The 'summary' option tool bar ain't there
I am trying to download .WMA audiobooks from the library using Overdrive Media. Overdrive requires that iTunes be set to 'manage music manually'. The tool bar that should contain 'summary', 'TV' and other categories contains only 'settings' and 'content'. I have uninstalled and re installed iTunes 3 times, connected the ipod (2nd gen) both powered and not powered.
Thanks for any help. I am from the etch-a-sketch generation and do not have any children to show me this stuff.
You add a bookmark by touching the box with arrow icon at the upper left. If you want the bookmark in Favorites navigate to that folder in the bookmark dialog.

It sounds like you may be running Acrobat 11.0.07, is that correct? If so, please choose Edit > Preferences > General. In the entry Scale for Screen Resolution, choose 100%. Save your changes, and restart Acrobat. Did that do the trick?

i was getting to know my firefox so i accidentally unmarked the menu bar the book marks tool bar and the tool bar. so now only my tabs are visible and i cant get to any of my add-ons or extensions.
and even surfing the net has become difficult cause there is almost nothing i can do with a new empty tab.
how can i get these bars back. i tried taking the cursor up to the thin line above the tabs and the window border but the menu to mark the above mentioned features does not appear any more.
i tried restarting firefox several times but it didn't work. i even uninstalled and completely downloaded a new version of firefox and installed it but the problem still persists.

Two days ago I downloaded the web developer tool bar (aus2.mozilla.com). I tried to use it but gave up. I deleted the tool bar.
I don't have any images anymore. I use Google.com as my home page (default) and the large GOOGLE isn't there anymore. Application Builder removing the menu and tool bar
In Labview 8 we can use the application builder to disable the tool bar on the VI when during the build. Under Labview 8.2, the source file setting no longer affects the menu and tool bar of the top level VI. In my particuliar case, I want to remove the ability of a user to abort the VI from running after the application build, but I want the abort ability during the debugging phase.
Under Labview 8.2, you have to alter the custom window for the VI. In the previous version, you can do it on the build module.Have you tried to set the properties of the Main VI being built? It should default to these settings but you can still change them. See attached picture from 8.20

Using the Default standard Tool-bar with a new screen.

Do you have the Text on a Path tool in it's place, or no tool at all? If you press and hold any tool with samll triangle in the lower right corner, like the text tool, it will expand to show you the other tools available in that spot.

How do you set the "add-on" tool bar to disapear when it's inactive?
I discovered the bottom of the page "add-on" tool bar.
I downloaded the progress bar and it's working just great. Exactly as it should be.
Now, how do you make the bottom "add-on" tool bar disappear when it's "inactive" and become "visible" only when it's "active"?Hrm... that may be true and this may be a function of the phone email client that Apple just doesn't do.
No, I can easily MANUALLY delete the messages. I would prefer if I didn't have to do it twice, tho. Once on the mail server and once on the phone.
What I think the phone needs to do is, when it checks the POP, anything NOT there should be removed locally. I think you are correct on POP; the phone will poll the mx (mail exchanger) and the mx will pass off the messages to the phone. The phone then keeps ALL of that unitl you manually delete it.
If, say, I remove a message from the mx, I would like the phone, when next polls, to see that that particular message isn't on the server anymore and remove it locally.
Perhaps it's just me but if I delete the message on the mx itself, via my ISP's webmail interface, I really don't want to have to remove it again from my phone.

Only sone picture icons show previews in Finder
I think it's only since Thursday's most recent security update, but when I open a folder containing pictures, only some of the thumbnails show previews. Others just show a generic thumbnail with the file type instead of a preview (jpeg, Raw, etc.). S
