The new iOS 7 doesn't work properly to my iPad (3rd versions)

Is it too rush to allow it for installation? Apple should test it securely before issue to public! I need to force restart my iPad always!!

The symptom you're describing could be either hardware or software related. The troubleshooting steps as follows are to start isolating the issue on both ends.
From a hardware perspective, start with an SMC reset and an NVRAM reset. You can also run Apple Diagnostics to see if it picks up any immediate hardware issues.
After that, if the issue persists, try things out in Safe Mode and in a Test User. These will start looking into software issues.
Of course, another option, if you want, is to return/exchange the machine for another one. The return/exchange policy with Apple is 14 days. Just to keep that on the back burner.

    I recently downloaded firefox version 4.0. Upon downloading it I had a few issues occur with my browser. One issue was that all of my bookmarks that were on my toolbar disappeared. Also, when I visit a website and am browsing through it, if I want to go back to a previous page the back button doesn't work properly. Instead of sending me back to the previous page I was viewing it sends me all the way back to the home page or wherever I started on that website. This problem basically affects all websites that I visit. I would like to uninstall the new version of firefox and just go back to my old one if that's possible? Thanks

    To respond to your comments first of all, the Bookmarks toolbar has been removed in Firefox 4.0
    The back button should work as it normally does, but you can also right click it and select it from the list.
    To revert to a previous version of Firefox, download v3.6.16 from here: [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html Download Firefox v3.6.16]
    Then uninstall Mozilla Firefox 4.0 choosing to keep your bookmarks, customizations etc.
    Finally run the Firefox installation file you downloaded earlier.

    I'm having this same problem as well and cannot advance--very irritating. All of the information is filled out correctly and I've editted my AppleID information online separately as well to get around this issue, but no luck...

    I've also noticed that and it's a pain.
    If you maximise the screen and exit out of iTunes (X key), when you restart it, it opens up as you left it but when you press the resize key, it maximises out of the current screen. But if you resize the screen (so it's not maximised) and then exit, once you restart it, the size problem has gone.
    So when I wanted to exit the application, I would always resize it so that it wasn't maximise screen size, and then once I restarted iTunes at a later time, the resize problem would not occur.
    HOWEVER, yesterday I updated my iTunes and I don't get this problem anymore (yet) !!

  • Power button on brand new iMac doesn't work properly?

    I am having problems with the power button on my brand new iMac which was purchased 2 weeks ago. Some days I press the power button and everything works fine. And then some days, I get no response from the power button. I then just unplug and replug the power cord from the surge protector back in and then the power button works!
    I also shut down every night - I don't put the computer to sleep.
    Can someone tell me what is going on? I've searched these message boards and see old post from others out there have also dealt with problem.

    A couple of things first your machine has a 1 year warranty and is covered by 90 days of complimentary AppleCare. You should contact AppleCare to get the machine fixed.
    Next please carefully read your owners manual, below is what Apple specifys,
    "If you'll be away from your iMac for less than a few days, put it to sleep. When your iMac is in sleep, its screen is dark. You can quickly wake your iMac and bypass the startup process."
    Personally I only let the monitor sleep, my system has been running like this for 4 years and is the most reliable computer I've ever owned.

    I expected a performance hit, but my iPad is now unusable with the 10-15 second typing delay.  I didn't expect to loose the use of my iPad through the upgrade.
    I'm going to try a restore to see if that fixes anything.  After that I'm out of ideas.  I will be watching your post for other responses.  I too have a post worded a little differently.  Maybe that will get a helpful response.

  • After upgrading to Firefox 7.0.1 the logmein plugin doesn't work properly.

    I have the Logmein plugin version 1.0.0.664 dated 6/17/11 which has worked fine for Firefox 5, and 6. After updating to version 7 and now 7.0.1 when I log into logmein and click on the link to remote control a WS, I get a 'connecting' message but it never connects.

    After several hours of hard struggle I finally manage to get it to working. It seems that some of my late instaled software was cousing the problem with my outgoing calls after instalizing iOS 7.0.6. I have tried everything, from hard reseting, turning of, puling out my sim card, syncronizations and so on. Luckyly I am making backups of the phone on my Imac from time to time but the Bug seem to occure until I hit the backup from october. What is interesting is that the phone worked just fine when hard reseted without any backup - pure phone without any uplode and apps. Fortunatelly the backup of the phone from october worked. Hope this will help some of you. Cheers!

  • I have added an album to my itunes library, put it in a playlist all on my computer, but when I sync my ipad to the computer, the new album doesn't show up on my ipad playlist. Everything else is on there but this one album.

    I have downloaded an album in to my iTunes library. And put it in a playlist on my computer.
    But I can't get it to sync with my iPad.  The other albums and songs are on the playlist, but not this one album for some reason.
    The album shows up on my iPad as an album just fine, but isn't included in the playlist like it is on my computer.

    Thank you for the question.  It sounds like you would like to delete some songs off of your iPad.  I have a couple of suggestions.
    First, I recommend swiping the individual songs on the album to get the delete option:
    Remove a song that’s been downloaded. Swipe left, then tap Delete.
    If the you are not getting a delete option and song has a cloud icon to the right of it, this indicates the song is being streamed from iTunes in the Cloud.
    You can choose to hide all songs that are not downloaded on to your iPad in Settings:
    Just show music that’s been downloaded from iCloud. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music.

    Alternatively, if the song was purchased from iTunes, you can hide the song by accessing the iTunes Store on the computer:

    Click Purchased from the Quick Links section on the right side of the iTunes Store.

    You will see an "X" either to the right or left top corner of the item.
    Click the "X" to hide that item. A confirmation dialog will appear once you click the "X."

    There are two ways to run the recovery DVD, one is from Windows.  Instead power ont he computer with the disk in the drive.  And imediatly after powering on start pressing the F12 key.  After a few seconds you should see a boot device menu that you can select the CD/DVD drive to boot from.  Try that and let us know if you got the boot menu, and if the disk worked.
