The previews of my Vids are green, why??? - can´t cut in CS5 - need help.

I´m from Germany, using Premiere CS5, now from more than a year. I cut my vids, from my cam which taking video recordings in AVCHD 24p. this works. So a friend of me gave me video recordings taken with his Iphone 4S, which I should cut for him.
I did this four times for him, everytime everything worked, its always the same format: .mov
But now some of his vids in the preview screen are green! and I just hear the sound of the vid. I can´t cut, without seeying anything. What can I do? here´s a screenshot I did:

like u see all videos are normal, instead of the first one.
PS) it doesn´t matter if the vid is horizontal or vertical. The green preview is coming in both cases!

No it is not. iPhones, like all cell phones are not locked to countries. They are locked to carriers.

When I open iTunes, it will not allow me to preview or download TV shows. The preview and download options are gray and will not let me view them. I have tried installing the latest Quicktime but it tells me that I have to do software update and when I do, Quicktime does not appear to need an update. I have no idea what to do
Click on your preference and check the Parental tab for possible restrictions. Open iTunes, then click the iTunes menu, select preferences after the window opens click on the Parental icon, take a look at the content restrictions section.

As has been pointed out, the Adobe Photoshop Forum is NOT staffed by Adobe employees (though a few engineers DO stop by, when they have the time), and we are but users, such as yourself. I have tried downloading photoshop cs2 and cs4 on a new computer. I have the disc available for cs2 and the serial number for cs4. They are both registered in my name. I need help doing a download. I was able to get part way through cs4, it showed up in my downloads but never got as far in the process as to ask for serial numbers. I tried with cs2 and I got an error message that some bit of information was incorrect. I currently have both downloaded on two other lap tops I own. One is operational and one is dead. I cannot access the dead one to remove the program. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I deleted my ibooks author file but the preview is still available on my ipad, can I get the ibook back into ibooks author to continue to edit? I have not published anything, just previewed on my ipad but the file seems to be deleted from my imac which is what I was using ibooks author on. Any help is welcome!

Work up from whatever version you have.
Any work you value should be backed up....period. That backup should be used and tested regularly. Consider this a lesson learned, perhaps. Good luck in the future. -
i was transferring my information from my old iphone to the new one, and i forgot that i had some pictures in the new one. i did the restoring information and the pictures in new one are gone. how can i get them back???? please
Only way to get it back is to restore your phone from a backup, if those pics were included in that backup.
But most likely those pics are gone.
What you should've done was import http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 the pics to your computer and after you restored from your old backup, you could sync those new pics to your phone via itunes. -

I'm trying to connect to my work's VPN. I am connected to the VPN, but I cannot access the server. I keep getting a message that says the server may not exist or is unavailable. I know that’s not the case because my coworkers are connected. Can someone please help me?
I have the same problem. It is only with tv shows and only with programs I have downloaded after the software update.
Apple support sent me the above link too....but it doesn't solve the problem...my computer is authorized and the content is in my library and will play on my Mac air, but it will not sync the tv shows, it keeps saying my computer isn't authorized for it.

I just downloaded Firefox 6.0. The web page asked if I wanted to upgrade. What is the most recent version of Firefox and why can't I get it denoted in the propperties link? Also why is it not compatible with AVG Tool Bar?

I'm not aware of any version of Firefox from Fx 2 on up to Fx 6 where "AVG Safe" is not a problem. Crashes aren't the only failures caused.

How often syncs Firefox sync with the server were my bookmarks are storaged? Can I turn of the historical sync because one computer is at home and the other is at work. So I use totally different webpages and would like to have the history disabled.
OK, I found the part about history. It is just to unmark that.
But still i wonder how often it sync? Instantly? Or when closing FF? -
All of my photos are displayed as BW because somehow I've saved a quick develop preset and it saves as BW. This is for all of my photos. I can individually undo them but need help in how to get rid of the preset so all photos goes to Default or as shot. thanks
Go to the develop module and highlight all of the images in the filmstrip at the bottom of the screen. Then activate Auto-sync and click on the Reset button. That should reset all of the images to your camera default settings.

You aren't running iOS if you are using iPhoto, or a Classic operating system. Go to Apple menu -> About This Mac and find out what you really are running, and then use this link to post in the right place:

I am trying to scan document that I will then attach in an email. When I attach it it shows up as a picture within the email instead of an attachment an people can't open it. Any help here?
What kind of Mac are you using, and what version of the operating system?
You should be able to select the document that you want to attach and then use the contextual menu (right click in some worlds) to compress the document, producing a .zip file. You can then attach that to the email and it won't appear as a picture within the email.
If I recall this correctly, the "compress" part in the contextual menu may have a different terminology.
