. Using LOOKUP, this would result in a repeat of the January 6 expense bering listed in this row. Switching to VLOOKUP, which can be set to require an exact match, allows the result shown—if there are no expenses in a given category, the formula returns "none" (or whatever message you substitute for "none" in the formula in that column).
Formulas:
Main::A2: =IF(OR(B<Most recent :: $A$1,B>Most recent :: $B$1),"x"&E,E)
Fill down to the end of column A.
This column must be located on the left side of the table (ie. must be column A), but may be hidden.
Most recent::A2: =IFERROR(VLOOKUP($D,Main :: $A:$D,COLUMN()+1,FALSE),"none")
"FALSE" will display as "Exact match" in Numbers's formula editor.
Fill down to the end of the table and right to column C.

Hi Angela,
Default lines on cheque stub are based on your localization. If you want to change this, go to Document Settings - Print Preference - Per Document - Check for Payment to change Maximum Lines. Be careful to change it - it may not work easily.

We use Crystal Report XI R2 and Oracle 10.2 database. This is a web based application on Windows server 2003. After generating the report user usually kill the broswer, but the connection is still in Oracle database. Is teher a way to set up the max connection numbers on application web server?

When connected to my external screen the desktop numbers are not in sequence

Relatively new to Apple but use an Apple external screen. When viewing muptiple screen on the MacBook they are shown in order left to right 1 2 3 4 etc however when connected to the extrenal screen they show 1 3 2 4 It is confusing. Also applications seem to move from one screen to another wthout operator (me) instruction. One explaination for this may be me losing my mind but the screen order is a definate.

This is true; however, Windows will boot from a GPT disk only on an EFI-based system. If the computer in question supports EFI, you can make that switch, as described here, or you can re-install Windows. OID Max numbers of connections reached.

OID version 9.0.4.1.0. There're constant error messages '* ServerListener:2 * ERROR : ServerListener : Max numbers of connections reached. Num Conns
= 900, Max Conns = 900, Closing the connection." in the ldap.log file, but netstat -a|grep port|wc -l always return connections lower than 150.

Looks like that's helped. While the errors persist, OID isn't dieing.
For anyone with similar problems, it looks like docid 437493.1 is useful. Upgrade clients to at least 10.2.0.3 to defeat a sqlnet problem.
Just tried it with the 10.2.0.5 patchset and it seems to be working and not generating the 104 error on the OID server.

Record the coordinate point of the max y value on chart

I am trying to figure out how to get labVIEW to record the x and y values at the coordinate point of the location of the max y value. In other words, at the max y value, record the x and y values at that point. I though of using the max and min fn under signal processing but it only records the maximum value on one axis. I am using labVIEW 8.6. Any suggestions? Also I am very new to LabVIEW so I appologize if this is a really simple problem.

An array is a serie of numbers, so unless they are all the same there has to be a minimum and a maximum.

Exceed what? A loop that acquire data continuously or what?
The solution provided by smercurio is ok for a static array but I start thinking that you acquire data and want to find the maximum value over different blocks of data.
Is that it?
If yes then you need a shift register that retain the maximum of passed blocks. With each new block compare the maximum of that block with the shift register value. If it's larger keep this one as a new maximum. If it isn't larger keep the original value.

How to activate camera attributes in the MAX / LabVIEW

I have created an icd file for a VieWorks camera. Therefore I used the camera file generator tool of NI. In this tool I can setup camera attributes. After creating the file, I opened the MAX and selected the camera in the IMAQ devices. The attributes I generated where correctly shown. The question now is how to activate the attributes. For instance I created an attribute to activate / deactivate the FAN. When I select the attribute in the MAX and set the value to ON, nothing happens.
This also fails when I use the SetCameraAttributes.vi in labview. I use LV2009 and IMAQ 4.6.1
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello,
Just check in MAX that the "Serial Enable" is selected. It seems that the serial command is not send to your camera.

How do I calculate the max latency of a PXI 8135 (controller) to PXI 6528 (DIO) output?

We are using a PXIe- 8135 Controller and a PXI-6528 DIO module in a PXIe-1082 chassis. We are sending DIO input and output commands using Powershell in Windows 7 on the controller. Due to tight requirements I need to know what is the max latency from when the Powershell command is issued to when the read input or write output command will take place in the DIO I/Os.
If this should be in a different Community Board Location please let me know.

As the latency of Powershell and Windows are not tested, it is hard to determine the latency of your setup. The latency from the PXIe-8135 to the PXI-6528 should be in the realm of nanoseconds. The PXI-6528 does have a couple of latency numbers that can be found within the user manual on Page 24, and they are as follows:
Minimum pulse-width for change detection - 150 µs
Propagation delay - 65 µs, typical
You may be able to do some testing to ballpark the latency of the controller OS/software side of the input/output commands, but depending on how critical this latency is to your measurements, you may want to look into using a real-time OS instead.
