The screen magnified and I want to restore it to actual size.
My screen is magnified and I can't get it back to "Actual size". How can I restore it to the original size? I think the wireless mouse was involved.
Hold the control key and scroll or swipe down.

Please help me. I know I can place them on the desk top, and return each file one-by-one, but is time consuming. My time machine was backedup back in september, and I don't want to lose pics I took and saved since then. Please let me know if thre is a "restore" or "put back" feature on the Mac OS X 10.5.8.
Kind Regards,
SteveI don't think "Put Back" is available in 10.5. Might try Cmd-delete (but if Put Back is not available, I guess the shortcut won't be either.) If the shortcut works, you must restore them one by one.
If they are not from your user, you do not want to move them first to the Desktop and then move them to their original locations. Doing so will complete screw up their Permissions. If these are not from your home folder and If Put Back is not available, you must use what will be the very tedious sudo mv command in Terminal for each. But sounds like they are from your user, since they are pictures. -

When playing music on my ipad the screen freezes and i am not able to view album covers or make any changes i am only able to hear what i selected.
This is the third time it has happened since i updated to the new IOS 5.1. It never happened before.
If i go to Summary and restore the ipad to the factory settings then i'm able to run it as normal.
Is this a glitch in the new software,or a problem with my ipad?
Thanks for any helpThanks Russ H and Ross H!
I'm finding Multicam, combined with Compound Clips to be extrememly efficient.
I started with 2 different video clips, along with 2 different audio clips.
Layed out both clips side by side (visually, they are on top of each other on the timeline),and made that a single compound clip.
Then I laid out both audio clips on top of each other on the timeline and made those a compound clip.
So now I have
2 original individual Video shots
1 compound video shot of the 2 above side by side.
2 original audio tracks
1 compound audio track
Next I made a multicam track, and added to it all 3 video shots (2 original + 1 compound) And I added the compound audio track. I set that audio track to be "the" track.
It's just a little bit of setup, but really not that bad, and the ability to use the multicam feature to switch between shots, while keeping everything in sync is fantastic!

Hi. I brought a new iphone 5 and I wanted to restore it to one of my previous iclouds but it's not letting me - the icloud backup is a iphone 5 6.1 ios and my current is iphone 6.0.1 ios - please advise what i should do...
Hi ldyazch,
You will need to set it up as a new phone, not from a backup, first. Then, after setup is complete, go to Settings > General > Software Update. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi and have at least 50% battery power. After then update downloads and installs, you can go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
This will let you go through the setup again, and this time you can choose your backup. -
Updated iphone 5 and it want to restore and back up the phone i have done this 3 times, some advice please
Hi Alan Parrock,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you are not able to restore the iPhone. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

I m having problems with my iPad 2 gestures. The screen enlarges and will not respond to my attempts to restore it. Is anyone else having this problem? What is causing it and what helps to restore normalcy?
Try double-tapping the screen with 3 fingers and see if that zooms it back out - and if it does set Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom 'off'. If it doesn't zoom you back then try triple-clicking the home button and see if that turns it off, and if it does you can then change what a triple-click does via Settings > General > Accessibility > Triple-Click Home.

I tried to migrate my files from my old G4 book to my new Macbook Air. It did not work properly and I want to restore the Air to its original settings. How do I do this?
You will need to use an external DVD drive to run the disc installer that came you your machine. You can also do it with another Mac using the Remote Install Max OS X app. Finely, if you have access to another computer, you could burn the install image on a USB thumb drive, boot from that, erase the drive and run the installer.

I bought my iPhone5 4 months ago and now the camera is not working, it only displays black in the screen. I've tried reset, restore for how many times but still the problem is not being resolve. Any help from you Apple team?
There is no Apple here, this is a user to user forum. When you said you restored, then you restore as NEW?
If you restored as New and still the problem persiist, then it time to take a trip to the Apple store. -
I NEVER entered a password for the backup but now I want to restore my iphone and itunes asks for one. What can I do?
@Razmee209 is right there is nothing you can do if it is an encrypted back up
iOS: Troubleshooting encrypted backups - Apple Support
BUT you could try to see if you have a back up that is not encrypted. If you go to iTunes Preferences (On a Windows go to Edit Menu under the Play Button - On a Mac click on iTunes at the top left) Click on Devices and if you see a back up that does not have a lock next to it you will be able to restore from that back up without using that password.
Encrypted passwords are set up at the time you create the back up. -
What if I pass the restoring option at the beginning by mistake and I want to restore? Help me please.
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
In that case, you have to set up the iPhone again. Open Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings, and set up the iPhone again, so you will see the option to restore your iPhone from the iCloud backup
