The system preferences say I'm not an Admin, but i'm the only person using my computer

I'm trying to change the size of my dock, but it says "this is dimmed because it's managed by your system administrator" http://imgur.com/1HUcE0k
But when I go to the Users and Groups part of the System Preferences, it shows me as the only user and it says Admin under my name. http://imgur.com/EycBV5l
