iPhoto downloads the Photo Stream. No problem.
I quit the program, turn the computer off.
Next day, I turn the computer on and start iPhoto, and it downloads the entire Photo Stream library again. It just takes time for iPhoto to download the entire library every day. Can't it just remember the pictures it downloaded and just download the new ones? Both my computers do this. I tried to rebuild my library and even re-installed iphoto, but neither fixes the problem. Very frustrating.

I use iPhone 5s and iPad Air to take photos. They download automatically to my iMac. However, I often get dups, triplicates or more on the iMac. How can I stop this and how can I get rid of the extras that are already there?
Try upgrading your Mac to the newest version of OS X Mavericks, and try upgrading your iPhone and iPad to the newest version of iOS 7.
OS X Mavericks may not be in the Mac App Store by now, but you can find the newest version of Mavericks here at download.com: http://download.cnet.com/Apple-Mac-OS-X-Mavericks/3000-18513_4-76018588.html. Note: Download.com it a safe website to download free software. -
To get straight to the point, whenever I open iTunes or close a pop-up from iTunes, it starts scanning through my collection of applications. This has slowly got on my patient nerve. It wasn't always this was. Before I transfered all my data from my Mac to Pc, it worked fine. So I am wondering what is it doing, and how can I stop this. Bare in mind I have alot of apps. Thanks in advance for the help!
Sincerely,
TarellanoYou can only use the German iTunes/App store if you are located in Germany. The German store is in the German language.

Hi Frantic503,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
When you are the Family Sharing organizer, purchases are billed to your account unless the family member making purchases has an iTunes Gift Card or iTunes credit on their account. The attached article has more information on how this process works.
Family Sharing - Apple Support
What I may suggest in your situation would be to discontinue the Family Sharing and use iCloud calendar sharing. Using this method keeps your accounts separate but allows you to still share your calendar.
iCloud: Share a calendar with others

Hello, I was trying to purchase Whats app, when I try to enter my credit card info, it keep telling that my security number don´t match, but my credit card got charged, 3 time in a row. I can send a screen capture of the message telling that already charged my card.
How can I fix this problem? I mean how can I download the app or get the credit in the store or get my money back?
Thanks in advanceHi Marvin,

One of the Windows 7 features is the pop up box icon at the bottom toolbar which displays which pages are open when scrolling over it. After installing Firefox 4 this function does not work anymore, instead it was replaced by Firefox tabs above.
I believe you are talking about taskbar previews. To enable them you need to change a hidden preference.
# Type '''about:config''' into the location bar and press enter
# Accept the warning message that appears, you will be taken to a list of preferences
# Locate the preference '''browser.taskbar.previews.enable''' and double-click on it to change its value to '''true''' -
I just want to know how to stop it from appearing everytime i open my browser.
Do as it says and then launch it from the Applications folder. If there's a Dock icon pointing to the instance of it on the mounted image, drag that to the desktop.

I have searched online but only find old solutions 2005 through 2010, so many of them do not make sense. As in one said go to computer then to C then to programsx86 then to Mozilla and in that folder you will see two versions of... I did not see that. Another said about the same and go to Firefox safe mode....click disable all add-ons....I do not see any of that. I don't know if any of this helps you help me. I appreciate any help you can give. Sincerely, Jonathan
Is it using yahoo as its search engine, or switching to yahoo's browser. If it is using yahoo as its search engine, you can change that in settings>options>search and at the top it will show you a button that you can click to choose your default search engine.
Have a great day!!

i can see firefox adding https to every single URL i try to go to, if it fails over it goes to none HTTPS. i do "not" have https every where installed, i do however have avast installed, if its a feature of avast i cant find it.
You set the Boolean pref <b>browser.urlbar.autoFill</b> to <i>false</i> on the <b>about:config</b> page to disable auto-fill on the location bar.
See "Prevent Firefox from automatically completing URLs":
You can set the <b>browser.urlbar.formatting.enabled</b> pref to <i>false</i> on the <b>about:config</b> page to disable the highlighting of the domain and see the full URL more clearly.
You can set the <b>browser.urlbar.trimURLs</b> pref to <i>false</i> on the <b>about:config</b> page to see the http: protocol on the location bar and in the pop-up if you hover a link.

Space issue on my phone: random 7 GB of 'other' that I can't get rid of.
When I plug my phone into iTunes, it says that there's 7.08 GB of 'other' on my phone, and no matter what I delete, the space is still taken. How am I able to get rid of whatever is eating up all of my space?
