I understand that when trying to FaceTime with someone it will act as though it is connecting and then the call will close. There are several steps you can go though as listed in the following article, but typically making sure both devices are completely up to date solves this type of issue.

Resolution
If you encounter issues making or receiving FaceTime calls, follow these steps:
Update both devices (your device and your friend's device) to the latest version of iOS.
If you started to have issues making or receiving FaceTime calls after April 16, 2014, you or your friend may have an expired device certificate. Updating both devices will resolve this issue.

The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$

Please see the video link below to learn how to remove the pairing from your iPhone, powercycle the phone, reset the BlueAnt Q2 (please check which BlueAnt device you have and reset as approopriate) and then pair with iPhone again.

After upgrading my iPad 1 to OS 5.1, I got trouble to use Skype. I can not hear the calling tone from other during the usage of Skype-to-Skype. But when I touch the answer key, I still can hear other's voice and other also can hear my voice. If I use earphone, the calling tone from other is audible. There is also no problem of test call. What's going on with my iPad 1? I do hope someone can help me to fix this problem.

I experienced similar behavior (neither Keychain Access nor Safari would start, Chrome cannot access https sites, etc.). It got fixed by following instructions in this article:

Basically remove the ~/Library/Application Support/Ubiquity and restart. OSX will create a new one with the right permisions.

Since I upgraded to IOS 7.0.2, many times I am unable to answer the calls. Then I have to switch off and on to answer the calls. I checked with my three friends who updated and they are also facing same problem. Kindly let me know the solution.
Since other millions of people updated and do not have that problem - it means one of two.
1.Your friends lied to you and do not have that problem and in that case only your installation of ios7 got corrupted and you need to restore your phone.
2.Your friends didn't lie to you and all 4 of you need to restore phones (that way reinstalling ios 7 properly)

My iphone 4S has problem in making and receiving the calls. While making the call , call fails and netwrok disappears. Like wise no voice is heard for incoming calls. This happened after return from the overseas travel.

When I try to answer a skype video call on my Ipad (2nd generation), as soon as I click on the phone or video icon the call is ended. This only happens with one of my contacts. I can video call them without any problem! But not in reverse. Any suggestions???

This is a common problem with iPhone 4s (and IOS 5) There isn't ' anything you can do about it, so you're best bet is to go down to the store and get an exchange. If you have an older iPhone (3gs/4) roll back your update from IOS 5 to IOS 4.

When I try to FaceTime my sister, she doesn't receive the call on her end, but if she facetimes me I always receive hers. Is this a problem on my end or hers?
Have her check her "You can be received at ..." settings (Settings/ FaceTime) to see what she's set up as the points of contact to reach her via FaceTime (can be one or multiple e-mails or a phone number). Perhaps you're trying to FaceTime her on an e-mail or phone number which she's not using for FaceTime.

Here is the case, I need the iPad (FaceTime or something else) that will permit me to call an elderly person and talk to this person without having the reciever (the elderly person) of the call do anything.
Calling this person and that the call is answered automatically.
I need this becaue this person has visual and memory problems. If she see's it she might

Iam using Iphone4,my problem is while imake a call or when ia attend a incoming call,the screen doesnt lock,while i kept in my ear to attend a call it automatically gets inside keypad or it on hold tab this makes me uncomfortable pls give a solution
This sometimes happens if you have a case or screen protector on the phone. IF you have one of these remove it and see if it makes any difference

My 3G iPhone has suddenly lost all sound and vibration, it has also lost the "tilt" capability on-screen. An incoming call is registered without a sound, however, the caller can hear everything being said by me(whilst I hear nothing at all from his/her call).

I thought I had found the offending 'app' namely "Songpop."
I regularly use "Songpop" on my phone late at night via my wifi connection.
All enteries on my phonebill are at midnight (even though I have a data allowance it was excluded from allowance). I switched 3G off on Friday, played "Songpop" at midnight and at the exact time I got a "Server Error" message.
I posted a message on the "Songpop" support forum.At first they said this was a problem relating to my ISP.
I have spoken to my ISP and asked if there are connection drops at the time I have been billed (ie to establish if my wifi dropped and 3G kicked in without my knowledge) and have been advised that there aren't any connection drops at that time.

Hi All,
We have a CAD server installed on ICM PG box.
Two agent location namely X and Y
Datacenter resided in location X
Users in location X were not facing any issue
Users from location Y facing diificulties and they were using CAD ver 7.5.1.
Randomly for all the users in location Y were reporting CAD application gets Hanged immediately when the agent answer the call.
Location Y is connected via WAN.
Both the location we are using same CAD version, but still issue persist in location Y.
Kindly let me know how to address this issue

I found the problem in CAD Troubleshooting guide.
Problem: Agents can’t log into Agent Desktop.
Solution: During Unified ICM installation, an “Agent Login Required for Client Events” check box is displayed. By default this check box is unchecked. It must remain unchecked for agents to be able to log in. If the check box was checked during Unified ICM installation, you must reinstall Unified ICM and make sure the check box remains unchecked.
I reinstalled CTI Server without that checkbox and now the agent is able to login.
