The problem with iTunes
Hi, help to deal with this problem.
When you purchase the games says you can contact support iTunes to complete this transaction.
After 3 payments in the game, four payment does not work, then the issue that I described above. No debt on the card the money is.

Can you reclarify what you are saying please, my apologies I'm just not sure what you are saying in some of those sentences.
To me it looks like have Purchased and Free Apps on your iOS device.
You had to reinstall the OS on your computer.
And now iTunes doesn't have those apps on it after you got it up and running?
Something about downloading updates only through WiFi? Is this on your computer or device.

What is the problem with Itunes 11.0.1.12 and adding music to the Library?
What is the problem with Itunes 11.0.1.12 and adding music to the Library? I had no problems when I updated, just had to get used to the new format and appearance. Added a few albums here and there, and then today I can't get anything in the Library. I've always just dragged and dropped my music with no problems. I've had an Ipod for the last six years and never encountered any big problems with Itunes or my various Ipods.
Why is this Itunes such a pile of junk? If I restart my computer I can sometimes find the recently added music in my Itunes Library.
It would be nice to know if other people are having the same problems. -

Any news on the problem with iTunes Store?
I'm still unable to download anything from the store. The US site claims everything is fixed...
The problems with the store from yesterday were fixed judging by posts on here saying that it was working for them. If you are still having problems, and you can get online in other apps (e.g. Safari), then have you tried :
- disconnecting and reconnecting to your network
- doing a soft-reset of your phone (pressing and holding both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, ignoring the red slider, after which the Apple logo should appear, which is the equivalent of a reboot
- logging out and back into your account on your phone via Settings > iTunes & App Stores -

Restoring Ipod - will it solve the problems with Itunes 9?
Does anybody know if restoring the ipod will allow it to sync again? I have had connection problems since 'upgrading' to Itunes 9.
I don't want to wipe my ipod, only to be unable to put anything back on, and be left with nothing!I have an 80G iPod Classic completely out of warranty. Unfortunately everything has been fine with my ipod up until yesterday when I updated itunes to its latest version... Now my ipod constantly crashes and if I can manage to get itunes to recognize it the songs stay on just long enough for me to unplug then loose it all again.
Do you believe my ipod is done for good, or maybe just until Apple puts out another version? -
What is the matter with ITunes Store
What is the problem with iTunes store. Lately I can't get past the front page. When I use either of the 2 drop down menus to move over to the classical or jazz or popular it never goes anywhere but remains on the front page with the annoying banners moving across my screen. Can't seem to access the store. I can't even access the support page from ITunes, had to open Apple ITunes Support from my browser. I am posting here because maybe I will get a quicker response or attention from someone at the iTunes store who maybe pays attention to these community pages.

Hey guys, Im expierencing problems with itunes after the latest update yesterday(1/22) and the problem im having is when i plugged my iphone into my PC today a virus detection came up and said a trojan horse was present. I am having a painful problem with itunes 10, everytime I go everytime I go into the itunes store to search for a song, even if I type one letter Itunes will instantly launch into search mode and doesn't stop, so because I can never get past putting in the first letter or two, I'm unable to search and download any songs. I am on the latest Imac Intel core i7 Mac OS X, can anybody help?

I have Windows 7 and just recently experienced a problem with itunes freezing up when I clicked on the "apps" tab which shows the apps that are loaded on my phone. Everything else in the itunes software seems to be working okay. The problem is in the part where you sync the newly purchased apps. The apps will all be blank that are downloaded and that part of the software crashes itunes or freezes up. I can get out of itunes okay after the freeze up, but it just stops me from syncing anything that I have newly added. If anyone has had this problem before or knows someone that has, please let me know how I can fix it. I have uninstalled and reloaded itunes 4 or 5 times, but the problem is still there. I might add that I have been using itunes and purchasing apps for 2 to 3 years without any problems. HELP.

I recently upgraded to iTunes 11.1.5 and now my iPod Nano is not recognized in iTunes. I also upgraded my iPhone 5s to iOS 7.1. i Tunes on my computer does recognize my iPhone. What is the problem with my iPod Nano not being recognized?
I would think, Twins1995, that if we are having the problem, others are as well. Hopefully, Apple will shortly issue a follow-up software release to fix the problem. Or is that just wishful thinking on my part.
It would be helpful, if there were some kind of work-around in the interim, so we can use our devices. Pretty frustrating when you consider that all of the hardware and software is produced by Apple. -
When I first tried itunes with my new hard drive there was the problem with the registry keys but something also flagged up about needing a signed driver. Is this anything to do with why Itunes and my computer no longer recognises when my ipod is linked up? Whatever i try under 'devices' my ipod is never available to sync up. If anyone can help I would be most grateful.
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this has not worked. I didn't have quicktime to begin with so I don't know if that makes a difference? After following the instructions, I get the "registry keys missing" problem appear again (which I've subsequently fixed again) and then when I connected the ipod I got the following message - 'Device driver software was not successfully installed'.
I've tried windows update but this doesn't do anything as '...the service is not running'.
Any suggestions?
