The number panel on the keyboard app on my iphone won't appear on the Apple sign-on box.

All of a sudden when I try to login to the App store - I can't bring up the number panel to enter the numbers in my password. I tap the button and nothing changes. Letters work fine.

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore.
Try a reset.

Also, make sure the iPhone is directly connected to a high-speed USB2 port on the Mac.

Just updated iTunes to 11.0.3. Plugged my iPhone 5 into the computer with the USB cable, and it's not showing up on iTunes. The iPhone isn't charging either.
When plugged into a wall adapter, the iPhone charges perfectly.

For those of you that are still struggling to get your new iphone 5 to work on a pc laptop with windows 7 and you have tried everything and still nothing works its most probably your cable. Over the past few days I have been struggling to get my iphone 5 to work trying different things that ppl have suggested and nothing ...so today I gave up and took my laptop and cell phone to a technician at an istore and he tried with my cable and nothing, then he tried with his cable and within seconds my laptop recognized the iphone 5.

When I open the Mask panel, it takes up the entire screen width and the Looks controls disappear, Also, there is a new panel below the Mask panel that seems to have no purpose that I can find. The documentation says "Mask and Look panels - The Mask panel is now placed next to the Look panel. WIth the masking and grading tools placed side-by-side, you can now work faster on the mask workflow." Is there a way to move, hide, or otherwise manipulate the panels for a custom layout? All the examples I can find on the Web show the Looks panel to the left of the Mask panel where the controls are available.

Ok, here is what I have so far. Appdelete the iWork and reinstalled. Pages and Number work, but not Keynote.
Now, I downloaded a couple apps that I need, and no matter what I did, the spinning ball came up and the download stopped till it unlocked itself. It is really frustrating because the download was not completed and whatever came through would not mount. Could this issue be the internet connection? Permission fix showed a lot of Airport issues. I will try to run permissions fix again.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

The missing apps could have been done by setting the Restrictions that can hid those apps. If the backup was made with those retrictions set the the Restrictions are also restored.
Thus, if you get it to work restore to factory settings/new iPod, not from backup

This happens when you both use the same Apple ID for iMessage. To fix this you have two choices:
On one of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID. Note: you can still share the same ID for purchasing in Settings>iTunes & App Stores; or
On both phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at". Also uncheck the other phone's phone number, if present.

You can't. Why on earth would you attempt to manage 2500 emails with setting up a folder structure or some means of doing so? Simply keeping them in an single inbox is not realistic, no matter what email client you use.

First, try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

That's correct. iTunes will delete any apps you have not downloaded through your own iTunes account. If you did use your own iTunes account, choose iTunes > File > Transfer purchases... to move the apps into your own iTunes Library.

Re-download the apps through your own iTunes account (pay for them if necessary). Apps cannot be shared between different iTunes user accounts.

Apps and music are forever tied to the Apple ID under which they were purchased. If you don't want to continue to get that message, delete the apps and purchase them again with your new Apple ID.

No it does not. The 2 are separate.
To get Pages on your Mac mini purchase it from the Mac App Store. The icon is on your Dock.

To completely remove an app and all of its data, do this: First delete the app on your phone, then in iTunes, under Library, click on Apps, right-click the app you want to delete & select delete, when prompted, move all files to trash, empty your trash. Connect your phone and sync. The app and all of its data will be gone.
