I have a report with form letter layout.
The report contains only one page,but while running the paper layout ,the report displays more than 3000 pages with same content.
please anyone give a solution to this problem

I think there is no bad joining. b'se when the querry is executed in sql, it is working properly(means returns only one record) . This problem is not for a particular report. Any report using the "form layout", the same problem occurs.
Why this problem occurs. How can we solve it.

Won't you have more than 10 records in your data file ? If you are going to have only 10 items then you may be able to use position() function to limit it to 3 each..

How do I fax more than one page with HP Office Jet 2645

I have just bought my HP Deskjet 2645 4 in one and need to have instuctions on how to do the below please.
1. I need to fax more than 1 page at a time.
2. I need to have confirmation of how many pages were faxed and how many pages were received.
3. What must I do to get the ADF to send multiple pages at a one time and then the next time
only to fax one page, should I rather use the scanner glass for one fax?
4. I put 3 pages into the Adf, printing side up and only 1 page faxed.

1- may be you need to manage scan profile in system
Click start and type into search area WFS. u need to select fax button at left bottom sidein WFS windows and select to tools then scan setting
u have to select your device in new window and select edip profile and selec source ADF Feeder
2- Firstly you need to enter fax setup and then select to advantage fax setup. use to down arrow button and select fax confirmation u need to select which one u need in this menu.

Apex4.2 - Interactive report display more than 15 rows

How is it possible to show more than 15 rows?
If I set up in repoert attributes the row number less than 15 it works but e.g. 100
it only show me 15 and the page button to the next page.
How is it possible to work with 120 records so that 100 will be shown
and 20 on the next page?

I would assume that, for this sample case, you would want a list with 2 items, both of which are Person objects. However, it really isn't clear from your posts what you are trying to do or what difficulty you're having, so I'm just guessing.

How to scan more than one page with Acrobat 9, Windows 7?

I have Acrobat 9 Standard, with Windows 7, and am trying to scan from an HP LaserJet 3015. Prior to having Windows 7, there were no problems. Now when I scan only one page will show as a pdf, no matter how many I scan. The data shows "transferring" after each page, but only one shows up to save. The printer has the most up to date drivers. I have tried as a preset scan or custom scan, with the native mode and the memory mode, in all configurations, but nothing seems to help. What to do?

Yes. The drivers for the printer, and Acrobat have been updated. I even double checked today. Still no luck. I tried in memory mode, native mode, with pre-configured settings and with custom scan. Scans one page really good, but no more unless I add them on which is VERY time consuming.

Printing "Continue.." when report exceeds more than one page

Hi,
I have an invoice report which can prining in 2 or 3 pages too. in that case I want to print "Continue.." at the bottom of the report in the first & second page when the report output contains total of 3 pages.
Please guide me.

The requirement is to print the invoice details (lines) in the report. if there are 30 lines, first page will have 15 lines and second page has 15 lines. Since this report is of two pages, in the first page, we have to print "Continue..." in the First page bottom-right side (but not in footer) .

Column text to flow across more than one page in same column

I am trying to write a document of several pages with three, or maybe even four columns. There will be text headers in one column, alongside which there will be the main text associated with the headers. In another column there will some more key phrases, and again these will need to be lined up against particular text in the first two columns.
I would like to make the text in one column stay in that single column across the whole document, and not flow into the next column on the particular page. I know that using a succession of text boxes is one solution, but it is clumsy and is also difficult to manage. Perhaps another solution would be to use a table, but again that feels clumsy.
Can anyone advise on the best way to do this please.

Hi everyone and thanks for your help. I tried to explain more clearly than I seem to have done. Walt has understood that I want the text in column one, page one, to flow to column one, page two; and the text from column two, page one, to flow to column two, page two, etc. I thought it might have to be text boxes. I now need to learn about how to 'link' them, and whether it is across or down the page I need to create the links.
The document is an aide memoire or manual for a trainer to use. It has the media to be used in one column, the visual aid in the next column and the notes in column three. I might also include a fourth column to show essential or key questions etc that have to be used.

I am configuring Kerberos Authentication on SAP AS Java. The single-domain SSO is done and working. Now I need to configure multiple domains in a domain forest. How to resolve issue regarding multiple users with same account ID (same sAMAccountName) under different domains?

