The office copy of Photoshop

I have loaded the office copy of Photoshop elements on my computer. It is only being used on one computer. I have tried to log in with my password but when they send the email and I follow the link it can't log me in. I also find the Spot healing Brush tool doesn't work. Any suggestions. I have a Windows 7 64 bit.

Is the Cloud going to replace the hard copy of Photoshop and every other Adobe software?

I just got a petition web address regarding Adobe's initiative to only come out with a Cloud Version of CS and I assume every other of their software. Personally I dont' like "renting" or leasing, but having my own copy, car, house, appliances, software.
Can someone confirm this please?

Adobe’s repeated evasion on this matter is deeply troubling and implies the worst — that LR5 is the end of the line. Over here, Adobe has said “The Photoshop team will provide bug fixes and security updates for Photoshop CS6 while it is still available for purchase.” No such assurance was made for Lightroom. That makes it very difficult to take it on faith that there will ever be any new features added to non-cloud Lightroom after LR5.

PLD - How to print 'Offic Copy' or 'Customer Copy' on Docuemnts

While printing various Marketing documents, I need to print a messge saying 'Office Copy' on the 1st copy of the Marketing document and 'Customer Copy' on the second copy of the Marketing document, Is it possible to do this using the PLD??

Dana,
The solution I am suggesting is my approach to your scenario.
Create a User defined field in the Marketing Documents ..Title level by going to Manage User Fields window, choose Tools > User-Defined Fields > Manage User Fields.
It can be an alphanumic field.. Check Set Valid Values for Field and define
Office Copy
Customer Copy
Map this field into your PLD template and print.
Alternate Approach.
Is to use the Printed field in the ORDR table to check if the copy of the first copy or Second Copy.
SAP Stored 'Y' on 'N' in this field and the same is available in the PLD .
In the PLD of the marketing document.. Page Header area
Add a Database field from ORDR - Sales Order...Field: Printed
Add a formula field and in the Contents Tab of the Field properties window .. Add formula to Check the Value of the Database Field you Added (Printed) = "Original"
Example: Field_203 == "Original" (suppose field_203 is the printed field you added)
Add another formula field referring to the same printed field (Field_203 == "Copy")
Add two Text Fields with Text "Office Copy" and "Customer Copy"
The the Office Copy text field, add the first formula field (Field_203 == "Original") as the link field and similarly the second formula field to the "Customer Copy" text field.
This way when you print the First time, the marketing document would evaulate the Printed field and Print Office Copy and the Second time onwards it will print customer Copy.

How do I deactivate Photoshop CS5 in a defunct computer? My Sony Viao desktop (XP) died without hope of resuscitation. My second copy is in a small laptop that I use continually for tethering while photo shooting. I now have a brand new ASUS, but can't put Photoshop CS5 in it without deactivating the Viao copy of Photoshop CS5. How can I do this? I use Photoshop CS5 all the time and really need it.

Actually when LR 5 starts for the first time after it is installed it will have a dialog to Buy, Try or Enter a serial number. You select Enter a serial number and enter the LR 5 serial number first and then because it is an upgrade serial number it will ask for the serial number of a Previous version. You then enter the LR 1 serial number.

If you never bought the product then you cannot get the serial number.

Hello, I am on Windows 8 and need a working copy of Photoshop but an outright purchase was just too expensive for me. So I subscribed to the cloud in hopes that I could just pay monthly for the software. But when I download Photoshop CC I see that it is still asking me for a serial number. So my question is, is the cloud monthly fee enabling me to use the software ongoing? Or do I still need to purchase something else at some point?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Photoshop Elements 1.0.1 seems like very old software 2001 I believe. Try asking in the Elements maybe someone there will be able to answer your question. Photoshop Elements

You can't. Any version before Creative Cloud does not support high-DPI displays and that is just that. If you cannot adjust the system's screen resolution and so on, then there is nothing you can do.

You can download the CS6 trial version just like anybody else.
Once you download it, you can install it, input your serial number, register it and apply all necessary updates.
An alternative, if you know how to access your Adobe account, under My Products you'll find your Photoshop CS6 registration, next to which you should find a link to download CS6 if you originally bought it as a download

My copy of Photoshop CS3 has stopped working. I love it. I am very familiar with it. I paid hundreds of dollars for it. When I click on it (W/my MAC) I get a message that reads: "You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the product by contacting Adobe Customer Support."
So how do I repair it so it works again? I've called the "Chat" forum three times and they do nothing. Please help...I use this Photoshop CS3 for work.
I have the serial number, but not the original disc which was damaged.

I am trying to run it under Mac OS 10.9.5

The simplest way to clear it up is usually a re-install. Here is a link to the installers: Download CS3 products. Have your serial number ready.

Sorry to say you are out of luck.
The serial numbers came on the cd case. If they are no longer there, you have no way of using the program except as a 30 day trial. Adobe does not sell CS5 licenses any more.
