The new Jewel album problems!?

I just downloadeed the NEW Jewel album "Goodbye Alice In Wonderland" and the interactive booklet does not work at all. Is anyone else having this problem???? The booklet does not even load up, it appears in my iTunes library as a video, it has the little video icon next to its title

Mine isn't working either. I emailed customer service and got their 1 song credit. When I emailed them back saying I appreciated that, it wouldn't help since the booklet itself is an album only download. I think it's been corrected since the preorder because the icon and wording has changed. During the preorder it said includes two movies, and the booklet had the movie icon. Now it says 1 movie and 1 booklet, and the booklet icon has changed to the normal pdf booklet icon. Customer support said they had escalated my issue, and would email me when the problem had been resolved. Looks to me like the problem is fixed, but I've never heard back from them. Has anyone else gotten theirs to work?

when it show a cloud to the right then it's not on your device
it mean that it's tied to y our iCloud account and can be redownloaded should you wish to
if you buy other music from iTunes and don't want it on the iOS device anymore because you transferred to your computer
and wish to add other music then that too will show with the cloud it mean that should you wish you can get it downloaded again free
it's pretty much the same deal in app store app where you can click on purchases and access all apps tied to your appleID

I can't find the new U2 album in Music on any of my devices, i.e. iphone or ipad

I can't find the new U2 album in Music App on any of my devices. Is anyone else having trouble?

None of the above worked for me. I finally went to iTunes Store app / more / purchased. Under recent purchases you will find the new U2 album. Tap on one of the songs and the album will open to its page and there you will finally see the download button to download all tracks at once.

Open iTunes app on your phone. go to Purchases. It may be in the more section, (The ellipsis icon over the word More). Tap Purchased. Tap Music. Tap Recent Purchases. Tap the iCloud icon next to the tracks you want to download. On my phone the songs were at the beginning of the list because I haven't purchased anything since it was announced this morning.

On your Windows computer, go to the iTunes Store. On the right column of the iTunes Store under QUICK LINKS, you'll see an option called Purchased. Click on that and you'll see all items that are tied to your iTunes Store account. You should see the U2 album there and you can download it from the cloud. You'll now have a copy stored on your Windows computer.

New Smart Album problems PSE9 Mac OSX

I am running PSE9 on a Macbook Pro and an Imac, both using Mac OSX. Creating a new Smart Album on the Macbook works perfectly but on the Imac it is unworkable. When I try to create a new Smart Album I just get a spinning ball and everything stops. I have uninstalled PSE9 and the Organizer and also removed all traces of them in the Library. Installing them again and making sure that I import only a dozen images into Organizer makes things slightly better. This time the spinning ball only lasted for a minute and then I could create a Smart Album. I then tried to create another Smart Album and had the spinning ball for a couple of minutes. Creating the third Smart Album was worse still. There is no problem with normal albums.
Has anybody got a way round this. I have about 9000 images, going back to 2001, and I want to put them into yearly albums so Smart Albums are a very useful tool.
A similar query by another member some time ago received no feedback.

Thanks for your suggestions. I have uninstalled pse9 and Organizer once again and removed all traces in "hard drive>library>application support>adobe". I have also removed the elements and organizer preferences and anything else I could see in my username/library. After doing all this I reinstalled PSE9 and Organizer and then searched for and installed the updates needed. I imported 12 images (jpg) into Organizer and then tried to create three smart albums. In each case I got the spinning ball for about 40 seconds before I could enter the smart album name.
I have just tried to add a fourth smart album and the spinning ball has remained for ten minutes - presumably it has crashed.
Help!

How do I get the new photos albums from my imac to sync to my iphone?

Last week my iMac did the software update that replaced iPhoto on my iMac with the new Photos application.
Since then, I have migrated all my iphoto library to the Photos library and have been able to further sort my photos in the albums area.
I have backed up my iPhone 6, and then completed a sync so it would be updated accordingly with the photos app as opposed to the previous iPhoto app. In iTunes everything looks fine, in Photos everything looks fine, and there was a bit of a hiccup once or twice with trying to complete the sync process (although I imagine this was simply due to the mere nature of the number of images have to sync as I do photography and I model so over 32000 photos to sync). Finally I was able to complete the sync process, and all seemed fine.
I then went in to Photos app on the iPhone 6, and all the photos are there, all the albums are there, but all the albums are empty even though the photos are on the phone in the photos sections???
I would really like to know how to get the albums to sync properly to my iPhone 6 from an iMac, does anyone know what to do?
Also, my iPhone since then has been dropping battery life significantly and getting very warm over short periods of time, but I have had no applications open, the phone has not been in use at the time and has been locked screen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Synced photos can only be deleted by syncing again with iTunes and deselecting all synced items.

You can only sync with one iTunes library. If you sync with another one the iPod will be erased and its contents replaced with what is in the library of the second computer.

On your computer, click on iTunes in the top menu, click on Preferences, and then on the Store tab. Make sure that "Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases" is checked. You should now be able to see the album in your Music library with a little cloud next to it. Click on the cloud to download it.
On your devices, go to Settings>iTunes & App Store and under "Show All" make sure that the Music button is on.

Wich computer to run the new Logic without problems?

Hi to everyone!
I read that Apple is working on a new version of Logic. I´m about to update my mac buying a new one. I´ll try the new imac with 8GB RAM, but i was wondering if it is going to be enough or if i should try with 16GB RAM to work with the new version when it is released.
My fear is that if buy the one with 8GB and it isn´t enough, as the RAM on new imac (21,5") can´t be updated, it would be awfull.

There are really two things at play here. We don't know what the new logic version will involve but it's almost certain to draw considerably more on the CPU and require more ram. If you're buying a machine to run Logic 10 or what ever they'll chose to call it, I would also wait until that software comes out. Then you know better what you will need to run it.
The second thing is, and this is reality when it comes to hi-tech devices, whatever you buy will become obsolete within three to four years. (I'm currently running Logic 9 on a early 2009 maxed out iMac and most of the newer pluggins I have --Kontakt 5, Alchemy-- are seriously pushing the CPU.) So if you're going to buy with the future in mind you should buy the very best machine you can afford. Even if I were only planning to run Logic 9 on it, I would still skip the base 21.5 unit mainly because of the slow hard drive. I'd get the next one up, max out the ram and chose the fusion drive option. If you had a dvd burner to that, and Apple care, it will run you about $2500. But, again, I'd wait until the new version of Logic comes out before making that decision.

First thing to try is a reset: Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.
If that doesn't work, you might try getting hold of Yahoo since it's their app that's causing the problem. Try searching on Google for others who've solved it.
