The other day I got a update for ios7. Tried to download and it said I didn't have enough GB. So I saw I could purchase memory for $40. After purchase I noticed that it only pertain to the iCloud . Didn't do me any good. So I would like to cancel my recent purchase for memory ($40). I was not smart enough to know that the iCloud memory upgrade didn't help for my recent update to ios7

You aren't addressing Apple here. This is a user to user support forum. You can get a refund for the storag upgrade within 15 days by calling the Apple online store. In the U.S. call 1-800-MY-APPLE.

When you log into you icloud account on your computer you are viewing data that you sync to icloud not the backups. You can't view the backups.

You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
Apple seem to have made this as difficult as possible. You may be able to do this using http://expresslane.apple.com - Click on 'More products and services', then 'iCloud', 'Account and setup' then 'This topic is not listed'. Explain the situation in the box provided and wait for a response - include a phone number. However you may find you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare.
In that event you will need to phone them directly, using the Apple Online Store number given at the bottom of this page. The first person you speak to may tell you to do it from the iCloud website but this is not possible. Politely insist on escalating the issue to a more senior person and eventually you should be able to get through to someone who can deal with this (you may have to wait for them to call you back) - you will be asked security questions and for part of your credit card number to identify yourself.
(If it is more than 15 days since you purchased the storage you cannot cancel it for a refund; you can downgrade your plan as from your next renewal date. Please see

Has anyone worked out how to cancel their storage upgrade on iCloud immediately rather than next year

I want to cancel my storage upgrade but can only seem to do it for next year. The email reciept states I have 15 days to cancel by contacting apple but I can't for the life of me figure out where to contact them as the only way you can comunicate about iCloud at the moment seems to be through express lane.
Any ideas anyone?

In another document it states (though this one does not) that the downgrade applies when you reach the end of the current subscription period (meaning that you can't downgrade part way through for a refund, I assume). This would be in line with the practice on MobileMe in the past.

Activating after a Find My iPhone lock bricks the device if you don't know the password used by Find My iPhone.

Go to Options>Applications>click on, in your case, Adobe Acrobat entries and select "Use Adobe Acrobat(in Firefox)" or as you wish.

If you purchased iCloud storage less than 14 days ago, you can cancel it and ask for a refund. There's no email, so contact with the iCloud support team > http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact.
If you got more storage more than 14 days ago, just downgrade iCloud storage. Open Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Change Storage Plan, and choose the free storage or a smaller one.

First you need to install Mac OS 10.6. To do this you have to buy the OS disk. (This is a whole different OS, not an update of 10.5.) Order it here:

You may be able to install an even newer OS, but you have to get 10.6 first.
Please look at Apple Menu / About This Mac / More Info... and check under Hardware Overview for the Model Identifier of your Macbook. That will tell us whaat is the highest OS you can install.
