I have made background process at 'FAGL_FC_VAL - Foreign Currency Valuation' for valuating AR, AP at May 31st.
The session was created but have not be processed.
So I tried to release and delete session, but it couldn't be released and deleted.
How can I make it released to be able to delete or be processed successfully?

Hello,
You can go to transaction SM35 and release these batch-input
session. Then the status will be changed from "In background" back to
"New" and you can process it again.
In order to process it again, you may try to release the session,
please see SAP note 12222.
Then reprocess the session in foreground in Expert mode and with
Extended log options selected.

Upgraded to 13 Thinking might resolve the issue.

Would like to seek help, that I try to upload budget using T-code KP06 from a text(tab delimited) file into SAP system by go to Extra->Excel Planning->upload but the system does not allow to upload the budget and have the following error.
1) The row inserted cannot be processed manually message Message no. K9
2) The cost element 4101110600 you want to plan has a primary cost element type.
     The cost center HNIS to be planned is blocked against the planning of
     primary costs. This block was made in the master record of this cost
      center for period(s) 001.
3)Locks or problems have occurred
    Message no. K8037
   Diagnosis
    When checking for the planning records to be processed/edited, locks or
    problems were found. Only a portion of the planning records can be
    processed or none at all.
I have check the period is not in the system by using OKP2 and the version and fiscal year is not lock and I dont not why this error message appear.

Hi Karen ,
Check master data of the cost center HNIS. The in control tab .. plan primary costs may be locked( Tick may be there). Remove the same and try to upload again..

PS CS5 error message, "The requested operation cannot be performed..."

When trying to save an image under the "save for web & devices" I get this error message, "The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open." I have the latest driver on my computer. For a while I would get this message now and then, now it is all the time.

I have this problem too. It only affects Photoshop. It doesn't happen every time I try to save for web, but it happens on all kinds of files, even new files that I have created from scratch in Photoshop. Sometimes, all I have to do is create a new file and click save for web, and I get the error.
It doesn't happen if I turn off my Antivirus program - Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security.
So I would think it was a problem with Trend Micro, but it doesn't occur with any other program and I can save files with Photoshop, unless I use the Save For Web option.

I always get the following error. This happens every time I try to use Power Query to import data (even if I try to simply load a local CSV file).
I can select the CSV file, or chose the desired online-search data source, but when the data should be pulled into Excel, I get "Error handling an evaluation process request. Cannot create process. NativeErrorCode:193"
and I'm stuck.
I have already tried to:
execute Excel 2013 as Administrator
connect directly to Internet (without the company proxy)
Set “run as administrator” to all users on D:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Power Query for Excel\bin\Microsoft.Mashup.Container.exe
I'm running Windows 8 Pro (64 bit), Office 365 ProPlus (32 bit) and
PowerQuery_2.10.3598.81 (32-bit).
Any suggestions?

Are you familiar with using tools like Process Monitor (aka procmon) for debugging? This error suggests to me that there's some kind of bad machine state that's interfering with the loading of the executable, and this kind of problem tends to be pretty hard
to debug.
Some of the easier things to do and check:
1) Run "chkdsk /f" against each of your drives to ensure there are no disk issues.
2) Enable tracing and send us the logs. There's a description for how to enable traces at

Recurring inspection lot is created automatically through tcode QA07.
But i will cancel the recurring inspection. it is stock relevant, because i cann't cancel directly from QA02> function> cacel inspection lot. So i was reversed the materials document which created when the inspection lot makes automatically through tcode MBST.
And i make the error message.
Material document cannot be processed
Message no. M7130
Diagnosis
This material document was generated through the posting of a physical inventory document, a delivery via Shipping, or some other automatic movement (such as an order confirmation in PP or a usage decision in QM) and cannot be processed with this function.
System Response
In this transaction, the system can only cancel a material document if the latter was created using an Inventory Management transaction.
Procedure
Cancel the material document in the component that created the document.
You can only reverse the goods movement created through the posting of a physical inventory document by carrying out a new physical inventory for the relevant material. You can reverse a delivery effected via Shipping using transaction VL09.
How to reverse the materials document??

what do you actually want to cancel? it looks like your inspection lot and the usage decision is done. What was the result of this usage decision? and how do you want it to be?
As you already know, a movement created from Q-module cannot be cancelled in MM with MBST.
so you need another movement created from QM module to make a transfer posting into the opposite direction.
Maybe it is easier for you to create a new inspection lot manually and process another usage decision, than going thru a cancellation process.

