The sender address "my email address here" was rejected by the server

I had to trash my mail folder and mail preferences folder becuz it wouldn't open no matter what I did. Now that I have it opening it's giving me the error that I've used for the subject line. What have I done wrong here? why wouldn't the server recognize my email address? I can recieve mail.

It could be any number of things, but the error indicates that your ISPs server doesn't recognize or accept your email address as a valid customer. Maybe your ISP requires SSL to send email, or uses a different port number, etc.
That's why it's best if you talk to them; they're charging your for their service, so they should help you with errors generated by their system. If you get them on the phone and try to send email to that person while you're talking to them, you can test it in real time and if you get the error again, they can troubleshoot the problem with you.

    It could be that you’ve exceeded the .Mac sending restrictions, as described in the following article:

    I can't answer why you are not able to connect to WiFi but I can tell you to try the basic things, turn WiFi off and on again, restart your iPad, reset network settings, reboot your router, forget your WiFi network and try again .....
    The issue with the email is probably a password issue. Make sure that your password is entered in the incoming mail server setting and in the outgoing mail server setting as well. The outgoing server setting can be accessed by tapping on the SMTP under the Outgoing Mail Server Setting and then tapping the smtp.comcast.net in the next window under the Primary Server Setting.
    The outgoing mail server setting will be in the first window when you tap on the Comcast account in the Mail settings.

    I have yet to find an email server that does not work with Mail.app. Your solution will be to configure its ports and send/receive protocol according to the email server's requirements.
    Try the Zimbra support forums. I found this excerpt from a relevant post:

    You probably have changing settings disabled in Restrictions.

    I have many times sent images I take on my iphone to myself at home to import into iphoto with no problem. Today I try to do this and I get a message "A copy has been placed in your outbox.     You may have to go into preferences in your shaw email account and enable mobile deveices and also type in your password.  I had to change my password because it wasnt strong enough apparently.  Then changed the outgoing mail server and incoming passwords on my iPhone to the new one I made and it worked.

    I had the same issue on my iPhone 5S.  My internet/email provider told me to uncheck (turn off) USE SSL under Mail settings, and it worked perfectly for me.
