The specification is in read mode?

I created a material spec and add some data to nutrition & compliance tab,
then run CACS.
it also in draft status, but its edit button is disappeared.
I create a issue for the spec. and modify something and save. it appear a message said "the spec is in read mode!"
and the edit button disppeared again in new version .
it also can not be modified now.
what reason cause this problem?
the Agile4P version is v6.1.1 and database is oracle 11g

Hi Terry,
first of all, I think you can only see 'CACS' button when spec is in Read Mode.
if current user doesn't have Write Permission to this spec,when user saves the spec, the spec will automatically turn to Save&Close status. that's why the edit button disappear because user doesn't have Write permission. all you need to do is changing the workflow to grant the user Write permission or assign user with 'SPEC_ADMIN' role so he can edit regardless of workflow write restriction.

I can't find the READER Mode in the Search window? I'm using OS X 10.10.1 and Sarfari 8.02

Once in a Web-Site, if I wish to read an article I could click on the READER box in the Search Window and just the article would come forward blocking out everything else.

Disable Reader mode and enable the tool bar across the top

I need to know how to basically make Reader 10.1 look like the older versions before reader mode. I have found the registry key and the option under preferences to turn off Reader mode but these settings do not turn the old tool bar back on with out hitting F8.

How to enlarge text in reader mode in safari on iOS 7?

Hi all,
Just wondering if anybody could tell me how to enlarge the text when in reader mode on Safari in iOS 7? Before in iOS 6 this was very easy; you just needed to press an icon that had bigger text display while in reader mode itself. But now it seems with iOS 7 you cannot do this. Please somebody tell me that there is a way to do this?

Planning form in read mode

Hi John,
We have a peculiar problem
In a form when we select YearTotal in column, the form is in read mode but when we select IDescendants of YearTotal, the form is write mode including the YearTotal field.
We are using Planning 11v.

I would expect YearTotal to be read only against a bottom up version if only that member was on the form, if Idecendants(YearTotal) was used then I would expect it to be writeable.
If it was against a Target version then it should also be writeable.

READ MODE for Hierarchies

Hi,
I have a Navigational attribute hierarchy in my query definition. The performance of the hierarchy is really bad after BW upgrade.In RSRT the technical info says
Read Mode : Read During Navigation/Hierarchy Drilldown
Is that possible to change to Read during query load for only this query?
What are the possible way to improve performance of the hierarchy drilldown rederring?

What is the impact of changing to 'Query to read all data at once'?
Reporting Agent -
I enabled 'Precalculated Data' for web template read mode. I ran the reporting agent to pre-calculate data.
I am trying to test whether if the data is pre-calcualated then will the improve the performance of the hierarchy.
IMPACT -
1. All th other navigation options are diaslbed, like 'arrow mark' to open web item tray.
2. Hierarchy nodes are not opening.
3. Context menu got disabled
It looks like a complete static report.
Did someone experienced this problem?

Is it possible to disable Firefox reader mode on Android version of browser for specific pages or category of my website. Use information message instead of Error message.Then it will not give u that field in non-editable mode.

Hello,
You can change the query read mode in transaction 'RSRT', here are the steps:
1) Access transaction RSRT and enter the query name
2) Select the 'Properties' option
3) Un-check the 'Info provider' setting next to the 'Read mode' --> This enables you to change the read mode of the query --> Execute
4) Choose the option 'Generate Report' to re-generate the query program

Table toolbar disappeared in the screen reader mode in Oracle ADF

I have a validation message box(pop up) opening from a button action from page fragment(jsff) page and in screen reader mode the message box shows up as default on the same page instead of pop up message box and
and below the message box there is this message information "Press escape to exit this popup." and when I click ESC key it then shows up the main default page with the table toolbar disappeared. In the screen reader mode the ADF framework is taking total control over the showing message box as default on the same page instead of pop up message box and showing below message " Press escape to exit this popup.". My question is how to edit this page and is there any way to get rid of below message information. I also want to know does ADF provide any API in screen reader mode to control the table toolbar disappearing. I really appreciate any help or advice or any work around to solve this issue.

I'm using JDeveloper 11g (11.1.1.4.0) which has come with accessibility feature(screen reader mode). I have no idea of which version of screen reader that Jdeveloper IDE has.
I use IE 7 browser and it is mandatory I have to use IE7 browser for this project. All I need help is how to get control of web page( jspff) when we use in accessibility mode. we configure like this

Why is the 'Next' button in 508 Screen Reader mode not working for RichTree

Hi ADF Experts,
My JDeveloper version is 11.1.1.8. The 'Next' button in 508 Screen Reader mode for tables works fine.
However, it does not work for trees, I can see only the first 23 or so items.
Any ideas?
What am I missing here?

There is no official JDeveloper version is 11.1.1.8.0!
If you use an internal build ou should post to an internal forum.

Reader mode available on only some of the wiki pages.

Long story short I have a script that runs to create a back up of the info in our wiki. The script is set to change the view to reader mode so that the info extracted is cleaner without all the wiki buttons etc. My issue is that the Lion Server's Wiki does not seem to generate a reader view for all pages only some. Can't seem to find what determins if the page gets the reader option or not. Anyone out there know?

I'm no expert but until one turns up I have an idea for you to think about.
When you move to one of your gallery pages it appears that you are losing the URL to your slideshow or the javascript. This might be because the gallery folder is one step removed from the root than the other pages.
You might need to change the paths to take account of that added level or move the gallery pages up a level.
Hope I made that clear and like I say, I'm no expert.
Did you define your site in Dreamweaver?

2) While your project is being published and saved, open another window
Server Settings -> Manage Queue Jobs
3) Here you can view the progress of your current Project Publishing update, check if all goes smooth and your project is published successfully without indicating any errors :
( to view any error look at the last column of
table on Manage Queue Job page)
4) Also in your Project window see if the project is published and not saved as Draft.
Basically this will give you a fair idea of your project being published or not.

I use "Essbase Java Api 11.1.2.0" to manage my essbase server.
I made a script based on sample to make a cube in read-only mode and I have an exception when the cube is already in read-only mode.
So is-it possible to check if the cube is in read-only mode with the essbase java api ?
