The Room won't open

I just downloaded and installed iTunes in Windows 7 64 bit. I wanted it to play the game The Room. I paid for and downloaded The Room and its icon appears in the Apps list, but when I click on the Rooms icon, nothing happens. It won't open.

Then why doesn't Apple say that somewhere? I saw The Room recommended on the Unity3d site, went to its page and was told I needed iTunes to play it. So I downloaded iTunes for Windows and then bought The Room through the iTunes interface. At no point did anything say The Room wouldn't work because I was using it in iTunes for Windows. This is not a good business practice!

I learned to LOVE firefox because of the multiple tab feature. I have the color tab add on and LOVE it!! But all of a sudden, the tabs won't open!!! Use Windows Explorer to open the folder containing your catalog. The normal location is Pictures\Lightroom. Locate a folder with the extension .lrdata and delete that folder. Then you should be able to start Lightroom again, and Lightroom will begin building and new previews folder. Do not delete anything else.

I've paid for Creative Cloud license but the programs won't open

I purchased the Creative Cloud license already a few moths ago but now all of a sudden the programs won't open (until this some of them have been apparently running as trials). When I try to open the program the Adobe Application Manager pops up and tells me to license the software. When I click it to continue and logg in it says "Creative cloud will now be licensed for _myemailadress_. Click continue to enjoy the software." But when I click continue nothing happens and when I try to open the program again App manager opens up again and tells me to license the software and so on. I've tried to look for a solution but nothing seems to work. I have a MacBook pro OSX 10.6.8.
Any ideas? Should I try to update my whole computer? My laptop is old and slow so I am a bit afraid everything will disappear if update it.
All ideas I should try are warmly excepted! I am getting desperate and need the software up and running ASAP.

Inarinainari please reinstall the Adobe Application Manager by utilizing the steps listed at Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html. The Adobe Application Manager has been rolled into the Creative Cloud Desktop application which is why the referenced document refers to the Creative Cloud Desktop application as opposed to the Adobe Application Manager. Since you are running Mac OS 10.6.8 it is not possible for you to run this later version.

Unable to connect and the browser won't open

Hi My brother and I switched our phone for a while but when I got my phone back, the Browser won't open anymore. I tried to connect through other browser (Opera mini and UC browser) but its still the same. What am I gonna do? With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
Please wait for one "registration" message to arrive to your Messages app
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
KB05000Delete the service book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account from the BlackBerry smartphone
If you have no CMIME entry, then skip the deletion
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
Please wait for "Activation" Messages, one per already configured email account, to arrive in your Messages. If you have no already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.
3) Reboot
With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes.
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you may have to WIPE your device and start over. To prepare, you'll want to have a full backup...refer to the link in my autosig for instructions.

It won't open at all... that's the problem. When I try to execute the program, I get the 'Photoshop.exe - Entry Point Not Found' error message.

Are you referring to a wireless router, such as an Airport Express? If so, and you bought a different router, you will need to set up the new router according to their instructions. With my Netgear, I had to go to their online website (they should have the URL listed in the instructions) and set it up there because the software that comes with routers is not compatible with Macs.
If you're talking about something else, then please let me know - I've just never heard of an Airport modem.

Adobe software is conflictive when you use Migration Assistant because their applications don't work properly after migration. If you keep the DVDs or the installers of your software, use them to reinstall all your Adobe applications and they should start working correctly

Doublechecking. Did you just uninstall iTunes, and not the related software and components?
The 7 can be caused by damage to one of the other software components associated with iTunes (most commonly Apple Application Support). If that's what is afoot, a complete uninstall/reinstall may be of some assistance:

When I scan in color the PDF won't open.

When I scan a document in 24-bit color or in True Gray with either Adobe Reader 10.1.4 or 11.0.4 It gives me an error message saying I don't have permission to write to that folder. This happens no matter what folder I try to write to. It does create a file of the pdf scan but the file won't open; the error message says the file is damaged.
However if I scan in B&W or in Gray with Error Diffusion everything works fine.
This problem appeared suddently with no apparent cause.

You may want to talk to whomever makes your scanning software. You don't "scan" with Adobe Reader. You simply use it to open files after the fact and it sounds like the scanner software is corrupting the files.

The obvious way to resolve this on a computer would be to uninstall the app, then reinstall it, however on an iOS device that would cause all the data assoicated with the app to be thrown away.
Make sure your iTunes library has the latest updates for all your apps, then backup and restore the device. This should pull back a fresh copy of the app from your iTunes library and then give it the data from your device backup.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of this exercise is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login. Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Be sure your Mac is shut down.
Press the power button.
Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).
Note: If FileVault is enabled under Mac OS X 10.7 or later, you can’t boot in safe mode.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem(s)?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.
