Then repair disk permissions.
Quit any open applications/programs. Launch Disk Utility. (Applications/Utilities) Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left, select the FirstAid tab. Click: Repair Disk Permissions. When it's finished from the Menu Bar, Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac. If you see a long list of "messages" in the permissions window, it's ok. That can be ignored. As long as you see, "Permissions Repair Complete" when it's finished... you're done. Quit Disk Utility and *restart your Mac.*

That error message suggests the photo is somehow corrupt.
Do you have the Apple Camera Connection Kit? You can set up a USB thumb drive with MS-DOS FAT-32 format and copy your photos to it into a folder named DCIM. Assuming they have an 8 character plus suffix name, the iPad will recognize them and give you the option of transferring them via the Kit's USB adapter.
Once they are transferred, you can find out if there is a problem with any.

When i try to watch synced video on my itouch i get "the requested url cannot be found on this server". I am able to watch the video on my pc in itunes. however, i cannot watch it on my itouch.

It shows in the video window that the video is there but when i select it to watch it i get the message and then it goes back to the video menu. It's like it's not really syncing - even though it shows on my itouch. It doesn't seem to be specific to videos downloaded to the itouch directly or itunes directly. It's happening to both.

This is happening to me too. I recently purchased about 4 music videos from iTunes, 3 of them play on both my pc and my iPod Touch but there's one particular music video that will only play on my pc and gives me the same "The requested url cannot be found on this server" message when I try to play it on my iPod. Can someone please rectify?

If you were using standard methods to build XML from Oracle (SQL/XML functions for instance), I'm sure you wouldn't have this error.

Photos won't sync: "Cannot be displayed on your iPod"

Many of my photos will no longer sync from iTunes (Aperture photos) on my Macbook to my iPod Touch. For example, out of 250 photos, only 2 sync.
iTunes says:
"Some of your photos, including the photo "xxxx.jpg", were not copied
to the iPod "Leo's iPod Touch" because they cannot be displayed on your iPod."
These same photos synced fine from iPhoto, but awhile ago I switched to Aperture. I also recently installed Lion.
Any idea what can be done to rectify this? Thanks.

Fixed, by deleting the iPod Photo Cache folders in both the iPhoto and Aperture libraries.

Hi guys,
I am trying to upgrade WLS from 10.3.3 to 10.3.5
But I got the following:
Fatal error occurring during the installation. beasrv.exe(The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open).
I search in taskmgr this proccess but it does not here.
Also restart the server and nothing. And also unzip again the patch to another folder and it does not work.
Any help guys?

Do you have a node manager (or WebLogic server) installed as a service?
These should be visible in the task manager as beasvc.exe.
To check if there are services installed, open your service environment and look for the entries

Placing your iPod into recovery mode should allow you to successfully restore the device.
You might see these error messages if any of these are true:
Your device has a beta version of iOS.
You're trying to install an earlier version of iOS (downgrading).
Your device has unauthorized modifications to iOS, also called "jailbreaking."
Use recovery mode to restore your device to the latest version of iOS.

I managed to get ultrasearch running now. The crawling process seems to run smooth. Executing a search gives me the correct result. However, i can not display the documents that are listed in the resultpage.

Cliking on this link gives me the following error:

I just tested it by accessing the search page with the following url:
http://myportal/ultrasearch/query/search.jsp
This gives me the same result and the links to the actual documents work fine now too! But it is not working from within portal, the links generated by the ultrasearch portlet give me an error.

Hi My scenario is Proxy to File
no error in moni and also in comm channel.
.xml File generated sucessfully in the target. while i am trying to open it it saying that
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Gone through the related blogs but didnt solved.

no errors in comm channel shows all the logs sucessfull.
If I open the this file in note pad it shows correct
its an xml file, its not able to open in xml shows the error as

When I try and Save for Web in Photoshop CC I receive an error message saying 'The operation cannot be completed. The requested operation cannot be perfomed on a file with a user-mapped selection open'.

Upgraded to 13 Thinking might resolve the issue.
Was working fine up until we had "Tech" come in the office and "up grade some stuff"

when concurrent complited then press view output
you can see html page with +...Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet...+
see code of page and post top 10 or may be more rows for identify xml
ps: may be you use xsd or dtd

Ui5 - eclipse "the requested operation cannot be performed "

Hey all, I have get the "the requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open" when i tried to save the my ui5 works on eclipse after i close all sessions about the related sources. After app. 5 min later, it fixed.

it seems that there is no exact solution about the issue, i thought that this is about the apache session of the related application, apache thought that the session still on going although i ended it. it is a generic problem as i thought when i google it. hope that i can find an exact solution. When trying to save an image under the "save for web & devices" I get this error message, "The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open." I have the latest driver on my computer. For a while I would get this message now and then, now it is all the time.

I have this problem too. It only affects Photoshop. It doesn't happen every time I try to save for web, but it happens on all kinds of files, even new files that I have created from scratch in Photoshop. Sometimes, all I have to do is create a new file and click save for web, and I get the error.
It doesn't happen if I turn off my Antivirus program - Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security.
So I would think it was a problem with Trend Micro, but it doesn't occur with any other program and I can save files with Photoshop, unless I use the Save For Web option.
