The registry setting ProfileImagePath and CentralProfile are not equal

Hi!
I have a user that logs on to a Citrix published desktop on a 2008 R2 server and gets a TEMP profile created. This again leads to no profile creation in our centrally profile store on a fileserver, which we have configured this to point to With a GPO.
I see when I look at the profile key in the registry for this user that
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\SID\CentralProfile points to our fileserver, and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\SID\ProfileImagePath Points to C:\Users\TEMP.
I am curious to know where I can find the reason for the ProfileImagePath pointing to C:\Users\TEMP.
I know that it should point to C:\Users\%username% for the profile to be created on our Central profile location...

A user gets a temporary profile when an error stops the users profile from loading. (I am assuming you are using Windows to manage your roaming profiles and not Citrix User Profile Manager.)
I would search for the account name in the Application Event Log and try to identify the reason they get a temporary profile.
If you want to try and fix it you could just try changing ProfileImagePath to the correct value or delete the users entire profile and roaming profile. Steps below.
The user will loose any settings saved in their profile
With the account logged off…
Delete C:Users\TEMP
Delete C:\Users\%username%\
Delete their profile from the roaming profile share.
Delete the entire SID for this user key from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\
If this happens to the same user again, I would check permissions on the C:\Users and the roaming profile share for this user. Again the Event Log is your best bet if the problem re-occurs.

Try this.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

You can also get the drop down list by holding down the left button on the until the list appears.
If you want the drop-down arrow you can add it with the Back/forward dropmarker add-on - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/backforward-dropmarker

Why the incomming text messages and notifications are not popping up on the homescreen?

Hi, SandraVM.
I would recommend closing any open applications in multitasking and restarting the device. If unfamiliar with multitasking, I have included a screenshot on how to process an application close. Test the results after processing these steps.

The 8 i k and , keys are not working

One night these keys were working fine and then the next day those keys stopped working. Nothing fell on the keyboard or anything. I reset the Pram. I am going to re calibrate the battery tonight and try to reset the SMC. I do have a service battery warning. Any ideas, issues or steps i am missing would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities
It sounds like you have a break or dirty contact in the keyboard hardware, possibly some canned air is worth a shot but if that doesn't work then you could be looking at a replacement ... It's unlikely to be anything software related.
The SMC and a re-calibration might fix the 'service battery' warning (for a time) but it's also sounding like that's coming up for replacement.

if you want to add songs they must be checked, put them in asong list as it makes them easier to manage

By "game center account", do you mean Apple ID?
If so, you can change it.
1. Tap settings and navigate to iTunes and App Stores
2. Tap "Apple ID" and then tap "Sign Out"
3. Log in with a different ID.

Some of my photos from my iPhone are sinking to my iPad and others are not. I can't work out why this is the case. Everything seems to be set up correctly.

Having had an iPhone for some time, I recently purchased an iPad. Everthing has been set up correctly in terms of iCloud, this was checked by Apple today, the set up in iTunes relating to photos says sync all, again I think this is correct.
However, some photos from my iPhone taken before I purchased the iPad are sinking to the iPad and others are not. I have no idea why and would be really greatful for any insights on this matter.
Furthermore, I have since deleted some photos from my iPhone but these still appear on my iPad and I am unable to delete them.

I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

Try removing and then reinstalling all the Apple software using:

Firefox 3.6.* and earlier set the downloaded file's modification time to the current time. In Firefox 4.0 the behavior has been changed, if a server returns a timestamp telling when the file was last modified (Last-Modified header), it is used instead.
You can revert to the previous behaviour by using the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/93121/ Download Timestamp] add-on.

I installed Firefox 4 and the Orange App button plus the reload and stop are not showing.

You see the orange (on Linux gray) Firefox button if the Menu Bar is hidden, so you need to hide the Menu bar to get the new appearance. 
If you need to access the hidden Menu bar then press F10 or hold down the Alt key to make the Menu Bar appear temporarily. 
You can also place the Tab Bar on top.
* View > Toolbars : [ ] Menu Bar
* View > Toolbars : [X] Tabs on Top
Firefox 4 uses a combined Stop/Reload/Go button that is positioned at the right end of the location bar. 
During the page load process it shows as a Stop button and after the loading has finished the button is changed to a Reload button. 
If you type in the location bar then that button becomes a Go button. 
You can middle-click that Reload button to duplicate the current tab to a new tab.
To move the Stop and Reload buttons to their position to the left of the location bar you can use these steps:
* Open the "View > Toolbars > Customize" window to move the Stop and Reload button out of the location bar.
* Drag the Reload and Stop buttons to their previous position to the left of the location bar.
* Set the order to "Reload - Stop" to get a combined "Reload/Stop" button.
* Set the order to "Stop - Reload" or separate them otherwise to get two distinct buttons.
