Before you call them though just make sure you've reset and updated the ipod, itunes and if none of that works, restore the ipod to factory settings - this will lose everything stored on the ipod though.
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset (how you contact them varies by country).

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use.
For the charge on your card, you've checked the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, and have you got any auto-renewing subscriptions ? If you can't find the charge, and you haven't added or changed your credit card details (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Never once has my phone updated without deleting everything. It says "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes. I can't call for help because my phone is frozen on the screen with iTunes. On line live chat won't chat until I give them my serial number which I can't get to because its frozen and can't call for the same reason!! Omg! Someone please help me!?

Report on 'the number of calls' on an IVR Option menu
Dear NetPro gurus,
My customer has an IVR on UCCX which works fine. However, they have recently add in an 'Option 6' where when PSTN caller press on it, it will redirect the call out to an 1800 number onto the PSTN.
The call connects perfectly fine. What my customer wants is to have a report on how many PSTN caller press on this newly created Option 6 of the IVR.
For all the other 5 IVR options, they all have an individual CSQ assigned to them and there is a 'Set Enterprise Call Info' step to send the 'options selected' to UCCX.
However, for this Option 6, since there is no CSQ (because the call gets redirect to a PSTN number), is there any way i can script it so that it can be tally and identified by Cisco Historical Reports too?
I have spent a lot of time on this already so would appreciated if anyone can shed some light on this.

There are quite a few posts on the subject on the forums.
Basically you can do one of these things:
1) Run an 'application summary' report - typically the count of 'flow out' calls will be the number of calls sent to your 1800 number, if this is the only non-CSQ destination that your script sends calls to (e.g. if there are no other external numbers, voicemail, or internal DNs that you send the calls to other than via a CSQ).
2) Run a 'custom call variables' report and then count up the number of rows that have the info that you set on 'set enterprise call info' when the call was routed externally
3) If those aren't good enough, then you can produce a custom report to show the data in the format the customer wants. This would require some good SQL and Crystal skills...

I hope you are looking for how many calls passed the DBLookupnode in script.
In DBLookup node you have a Right Branch and Wrong Branch.
1) After the right branch, set an unused peripheral variable and store the Value "Success"
2) For the wrong branch, set the same variable with the Value "Failure".
You can execute a query against the HDS and have the numbers.
Else you can setup a CallType as well before and after the node.

If the voice prompt tells you that the number you called is busy and you should try again later then in fact your contact’s number you entered in your Skype To Go account may be invalid.
A common mistake is entering the country code twice. For example, if trying to call to Australia (+61), do not enter the country code “61” at the beginning of your contact’s number because the number is automatically amended with “+61” afterwards. To check your contact’s number you entered please go to your Skype To Go account overview and click on “edit” next to your contact’s number.
If the problem still persists, try calling the number from Skype on your computer. If you get an error message then the number may in fact be invalid. Should the number ring normally, but not via Skype To Go, then please submit a ticket with customer service including your Skype To Go number, your contact’s number, and the time & date you tried calling.

If you don’t get a voice prompt message but there is always a busy tone then please submit a ticket with customer service, including your Skype To Go number, your contact’s number, and the time & date you tried calling.

Go to Solution.I decided to try one last test before sending my new phone back to Amazon, so I dialled my cellphone again, but this time very carefully. Then I spotted the problem... the phone's keys #5 and #8 are transposed. When I ignored this error, my calls worked.
The keys cannot be removed without opening the case of the phone, and that would invalidate any warranty. So, I'll get a replacement.
If only one of our phone numbers contained neither #5 nor #7 then we'd have spotted the problem sooner. We both felt there was something "odd" when we were dialling, but didn't twig the transposition.
Bizarrely, I almost added a humorous touch to my initial post, telling about the trick of transposing the buttons on the IBM 3720 tape drives, or the IBM 1403 printer. One of our operators got sacked for playing this trick on his colleagues as an April Fool's prank. I should have checked this possibility, but in my own defence, it's not April 1st... -