We thought about using the userprincipalname, but decided against it once we had the realization that if SPNego failed for any reason, and the user had to logon manually, they would not know their userprincipalname. This was a wise decision, as SPNego does fail for a variety of reasons. The most common is that there appears to be a 1-2 day timeout of the Kerberos ticket, and if a user leaves their computer on for that long, it will challenge them to logon manually.

How to display more than 1 page in Mail?

I have sent a two pages .PDF file to my iphone's mac account.
When I open the attachment I can only see the first page.
I have tried anything I know! Is there are way to get to the second page?

Unfortunately it did not work.
I created a 3 page PDF document and sent it as an attachment to myself from my Powerbook,
but again the iPhone will only display the first page of the attachment.
Can you recreate the problem as well or it is just me?

I have created page1 and copied as page2. 1st page is assigned with Tray1 and 2nd page is assigned with Page2.but while printing page1 is printing properly,but page2's main window values not printing(Note: page2 is not Next page). Smart form: Spool to PDF Conversion more than 100 pages.

I have an issue with Function Module (FM) CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF when the report to be converted has more than 100 pages.....i have explained this scenario as below
We have been using the FM CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF to convert ABAP report to PDF file and then send this via mail using FM SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1.....
PDF conversion using FM CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF works well if the number of report pages is less than 100....i.e the table pdf of the FM will contain the output as expected.....
If the report has more than 100 pages, the the FM CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF will schedule the conversion job as a background job and returns with a SY-subrc eq 0 and the table parameter pdf will ne empty.
Could you suggest me a woorkaround in this situtaion...i.e how do I then get the output of the background job
And any process to convert Spool to PDF if having more than 100 pages.

i would suggest you to if pages are more than 100 than you need to send report output to sp01 with spool request number by using fm job_open..job_close..
than from sp01 you can convert pdf by running RSTXPDFT4 in se38.
hope this would solve your problem.

P1006 - networked with XP and VIsta-64 not printing more than 2 pages

Hello - I have a dilemma with my HP P1006. I have the printer directly plugged in (USB) with my XP (32bit) PC. I have a Vista-64 PC networked with it. Both (XP-32 and Vista-64) are plugged in directly to the router (not wireless). My question is why can I not print more than two pages at a time with items opened on the Vista-64 PC? I CAN print more than two pages with items opened in the XP-32.
Things I've done:
1 - uninstalled everything & reinstalled the latest drivers for the XP-32.
2 - marked the printer as "sharing" on the XP-32.
3 - confirmed the printer is marked "enable bidirectional sharing" under the printer properties on the XP-32 PC.
Things I perplexed about:
1 - why won't items (docs, webpages, etc.) print more than two pages at a time from the Vista-64 PC?
2 - is there any reason that I should download a driver for the Vista-64 OS? If so, which PC do I download it to?
3 - I have another printer (Lexmark inkjet) connected in the same way (except it is a serial port not USB) and it can print more than two pages of a document at one time with no problem from either the XP-32 or Vista-64 PC? Why?
Any thoughts on this situation? Any suggestions are greatly appreciate.

I just get a system message at teh bottom of teh screen saying "output cannot be issued " and it remains on teh same screen . I goto t-code va23 and enter my quotation number and on the top I select sales document ...issue output and select my output type and print preview or prnit , it comes out of that screen into the first screen and at the bottom gives msg "Output cannot be issued". I beleiev its not allowing the smartform to display when there are more than 2 pages , because I tried it with a contact which has 2 pages and it shows output but when I try with the one having more items i.e more than 2 pages it comes out of it . Its a smartform issue and something in the smartform is causing problem I beleive.

Accessibilty tproblem with document having more than 50 pages

If a tagged document has more than 50 pages, accessibility does not work.
You need to change the settings in the wizard - set more than 50 pages.
Question: I have a document for the customer. Is it possible this option to save the document? Do I need to change it on any computer with Acrobat? What about the documents having more than 50 pages?

in the setting of any spool I selected 10000 pages as the last page... I dont have spool to check and see if it really displays all 10000 pages.
sp01> getin into some spool > hit settings buttons on the top.

The report displays more than 3000 pages with same content.
