The search only shows my library - no store. have version 12.0.1.26. Once I upgraded the search itunes store disappeared. Any ideas?
What are you viewing when using the search box ? If you are in the store then it should search the store - is that not happening ?

In iTunes 11.0.2.26, an Albums search by track names returns albums as if they only have one track on them, but I still want to access the entire album. How can I have the search results show the entire album (with just the searched for name highlighted)? For instance, I'm wanting to play an album with a particular track on it or I'm searching for albums that include that track. iTunes incorrectly assumes that all I'm after is that one track and then incorrectly displays the album as if there is only one ttrack on it. This is a bonkers default setting. Can I change this?Click the search magnifying glass and uncheck "Search entire library".
Type in the name of the track.
Click the album of interest to show tracks.
Select the track.
Press the X in the search box to clear the search.
Double click the track you want to start playing first.

Photos in iPhoto album are only a hash-marked outline the image only shows when scrolling how can I see the image and open the photo?
Make a temporary, backup copy (if you don't already have a backup copy) of the library and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Select the options identified in the screenshot.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

one fine day yesterday, my i phone just hangup lost all contact detail. The screen only show a picture depicting cable connection to iTune. I have tried to restore iphone to factory setting but not working . May i know how to proceed to recover lost contacts.
I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

I had my last ipod stolen, when I got the 5th Gen I restored from my old ipod from itunes and now there is a bunch of crap on there that I don't want, but the songs only show up on the ipod so I can not delete them off of the ipod from itunes. Any quick fixes to remove the unwanted songs, or do I have to start over completely?
Do they play on the iPod?
If not then they are corrupted.
Connect the iPod to your computer and look at the storage used by the various categories as shown in the colored bargarph in iTunes.
Come back with the results.

If the other is larger than about 1 1/2 GB that indicates corrupted file. -
My apple TV is not working. The light blinks but the TV only shows the apple picture and nothing happens. Any idea why?

Thank you for the information. I did what you said but it is still not working. My apple box works with my wifi so I think the wife was disconnected and I can't figure out where to go to set up the wifi pass word for the apple box. Any hits would be appreciated if not my next step is to ship back the box to apple.

SAPScript: why the window only show the LAST line

In my form, one of the window only show the LAST line of the it.
I have set the window enough space, also when debuging the program , open_form, write_form,
all of those sy-subrc = 0.
both static texts and dynamic texts are set in the window, but only the last line shown.
Anyone could help me?

There are several possibilities to resolve your problem.
You can work with 2 main windows on in1 page.
With NEW-WINDOW you switch to the next main-window
How to use it.
make an item in main window with that /: NEW-WINDOW command
if you are ready with first loop call a WRITE_FORM with that NEW-WINDOW statement.
to cojntinue in the other main.
Other possibility is. (in case there are not ot many lines)
Use for every line other variable names.
Fill these in the loop. And after loop WRITE FORM
eg. (if maximum is 3 lines)
&VAR1_1& &VAR1_2& &VAR1_3& &VAR1_4&
&VAR2_1& &VAR2_2& &VAR2_3& &VAR2_4&
&VAR3_1& &VAR3_2& &VAR3_3& &VAR3_4&

my iphone is detected in itunes as normal, but screen on the phone only shows apple logo??? restored and everything but no difference its weird, it restores successfully and stuff but once done the screen only shows apple logo.. note:while restoring everything goes through as normal on the phone it shows the bar loading etc.. but once complete just stays on apple logo.
It can take a few minutes to reinitialize, but if it stays on the Apple logo for as much as 10 minutes there is something seriously wrong. Try restoring again, and set up as a new phone rather than installing your backup. If this fixes it you have a corrupt backup. If this doesn't fix it the phone is broken. Or possibly jailbroken.

And if yes, that you had 11 installed on your last computer? Did that come on a disk or download? If disk, have you now lost that disk?

I typed in data into the highlighted text box, and then tried to print my form. However, when printed, the copy only showed a portion of my answer. Is there a way to expand Adobe Reader's highlighted text to show my full response, or should I make my responses only as long as the highlighted portion allows?
While printing any pdf file it will print the visible text only. To overcome this, the form needs to be dynamic so that it expands in layout while entering more data. Usually dynamic forms are developed by Adobe LiveCycle Designer.

I think I found a solution.
Problem here (openSUSE 122 x64) is, pulseaudio is/was installed but was not started in a correct way.
I try to show very briefly what i did:
* check/install: alsa-plugins-pulse and alsa-plugins-pulse-32bit, libpulse-mainloop +32bit, libpulse0 +32bit, pavucontrol, pulseaudio*
* VERY IMPORTANT: check settings with paprefs! I had to make this changes:
TAB: Network Access -> check "Make discoverable PulseAudio network sound devices available locally"
TAB: Network Server -> check "Enable network access to local sound device"
TAB: Simultaneous Output -> check "Add virtual output device for simultaneous output on all sound cards"
* changed the Desktop Icon cmd to: ( pulseaudio & ) ; env PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=30 skype
* start the "icon"
* config the correct outpu/input device & sound level in: pavucontrol
(skype has to be running to see/configure it)
all this worked for me, maybe not all is necessary. i don't know.

My computer was reformatted and after I installed iTunes and synced with my iPhone 4S, the playlist only shows on my iPhone and not on my computer in iTunes.
Any suggestions as to how I can get it back on my computer?I've been experiencing the same problems, until my friend told me to manage my songs and albums manually instead of syncing it. to do that, connect your phone to the macbook via usb and go to 'songs', and scroll down. check the box that says 'manually manage songs and albums', and from there all you do is drag-and-drop your playlists into your iphone under the 'device' tabs. as for the random songs, uncheck the box that says 'automatically fill free space with songs'. hope this helps!
