The time keeps changing on my iPhone 5C even though I've manually set it. Help!

I've been having trouble since yesterday where the screen was just black as if it was switched off. I couldnt unlock the phone or see the screen at all but I could only hear the phone when it rings but the screen remained black.
I restarted the phone by pressing on the main button and off button for 20 seconds and it came on. Since then the time has been off be an hour no matter how i try to fix it manually. I was even late for work this morning because of it and I need a solution ASAP
please help

It sounds like you the time is acting unexpectedly on your iPhone. I recommend starting by closing all the open apps on your device:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that and restart the phone and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Follow these steps. Test after each step to see if the issue is resolved.
Ensure that the version of iOS on your device is up to date.
If the option to enable date and time automatically is available, turn it on. Tap Settings > General > Date & Time.
Ensure that your time zone is set up correctly. Tap Settings > General > Date & Time > Time Zone.
If the incorrect date, time, or time zone is being set up automatically on the device, please notify your cellular provider. In the meantime, tap General > Date & Time and turn off Set Automatically. Then set the appropriate time and time zone manually.
Note: The option to set automatically might not be available on all carriers in all countries.

Note: If you find that your device's time is incorrect after you sync with your computer, your computer's time may be incorrect. Verify the computer's time in System Preferences > Date & Time (you may want to select the checkbox to set the computer's date and time automatically).

This is a known issue with the iPhone 5. Turn off the automatic time setting for the time being. It will most likely be corrected in an upcoming update to iOS if the tech press is to be believed.

What "once a day" really means is "every twenty four hours starting from the last time they were updated". Just manually update them tomorrow morning and you should find that the time has changed.

"Budget Exceeded" error not appearing at the time of changing PR but appearing at the time of PO change.

At the time of PR value change after creation of PO budget exceeded error is not appearing even though the PR value exceeds the budget. But at the time of changing the same value in PO, budget exceeded error is appearing.
List of steps:
PR created.
PR released
PO created with reference to PR and released.
PR value changed to a value more than the available budget - No budget exceeded error.
PO value changed in accordance with the PR - System throwing the budget exceeded error.
Now the issue is why the system bypassed the budget exceeded error at the time of PR value change and only giving the error at the time of PO value change. Also, we observed that while changing the quantity in PR which results in exceeding budget, system is giving the error. But while changing the value system is not giving the budget exceeded error.

From the above output i think system is not capturing the PR commitment. I'm not sure as i'm basically into MM and dont know much about PS.
Why the system is stopping with budget exceeded error at the time of PR creation and not giving any error while changing the PR value after PO creation. System is giving budget exceeded error if quantity is changed in PR. Please explain the standard system behavior and suggest how to enable control at the time of PR value change.

WRT54G the SSID keeps changing on it's own every few days on my secure network then I need reset the SSID and Key again

It would help to know how the SSID changes exactly, i.e. what SSID you have set up and to what it changes.
Does you router have a secure easy setup button? On the latest WRT54G models it should be a button with a Cisco logo. Do you or anyone press that button?

Am I missing something?
For example, I have 3 songs that are part of a compilation CD. I've change them to no longer being part of a compilation, and changes all of the tags of Arist and Album artist to the artists name, however they still show up as 'Various Artists' on my iPhone.
Any ideas?

You may find you need to remove the songs and then add them back again.

How old is your macbook, and what condition is your battery in?
I doubt you're being hacked - more like your battery is dead.
Try doing both PRAM and SMC resets, setting the system time and seeing if they hold. Ensure you are connected to a power source.

(The modifications I made are not there, so it's not really saving but why the date is changing then?)

All I can suggest is that you open that file on the MBA and save it as a new file, then see if you can open the new one on the iMac.

Try deleting the account from the iPod and try reentring all the information again. A lot of times it is easier to reenter the information rather than trying to find and correct the error.
Try Googling for how to setup the email account for your provider on an iPhone. You can try for an iPod Touch but frequently that does not exist.
