My iphone 5's screen got cracked by accident.It is under international warranty as it is from dubai.Will it get replaced???i live in India.

My screen's been cracked (mostly an internal crack, although small parts of the screen have chipped out) for about a week now and it's starting to bug me since it makes it rather hard to use my phone. Basically, I'm having a hard time deciding whether it's worth waiting a month for a phone that will have a few improvements over the iPhone 5.
I've considered replacing the screen on my iPhone 4 (I actually ordered a replacement screen, but it was the wrong one so chances are it'll be two weeks before I get the right one, so I'd probably just replace the screen and have it as a back up phone, or just return the wrong screen for a refund).
Anyways, from what I've read it seems like the improvements from between the 5 and 5s are that the 5s will have a faster processor, better camera, and a fingerprint scanner. Considering that I don't lock my phone and I don't have a problem with the speed of my iPhone 4, the only thing I really see myself caring about is the camera.
I don't want to regret getting the iPhone 5 right before the 5s release, and likewise I don't want to regret putting up with my current phone for another month (possibly more, depending on shipping/out of stock delays) just for it not to be worth it to me. What are your opinions about the situation? I realize it's somewhat of a tricky answer, but I'd like to hear some opinions of those with better experience than me.

The screen on my iPhone 5 is pretty cracked up yet all the features worked til I upgraded 2 iOS7. Yesterday my camera stopped working as well as my flashlight. The shutter will not even open. Today the battery's charge drops rapidly and the phone gets very hot. While I'm still under warranty I do not have Apple Care. I have scheduled an appointment with the Apple Store tomorrow what can I expect to happen? Will I have to come out of pocket? What type of replacement if any can I expect since the 5 has been discontinued? PLEASE HELP!!!
Generally, with damage to the device, when you go in to get it looked at for a warranty issue they look for damage. And COULD possibly try and charge you. You will have an option though. Alos restore from recovery mode before going in. 1800MYAPPLE can help with that.

today on the way to work it was raining heavily when i got to work my coat and pocket was soaked with my i phone 5 in it i took it out and wiped the screen off when i got to work and put it in my bag the likfe was on like 50% when i go on my break like 4 hours later my phone is dead and would not turn on for a while when it did it had some writting in the top left corner ive tried resseting my phone on i tunes and nothing has helped and the phone is relatively brand new so i need HELP?

If your screen is flickering, you might have a hardware issue there. I would take Macie to the doctor and have her checked out.

The screen on my Iphone 5 is consistently freezing. I have restored the factory settings but that didn't work. I have downloaded the latest apple update. Not sure what else to do or if it is a known issue? It happens on any screen, even the lock screen and the only way to unfreeze it is to press the top button to switch to sleep mode then click the round button and enter in my pin again. Any suggestions would be most welcome!Restore the phone as new, and do not restore anything from a backup.
If the phone still doesn't work properly, you will need to bring it to an Apple store to be evaluated as it most likely has a hardware issue.

The screen on my iPhone has gone black while I was using it. It just "shut off". The phone is still working as I can hear/see it when it plugs into the computer, but the screen just wont turn on. I've tried the soft reset "holding down home and lock screen" and i've tried to restore settings. I went to the apple store and they said I had to send it to my provider (in another country) but my phone contract has run out.
Is there a way to fix this?
If not, is there some way apple can replace the phone? It's less than 2 years old. Surely the screen shouldn't just give out like that.

Last Friday, the broken glass of my phone g3 replaced. Since then, remains the screen of my iphon regular black. The battery is not empty. By the restart I get my phone back to life. It always comes back sooner. The last 24 hours 3x. Is there a solution?
Since Apple doesn't repair iPhones (they replace them) you will have to take it back to whoever "fixed" it. Since it's been opened by an unauthorized 3rd party, it is no longer eligible for replacement by Apple.
