The other video has not fixed for subtitles?

I have recieved a fixed video for one episode that has the subtitles glitchy, but the other episode has not been fixed (The Reichenbach Fall) for the subtitles. It still has The Hounds Of Baskerville's subtitles. How can I fix this?

Try the following:
1. Turn iPad off and on again
2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo
3. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings
4. Use iTune (computer) to update/download and sync to iPad
