Hello,
I upgraded my Playbook yesterday as the software was released and today I decided to do a security wipe and start fresh. The device rebooted and I followed the prompts, entered a valid WiFi SSID, connected to the WiFi network and when it tries to do a software upgrade (Normal Process) I get the following error message.
The software update cannot be verified. Please try again later. (15)
Can anyone please help?

i can no longer connect to itunes. a message comes up "we could not complete your itunes request. The itunes store is temporarily unavailable. please try again later. but when i use a different acct. it goes through right away . why did this start happening?
I don't know - but I am having the same problem and have not had any useful help from Apple Support. Everything they told be to do has been done and it hasn't fixed the problem.

Do you mean trying to purchase an iPhoto book? Try rebooting and ordering again. If that fails Boot into Safe Mode, Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode, and try ordering from there.

I am getting an error "The catalog selected is currently unavailable:Please try again later" when select a sold to party. I am not getting this every time. Only sometimes i am getting this error. When i delete the temperorary files from internet explorer sometimes this error is not coming. What might be the reason for this error??

Please let us know whether the error is thrown for all the sold to parties or for some.
This error is caused because the catalog cache is flushed out . A quick solution would be to replicate the product catalog from the CRM system to TREX system. -

Software update will not download. Try again later
I've tried to I to update my Apple TV software For the past several days. An error message reads, "unable to download at this time. Try again later."
I had the same problem and after several failed tries I did a reset on the Apple TV . When the reset was finished I tried the software update again and it worked OK.

Solution to Error: "The item is being modified. Please try again later"
I've been dogged by this message for months now, unable to update previously purchased apps to their newer version. After a bit of research this morning, I believe I've solved the issue. Hope this helps those out there with the same problem!
Somewhere along the way, I changed my e-mail address AND my "apple ID" on iTunes to same. Since that time, any old apps that I had purchased and installed on the iPhone have received the error message when trying to update.
What you need to do is to sign in to your "old" iTunes account (or possibly change the apple ID back to the old one) within iTunes, and then synch the iPhone again. Doing so will change your apple ID on the iPhone (temporarily) and allow you to update those old apps.
When complete, don't forget to go back in and reset the login to your current one! Good luck!They've been having problems with various albums. it's listed at two different prices but appears to be the same album. Others who have had this problem have clicked on the review page and downloaded their selection from there. I don't see that for this selection.

Last night I was watching programs on Apple TV with only one problem: I was not able to purchase the entire season of "Homeland" but could purchase and watch individual episodes. Today I am able to watch only previews and trailers from iTunes. After attempting to purchase a program I keep getting the message: "Apple TV is. Unable to connect to the server at this time. Please try again later." I am able to watch programs on Hulu, Netflix, etc. without problems.
Any suggestions?I have a similar problem. After a recent update I cannot access the iTunes Store to resubscribe to Hulu. "Cannot access iTunes Store at this time." Dunno what to do.
