Can you please tell me a bit more about the files that you're converting? How large are they (there's a 100MB file-size limit), and are they text, images, or both? File size or complexity can cause the ExportPDF service to time out before it can process the files.
Other things to check:
Clear the browser cache and try again.
Make sure that you're using a supported web browser (http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/)
Try a different browser

When I go onto certain websites that require flash, the program either doesn't work or it continues to refresh. I have windows vista, use Firefox 4, and am using Shockwave flash 10.3.181.4. Videos also start and stop.Am I using the correct flash?

The two websites where I have the most trouble are www.diamondalignment.com, and blogtalkradio when I go to my switchboard. Every time the site refreshes firefox starts all over again, circling backwards then forwards.
On every site I go to the circle icon goes backwards for some time then finally goes forward. This has really slowed down my computer. Appreciate your help.

I'm having this same problem as well and cannot advance--very irritating. All of the information is filled out correctly and I've editted my AppleID information online separately as well to get around this issue, but no luck...

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

My itunes was working fine until we try to connect a new ipod touch. It said I needed to update the itunes to 10.5 or higher. To do that I had to update my OS X Lion also.. now it doesn work... grrrr. Please if you have the solution post. I am placing a call to apple support to see if they can help me. "show itunes in the cloud purchases" doesn't work any more. I changed my apple id recently. I deauthorized and authorized my computer, loggin out and in. Can't see anything not on my hard disk, as previously. I restored my system, but the cloud purchases came back ok previously. The HD episodes are not on C: - they are all there. I reimported the folder.

I think I restored a very old system and must install a newer itunes. Not sure how to erase this.

You absolutely can just reinstall OS X Mavericks without having to erase and install. The steps to do that are almost the same as the only thing you do differently is that you do not go to Disk Utility to erase the drive. Just go to the Reinstall OS X option and pick your Hard Drive and follow the on screen instructions to get it going. Check out the article below for the step by step process.

Itunes doesn't work on windows 8.1

after the upgrade to windows 8.1 (I have a HP Henvy H9 x64), itunes doesn't work. I unistalled all the apple software; I restarted the PC and then I installed again itunes (the last version 11.1.5 x64). When the installation finish and I start itunes give me this error "impossible to find the file c:\program files (x86)\itunes\itunes.exe". Verify that the filename is correct and try again.".

It sounds like you are unable to open iTunes even after a fresh install with the error that it cannot find the iTunes.exe file. That path, c:\program files (x86)\itunes\itunes.exe leads to the 32 bit program folder for iTunes. If you are using a shortcut you had on the desktop pre install, try going to C:\program files\itunes\ and finding the iTunes.exe file there.
If not it sounds like iTunes may be installing a damaged copy of the 32 bit version of the application, so I would recommend the following article to help you get any old installation files out so you can install the 64 bit version fresh:

You need to establish if the problem is account specific or system wide and then check through the approriate section.
As a shot in the dark, some people have found the follow procedutre helps:
1. Quit iTunes.
2. Start an elevated command prompt (Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right Click "Command Prompt" -> "Run as Administrator")
3. Once in the command prompt, type "netsh winsock reset" and hit ENTER.
4. Reboot your machine.
5. Restart iTunes.

iTunes doesn't work. When I open it, it takes forever, and then I just get the pinwheel. And, the rest of my computer is frozen. I've erased the iTunes preferences. I've opened an older library, and it's still totally gummed up.
This all started when I tried to update my wife's iPhone. I was in the middle of downloading the update, but then I cancelled because we had to leave. When I returned home, iTunes was messed up.

Let's try swapping out your QuickTime one more time, taking a few additional explicit precautions this time:
head into your Add/Remove programs. uninstall QuickTime.
Next, we’ll manually remove any leftover program files and folders.
1. On the Start menu, click My Computer (or double-click My Computer on the Desktop).
2. In My Computer, open Local Disk.
3. Open Program Files.
4. Right-click on the QuickTime folder and click Delete from the shortcut menu.
5. Navigate to C:\Windows\system32\.
6. Remove the files QuickTime.qts and QuicktimeVR.qtx.
7. Restart your computer.
next, we'll get a fresh copy of QuickTime into your PC by doing a repair install of itunes.
switch off antivirus and antispyware applications prior to the repair install.
go into Add/Remove and select itunes. click "Change" and then click "Repair".
if the repair install goes through okay, restart the PC and try launching itunes again. does it launch properly now?
