Hello.
iTunes won't let me purchase any apps because this error keeps appearing.
"The payment card you entered is not valid in Philippines. Please provide a valid payment card for Philippines."
I was trying to purchase an app when iTunes notified me that the debit card that I was using was about to expire so I made changes about the expiry date and such, but to no avail, it keeps on nagging me.
The debit card that I am using is my dad's and he is currently in the US, I was assuming I only have to change my billing info into his current address. It still doesn't work. I also tried changing my region from the Philippines to the US but none of it work.
My last purchase was on the 30th of June and I think a few days prior to that was when iTunes Philippines was established. I don't know if this is a relevant information but I will appreciate any help.
I'm at wits' end. I badly needed to buy this app!

This may seem a little late but I finally made it work!
I changed my region from the Philippines to the United States then iTunes prompted me to 'create' an Apple ID so I did and entered my information in the required fields. Hopefully now, everything is beautiful and nothing hurt.

Oh thank god i am not the only one with this problem. It started with me on Saturday (aug 28) and still, no solution.
I live in the border with the USA so i’ve been using my itunes account with a USA debit card and then it started with that **** declined CC problem =S
The funny thing is that i’ve been trying to change countries, setting my account to Mexico and it would still say that the CC are declined. Tried 2 USA cards and 2 Mexican cards, no results =S
Wanna read something funny. I even tried to create a brand new account based in Mexico, with another email address and it still wouldn’t let me, tells me my cards are not valid……..the **** apple!!! i cannot update any app and i just got my iphone 4 on friday last week and i am dying to try new apps.

The issue is that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
"Although you can browse the iTunes Store in any country without being signed in, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store for your own country. Since a couple of days, I receive the above message. I tried several AMEX cards I've got, always the same result. I contact my credit card issuer, they ensured me there's no issue with my cards whatsoever. It should work...and though, it doesn't.
What can I do ?

My old PC crashed and died, and I am unable to deactivate the licence of Photoshop Elements 7.
I re-installed Photoshop Elements 7 via a trial download from Adobe website onto my new PC, Windows 8.1 single language.
My serial number is not accepted.
Error message: 'Incorrect serial number, The serial number you entered is not valid. Click OK to retry serial number'.
Customer help care is not helpful and keep ending my chat before I get a solution.

Photoshop Elements 7 also does not support activation so there is no risk that you were unable to deactivate the software on your previous computer.
I am showing the serial number under your account was provided from an equipment manufacturer. It is possible there may have been a customized installer for that version. Have you contacted the computer manufacturer to obtain the installation files for the copy of Photoshop Elements 7 included with your computer?
Since you did not migrate/transfer over any files it is unlikely there is a software issue preventing the installation. You can try running the CC Cleaner Tool to ensure that no corrupt licensing files may be preventing the installation process. So we apparently have some ancient customers using ancient computers that are running ancient versions of Windows. Namely, Windows XP.
Our developers need to do some regression testing of new versions of our software and need to test it on Windows XP. I'm trying to spin up a VM with XP and am having trouble getting it to install. I downloaded the ISO from msdn and have our volume
license key. However, I'm stuck during the install process where it asks for the VL key. Any of our keys I put in, all return the error "The Product Id you entered is not valid".
This is during the install, not trying to activate once I'm up and running. So there's no AV software getting in the way, the VM isn'y even online yet at this point. It seems to be checking my key against whatever internal algorithms it uses
to see if a key is valid, and it's telling me it's not.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there some trick to installing XP now that it's not technically supported?

Windows XP Product Key Update Tool to enter your VL product key.

It seems credit cards of all kinds (at least Mastercard and Visa) are being rejected by the iTunes Store today, which remembers me that it has been strange lately asking for data more than necessary on my iPad and computer. I can not buy now as many if not everyone, and I am really worried about the strange behaviour and the possibility for it having been a security breach. It would be a huge disaster for us users, so I hope that if something like that has happened you tell us so we can all take timely security measures.
Im very sad not to be able to buy what I wanted right now when I needed it, but Im more worried about my card security right now. Anyways, it would be good to know about the reason for the huge issue and how it got solved, and what should we users, do.

Trial download "The serial number you entered is not valid" ?

I have just downloaded the trial version of the new aperture software but when I try to enter the serial number (Copy and pasted from the email) it says the serial number is not valid.
Any ideas? I do not have any previous versions on my macbook as I only recently became a mac user.
I have been sent the same serial number to 2 seperate email addresses so is there another way of getting a different number?

BUT the apple Website still downloads 1.5.6, which is a free update.
I have the right serial trial number beginning with an "E" et not a "D", but
obviously 1.5.6 does not request it.

I have problem above.
And in my case, I have allready installed the try version before and it works.
But now the try period is expired so I uninstalled the egde series.
Means, I have allready used the Key on 2 different machines.
On windows server 2003 R2 Standard x64 SP 2 and on Windows XP Pro SP2.
The funny thing is, when I try to install it on a Notebook with XP pro SP2 the key is not valid.
And on Viste the same story, not valid. So, I'm just wondering, what can be.
Another thing with xcelsius.
On one machine iz was possible to reinstall after expiration(on Vista).
But on the Windows Server machine it does not even asking me for the key and after the installation procedure it still says the the license is expired.
So, on one hand I assume there is an entry in the regestrie or some where else, but why is not working on a fresh machine.
By the way, I use the same keycode and it was allready working before.
It sounds probably stupid, but may be it is an Issue with the new year.

I had the same problem and it turned out, it is an issue with the current year.
On one machine I turned back the date to the last year, and suprise, the key is valid.

Get this message while installing CR Server XI English, even though I am entering the Product Activation Number printed on the label attached to the CD sleeve!

The reason you are waiting is due to posting in the BOE Admin forum.
Moved to Report Designer forum.
Contact Customer Services to verify your keycode and if still an issue then try downloading SP 3 full build and install using it.

What to do with Error message "The serial number you entered is not valid"

After updating my Windows I tried to reinstall Indesign CS3 and Indesign CS4 upgrade after that. CS3 installed just fine but the system doesn`t accept my serial number from the back of the Upgrade box or the sonfirmation e-mail I received from Adobe upon purchase. What can be done?

we have one user who unable to login to owa with error -"The user name or password that you entered is not valid. Try entering it again."
we checked mailbox feature in EMC and owa is enable
checked adsiedit - looks good
we checked allow inheritance - checked
we reset the password and try to login to owa from exchange server , no luck
user can login to her computer and outlook without any issue
we also moved her mailbox to another server
user facing the same issue from office and VPN
any suggestion ?

will it generate any event id on exchange server or domain controller ?
in our case we have mailbox and CAS on different servers
any suggestion .
