How can I fix that the screen image is shaking?

I have a similiar problem. When I use skype on my new Mac Retina 13 inch my image on the screen will at times shake in a frozen position and at others just freeze up and not move. I never had this on my older Mac and wonder why this started happening with this new one.
Any idea why that is and how that could be fixed.

Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list. Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

I speak Spanish but try to leave the message in English too. SPANISH: Mi celular ZL presenta un problema, cuando enciendo la pantalla esta no muestra imagen. En otras palabras, la pantalla se ve negra. Esto sucede de forma aleatoria. Si tengo el celular en reposo (pero encendido) (por ejemplo en mi bolsillo o sobre mi escritorio) y quiero utilizarlo, presiono el botón de encendido, pero la pantalla no muestra imagen, el brillo de la pantalla enciende, el tactil funciona pero la imagen no se muestra. Cuando esto sucede, si presiono el botón de encendido 2 veces vuelve a presentar la imagen (la primera vez es como bloquear-apagar la pantalla, la segunda es como volverla a encender). Esto sucede de forma aleatoria entre días. También sucede al querer finalizar una llamada telefónica y separarlo de mi rostro la pantalla no muestra ninguna imagen lo que no me permite finalizar la llamada. También sucede de forma aleatoria cada tanto tiempo. Aunque suceda de forma aleatoria, es molesto y deseo encontrar solución al problema. He restablecido a datos de fabrica muchas veces y no se ha solucionado el problema. Soy de Colombia(país de latinoamerica) y la versión del sistema que tengo es Android 4.2.2 compilación 10.3.A.0.423. Via OTA y por PC Companion no aparece alguna nueva actualización. How to move the screen (image) when using a tool?

I know there is a shortcut and I forgot it, I am using the magnetic lasso tool and going through a detailed selection when I need to move the screen image because it is a lot bigger than what I can see. I know there is some keys to press for the hand tool to appear,,,anyone know what they are??

My IP 4500 is printing lighter than the screen image. I've run the cleaning tool and the nozzle check is OK the colour of grass is too yellow and the picture looks washed out. I've used this printer for some years and have had no problems but now I'm stumped. Anybody help?

I installed Firefox 3.6 and when I restarted the program the display image size was approximately 2/3 the size of the image provided by the previous version of Firefox.I had to zoom-in 5 times before I could read the text. How can I recover the screen settings that I had with the previous version of Firefox or how can I set new defults for screen image size under Firefox 3.6?

I have iPhoto 09 The cover of my book is cropped is perfect on screen but when I print it out it's cropped badly. There is a red exclamation point on the screen image but I have created 5 books and never had this problem. HELP

That red exclamation point can mean either that the image on the cover is below the resolution limit that Apple has set for photos to make good prints or that there is missing text in a text box or there's some text that has overflowed the text box.
The resolution limit that is set in iPhoto for photos is 110 dpi, i.e. the PrintWarningImageDPI value in this screenshot of iPhoto's preference file:

It's not an absolute thing. Many have reported getting books that had photos with the low resolution warning indicator and it was perfectly satisfactory.
But check to see if it's an image or text warning.

Under the icon on the screen it says, "waiting." On the store app page screen, it says, "instaling." I cannot get into either of those apps. If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

Copying the screen image from one slide to another

Captivate automatically switched to full motion video
recording mode while a web page was loading in my demo. I don't
need to show the page building, and I certainly don't want the huge
file size required to show it, so I want to delete the video of the
page building and replace it with a static screenshot of the web
page. It doesn't want to let me do this seemingly simple task; when
I select Copy Background from the static web page slide and switch
to the live video slide, I am unable to paste the background
in.

That worked. Only thing is, after I deleted the full motion

It is a newer MacBook, just over 1 year. It is well cared for, hasn't been dropped, etc. I don't want to pay for expensive repairs for such a new computer, and I certainly can't afford a new one!
I've tried updating my system like the Support page suggested, but no improvement. The problem started just the other day, and is progressively getting worse.
.... as I typed this, it did it again. Only, this time it did not flicker and shake, but got 'pixelated' (pixels came up checkered-like darkened and lightened). It did this for about 2 minutes and then stopped after I did not touch the computer.... Now it is flickering... HELP!

Screen image moves when moving the mouse

I inadvertently changed either the mouse or expose settings last evening and now my screen is magnified so that some icons are off screen. If the mouse is moved the screen image jerks over to reveal the hidden areas in a horrible way. Does anyone have any idea how I can get things back to normal? AJ

You should be able to change the magic mouse's settings
and perhaps select to turn off some of the features which
have enabled the unwanted effects.
Since I have an older single-button Apple Pro black mouse
with the clear case and black/green circuit board inside, I
can understand the issues a newer design mouse brings.
Several multiple-button mouse products I've tried (not wi-fi)
were unsatisfactory due to the unwanted effects set into
motion by various accidental activations.
The Magic Mouse has a touch-surface, so you may have
to try and find out what settings have triggered the effects
you have no need for, & either change them, or turn them off.
The touch gestures sometimes activated by just trying to
use the sensor-laden top section of the Magic Mouse is
an area you may have to do some searches into; some
sites had discussed different matters regarding this item
and some topics include custom gestures. There may be
some kinds of custom software to modify the unit, too.
