The save button has a null sign through it and we cannot save the project
For the last 45 minutes the save button does not work. The project link button will not let us share, use or view source. There is a null sign through it as well as through the save button.
Did you Sign In first, before starting your project?
Could you provide the screenshot of that?

When I started my old version of Firefox (3.something) I got a message recommending that I install a new version 4.0. When I downloaded it and opened Firefox 4.0.dmg, it had a Ø sign through the icon. When I drag it to my applications folder, it will not start. I get the following message "You cannot open the application "Firefox.app" because it si not supported on this system." I cannot find the previous version to re-install it, so I'm completely without Firefox.

My film I rented from iTunes has frozen half way through downloading and won't finish downloading, any ideas?
TRy to close itunes by double tapping the home button then slide up all of the open apps and try again.
another option is to turn off your ipad, logout from your itunes account and try again downloading the movie. If it still gives you error, call apple support and ask for itunes agent to see if there is something wrong with the movie you are trying to download -

If the battery was completely dead it may take some time to get it going.
Leave it pluggen into a wall jack for about 15 minutes then check back.
If not, you will need to make a Genius Bar appointment or contact Apple for a repair. -
My 2 year old has deleted my 'apps store' icon and I cannot figure out how to get it back? Doesn't seem to be available in the on-line apps store, ironically enough
He dragged the icon out of the dock at the bottom and disappeared. That icon is merely a "shortcut" that opens the application when you click on it.
You still have the app. Open your applications folder and look for the App Store app icon. Click and hold down on the App Store icon and drag the icon down into the dock to replace it. That puts the shortcut back into the dock. -
My mac air OSX10.8.5 won't connect to the internet. It says it has a 'self assigned IP address and therefore cannot connect to the internet'. Network diagnostics is unable to the solve the problem. It happened suddenly for no reason and now I cannot connect except by typing in the configuration settings manually. Please help me!
Use the Airport Utility or log into your wireless device via http and ensure the DHCP/NAT service is enabled. If accessing via HTTP, you will need to manually set an ip within your local subnet (eg: 192.168.0.x).

After logging in, theres just a blank white backlit screen and I cannot go further. It also has been showing on the screen
that the startup disk is full. I already tried diagnostics and it says hardware is fine.You will have to erase your drive because it has a corrupted directory resulting from allowing the drive to become full.
Install or Reinstall OS X from Scratch
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Erase the hard drive:
1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
2. After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the
left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Optionally, click on
the Security button and set the Zero Data option to one-pass. Click on
the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Install button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible
because it is three times faster than wireless. -

Reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.

I am playing word with friends and a commercial pops up for tiny monsters and I cannot get rid of it HELP!
Can you exit out of the app by pressing the home button ? If you can then try closing the Words With Friends app via the taskbar and see if it reappears when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Words app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Words app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -

When I first opened my itunes acct. i was sharing with my daughter. some time ago she got her own acct. i thought i should get my own too. so for the last several years i used my new acct. i reciently wanted to add some new cds to my ipod and it said that some of the songs that i purchased were no longer there. and were associated with a different acct. so i tried to log in to my old acct. but it asked for my birthday and the one i entered didnt match the records, and i no longer have the email address from the old acct to email me so i can reset the password. i have well over 100 songs that i purchased back then and i cant believe i cant get them back!! someone please help me. i love my music and i really want my other songs back.
Contact AppleCare at 800.694.7466, and ask for account security. You will need to answer some questions to verify your identity, AND you will need access to a computer to generate a temporary support pin.

Whenever I open Itunes and try to get my latest podcasts on my Windows 7 computer, Itunes stops working I get a message like" Itunes has stopped working and Windows is checking on the problem for you". I cannot download all my content in one sitting and sync my computer to my 4th gen Ipod. I reinstalled Itunes and selected repair but am still getting the same message.

That in particular, in conjunction with the other symptoms you've described, has me wondering about user-account-specific troubles.
I'd try checking first to see if the errors are user-account-specific or systemwide, as per:

I created a digital signature to sign forms using Adobe Acrobat 7.x. I really don't want or need this feature, but do not know how to remove it or keep it from popping up every time I need to sign a form. Can anyone help? I'm not that technically savvy, so please explain in layman's terms. Thanks!
It's not clear to me what you're trying to accomplish. If you get rid of your digital ID you will still be prompted to create/add one when you need to sign a form, which you say you still need to do? Do you really just want to e-sign (hand-drawn signature, or stamp) instead of digitally sign? Do the forms you're using have digital signature fields?
