that I have logged in with my good account everything is as try.

It sounds like you are unable to reinstall iTunes because of this error message 7. I recommend the troublehsooting found in the following article that mentions that error named:

"iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows Error 126)”
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

Unable to open files or the program with having to switch users.... Why?

Updated to 10.5.6 now when i try to open any filemaker files or the filemaker program it starts to open and closes in a split second. If i log out and open as new user it will open.
I have deleted and reinstalled filemaker and this did not solve the issue. All my other programs & files open without issues. Why is this?

If it works in a new user account, then there's a probability you have a bad preference file. Look for FM's preference files in /Home/Library/Preferences/ then drag them to your Desktop. If FM now works that was the problem. Delete the preference files now on the Desktop. If this didn't solve the problem, let us know.

How do you download the program? When i try to download it, it says "External Protocal Request"

Idk if this is a virus or not, i signed up for creative cloud and tried to download indesign and illustrator and this popped up.

Do a clean (re)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data when uninstalling.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

I checked you account on my side and it looks fine. I can see you have Creative Cloud for Individuals subscription.
It seems that you computer is not properly communicating with Adobe servers.
Please refer the article: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and try to reset the host file if in case of any Adobe entries.

I have tried downloading Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 3 times now. It downloads fine. Then after I try to open it and it loads the screen but then a box pops up and says "Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 has stopped working" and then makes me close the program.

I have downloaded I Tunes 10.7 to my computer and now the program closes when I try to play music videos. Is there a fix out there I can try?

from what I read on the discussion boards there seems to be little or nothing to do that may not mess up the computer (Like jerky videos if Quicktime fix is tried) except wait for Apple to do a proper fix with updates at this point. I am not willing to try the fixes explained so far. The reviews of them are spotty on them working if at all. My I Tunes works on everything but the videos and that is better than nothing which did happen at first. So I will keep watching for any other fixes that might be promising or an Apple Update.

HT4623 Itunes update failed; tried to reinstall; get error message that I need to confirm I have authority to run the program?

I plugged my iPad to my computer this morning and it said there was a new version of IOS available. Tried to install.
Install failed.
Now itunes won't open: "The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
Went to www.itunes.com, downloaded and tried to install. Install failis saying I need to verify that I have credentials to run the program. Choices: Abort, Try again, Ignore. Needless to say the only choice that works in Abort, so I can't connect my iPad to iTunes.
Is there a way to uninstall the program and then try again?
Or other fix?
