I am still on the 'classic' Vision software. I used to get the problem where I would record 2 programs, record another 2 straight afterwards and get the black screen instead of my program. I could easily reproduce this and had it often, but.... I don't seem to have had it recently and I am wondering if this has been fixed? Has anyone else had this problem on the older software recently? 
I wish BT would publish a release log which details what is included in updates. Would make life much easier....

I think "fixed" may be putting it a bit strongly, but there was a software upgrade towards the beginning of the year which certainly remedied this particular bug.
