Why does this message pop up on my PC after i start up " (AppleSyncNotifier.exe-Entry Point Not Found ) the procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in dynamic link library SQlite3.dll. ? What can I do to fix this problem ?
Found this several months ago when I updated ITunes. I don't know why they still haven't fixed this, but I had to do this again yesterday 10/13/2011 when I updated.
With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.
Copy the SQLite3.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.
Reboot and see if all is well
In case that your OS is Windows 7 (64 bit)
1. Open windows explorer, go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support

I just downloaded and installed the latest iTunes and Safari update. It required a reboot, and after the PC restarted I was greeted with this error message:
AppleSyncNotifier: The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library QLite3.dll.
First time to ever see this one. I can only presume that it is a bug. But any help to correct the problem will be greatly appreciated.
TIAI received a note to do the regular Apple Software Update for iTunes, Quicktime and Safari, then I faced a big problem from that exact same messages, I could not sleep, and I could not go to work and I cannot make any phone calls.
I did not imagine that one day I'll see this intransigence and irony Carried out by Apple with humans, this makes us lose confidence in their products. Because they are interested in selling their products only and do not provide any service to their clients. And to help us solve problems that result from the method of maximum protection of their software. But I think that there is no any point in calling them and asked for their help and support. Where they do not show any initiative to help resolve the problemsThis indicates that they intend to do that, Believe it or not this problem has caused great damage and loss to me, Since I had 4 iPhones, And all my friends advised me to get rid of them and sell and never buy this products again, even if selling them at a loss because the Apple company abandon its responsibility to serve and assist their customers by support -

After an update, every time I start my computer (that uses 64-bit Windows 7), there is an AppleSyncNotifier.ex-Entry Point Not Found message, "the procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQlite3.dll. I have checked and tried suggestions to resolve this from this site and several other places with no success. Appreciate advice how fix and resolve this
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

After installing the current version of iTunes, I get an AppleSyncNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found error. It says "The procedure entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll." Kindly advice a process to get rid of this error, without losing my files on the iTunes.
Hi, I get the same error EVERY time iTunes updates.
I have to do the fix that is suggested in this topic (cut and paste the sqlite3.dll)
My Question:
Since this happens every time iTunes updates...... Do I have to remove SQlite3.dll from the "apple application support" folder....... so that the sqlite3.dll is only located in the "mobile device support" folder?????
It is getting really annoying to have to do the "cut and paste" fix every time iTunes updates.
Thank You,