This is a copy of ONEof the keys in the registry I changed as told by Apple support today. I also have changed others as instructed by GEAR software support to manually delete GEAR drivers (that I had installed but couldn't delete some of the others they mentioned from Windows system 32. Then some bright spark at work told me I need the Gear drivers so I downloaded the software and installed again.

Placing your iPod into recovery mode should allow you to successfully restore the device.
You might see these error messages if any of these are true:
Your device has a beta version of iOS.
You're trying to install an earlier version of iOS (downgrading).
Your device has unauthorized modifications to iOS, also called "jailbreaking."
Use recovery mode to restore your device to the latest version of iOS.

Hey all, I have get the "the requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open" when i tried to save the my ui5 works on eclipse after i close all sessions about the related sources. After app. 5 min later, it fixed.

it seems that there is no exact solution about the issue, i thought that this is about the apache session of the related application, apache thought that the session still on going although i ended it. it is a generic problem as i thought when i google it. hope that i can find an exact solution. I am trying to upgrade WLS from 10.3.3 to 10.3.5
But I got the following:
Fatal error occurring during the installation. beasrv.exe(The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open).
I search in taskmgr this proccess but it does not here.
Also restart the server and nothing. And also unzip again the patch to another folder and it does not work.
Any help guys?

Do you have a node manager (or WebLogic server) installed as a service?
These should be visible in the task manager as beasvc.exe.
To check if there are services installed, open your service environment and look for the entries
such as: Oracle WebLogic NodeManager or beasvc domain_name.

I am using R11i. This is urgent.
The annual leave cannot be processed in self service because its balance cannot exceeds -5.
How can i modify the limit value -5 so that no constraint is imposed when taking the annual leave?
Any solution for the above issue?

Some where you are putting limit for -5. Check BG_ABSENSE_FORMULA for debug this.
Generally Global value should be set for these limit.

Windows Server 2008 R2 Remote Desktop - The requested session access is denied

Hi, I have been using Windows Server 2008 R2 since it was released, and have 100 servers up and running. I configured Allow Remote Desktop on all of them and have been able to connect to them and manage them via RDP since then. I also have two servers configured as Remote Desktop Services.
That was up until yesterday. Yesterday afternoon I started getting the The requested session access is denied. I managed all Terminal services via Group Policy and have three users entered.
I am connecting to the servers via Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7. Both clients have been updated to the latest Remote Desktop Services client.
I have been searching for the answer, and I am not finding it.
I have also tried KB954369 without any success.

Ok, from my trials and tribulations and discussions with Microsoft I have identified the following;
Assumptions;
A. My terminal server is in domain widget
B. All the users are in domain contoso
1. I had the Terminal Server configurured with a specific Login, which would launch a specific application only and not give them any desktop functions. Wiht this configured this way, I get the error I wrote about.
2. If I turn the specific login off, then I can login normally and perform the functions as Administrator that I need/want to do.
3. Microsoft said to configure the Terminal Server with Single Sign-on. I did as instructed and went thru all the steps, however because my terminal server is in domain widget, the users get prompted twice each time for login. Once on the website, and then again as the application launches. Microsoft said that the users needed to Remote Desktop Client 7.x or the self-signed certificate that I have has to be included in the domain contoso certificate authority so that they will not be prompted for the second sign-on.
4. Conclusions - I need to have a chat with our enterprise security team about including the self-signed certificate in the contoso certificate authority. I need to also work on my RDWeb website so that it meets our company standard look.

The Print Carriage Cannot Move error message

I tried to align printer because my printing output as been off center. However, when I try to run the align printer function, the printer stops after a few seconds and a few strange noises, and displays the error: The Printer Carriage Cannot Move. There is normally a sheet of paper jammed in the back carriage, but after I clear it, and try again, the same thing happens. Strangely, I don't have the paper jam issue when I copy or print (i just have an alignment problem). Why do I continue to have paper jam issues when I try to run the align printer function, but not any other functions?For instance, when I ran the clean printer function, the paper and the test came through very smoothly. What gives? please help. thanks!
