The powering off screen has been up for 10 minutes

What am i suppose to do when the powering off screen has been up for 10 minutes?

If what Illaass's instruction didn't work, attempt these instructions;
To do a recovery mode restore, follow instructions as follows:
-Connect cable to computer but not device
-Open iTunes on computer
-Power off device
-Hold circle (Home) button
-continue to hold the power button while connecting the cable
-continue holding after cable is connected, until you receive a notice in iTunes that says;
     "iTunes has detected an ipod in recovery mode, you need to restore the device before it can be used with iTuens"
-Click ok to this message
-click restore and wait for the restore to complete
