The song i purchased got deleted how do i get it back??

When I got the song, it only played half of it then it cut off. So I deleted it and tried to redownload it, but it won't let me.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the entry for the broken track from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your track there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

Check Settings>General>Restrictions and make sure that you didn't disable it.
You can also reset the home screen layout and the icon will reappear - but the home screen will return to the way that it looked when you first activated your iPad.

You do not mention what version of OS X you are using.
To reinstall iCal, you must have a system installation disk. Here is the procedure for OS X 10.6.
1. Insert the Snow Leopard Installation disk into the computer.
2. The disk will appear on the desktop.
3. Double click on the "Optional Installs" folder.
4. Double click on the "Optional Installs.mpkg."
5. Click on (Continue) in Introduction.
6. Click on (Continue) in Software License Agreement.
7. Click on (Agree) to agree to the terms of the software license agreement.
8. Click on the disclosure arrow ▶ next to Applications.
9. Select (✓) iCal.
10. Click (Continue).
11. After iCal has been reinstalled, download and install the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1 to bring iCal up to the most recent version.

You'll have to repurchase it. You can try and contact iTunes support and explain the situtaiton them, but them allowing a free redownload of the video is not guaranteed.

Hook up your iPod, there should be a selection somewhere that allows you to sync the iTunes purchased content ONLY back into your iTunes from the iPod.
Non-iTunes purchased content needs a third party utility, look at iLounge or elsewhere for it.
As always maintan a backup of your content on external medium, cd/dvd/external drive as Apple will not redownload content.
You bought it, your responsible for it's preservation.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

I dont use iTunes since I have a windows laptop. I use CopyTrans , a program that basically emulates iTunes but is simpler. However it wouldnt allow me to delete U2s album from my phone.
After removing one song iTunes "updated" my phone's song list but in reality just deleted every song on it ( except for U2's atrocious album !!)

Unless you backed up your iTunes purchases to an external drive or burn to CD's, even though you see the purchases in your payment information history, you will have to repurchase. Just make sure and back up your iTunes media in the future.

Well I have always had a printer icon in the Dock, launched or not launched (as in the screen shot below,) right next to the scan icon. Neither of which are launched at the present time.
