The SMTP availability of the Receive connector

Question

Hi,
I'm looking for some guidance on this if possible.  We've rolled out our first Exchange 2013 environment and we're receiving the following event log entries:

I don't appear to see any issues with this however I don't fully understand what it's trying to tell me?
Essentially I want to stop it alerting out of hours and waking up our on call engineers.
Any advice/explanations would be welcome.

I don't see how Zi Feng's response can be marked as the answer as it is not. At least it's not a complete answer. Exchange 2013 monitoring has a couple of default monitoring thresholds that are set quite high initially. One is the
DataProtection\LowLogVolumeSpaceMonitor for each database. The default threshold is really high at 190gb. This article discusses how to set an override for this monitoring threshold;

There is also the MailboxSpace\StorageLogicalDriveSpaceMonitor threshold which by default is set to 100gb. You can set a global monitoring override for it to something that makes sense for the size of your drives.
So I could see where Exchange monitoring could "think" it had a low space issue. I've got overrides set for both of these monitoring thresholds and I'm not getting any other events regarding low diskspace and all healthsets return a healthy
value. But, I continue getting these 1040 SmtpReceive errors regularly. So if you truly want to take credit for this being the correct answer, please explain your answer more fully because drive space is not a problem for me and other posters.
