I have downloaded "La Vamo a Tumba - Tu Musi-k De Todito, Vol.1" (2009) and the sound is really bad. can i get a refund?

Are you in a country where you can try deleting the song and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone (or the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes) ?

If you don't buy your music from itunes you can go to amazon.com and simply copy the artwork from their and paste it into itunes. Select the appropriate album or track within your itunes, right click and then select 'get info'then paste it into the artwork box on the right hand side!

I have had this same problem for weeks now with my 4S. I just got a new 5S after being extremely frustrated and the same thing - no sounds. After searching posts all over, I couldn't find a solution. I just told my friend of the issue and he asked "Do you have the Do Not Distrub on?" I didn't even know such a function existed. Upon looking that was exactly the issue.
To resolve, go to Settings> Do Not Disturb> Manual. If it is green, turn it off. You will now get phone calls and text alerts.
This functionality is also on your quick access utility menu (slide up menu). I assume this is how it was enabled on my phone.

Connect your phone to computer, and sync like this. Check the boxes for the playlists, artists, albums you want to sync. Then click Apply. If you have enough space on your phone, you can choose Entire music library.

I don't know if this will work but it's worth a try. I wonder if somehow you ended up with a short inside of your iPad. Give the things below are trying to see if that helps. Good luck.
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

If the song does not appear in your Purchased folder, then you can go back to the Store, select the song again, go select "Buy", and press Enter. iTunes knows you already purchased it, so it won't charge you again. It will, in fact, tell you that you have already purchased this item, and will ask you if you want to download it again for free....
Just in case it is not to be found in the Purchased folder!

What model and year is your MacBook? Some older MacBooks don't support Audio out via miniport/HDMI (the display miniport is video only).

I bought an album but 3 of the songs stop playing half way through, it's just silence. Can I get a refund and if so, how?

Recently, I bought the Adam Barnes album and I put it on my iPod. When I started listening to it and it was great. But when it got to track 4, it played the first minute and then it was just silence for the rest of the 3 and a half minutes song. If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
