The Tolerance limit for type "1" not running in Av. Control

In my project I am unable to see the effect of Warning on budget even though Activation type 1 with tolerance limit "1" is activated for 50% of budget.
The actual cost are posted by MB1A against reservation to the activity and material reservations are created.
Although when the costs exceed more than 50% the system status shows BUDG ISBD AVAC for the said WBS.
System does give the error on reaching 100% level of cost i.e. no "3" tolerance limit is successfully running.
A reply /suggestions shall be appreciated.

    ELIKZ will be set at the goods receipt stage automatically, if the GI = GR quantity. This behaviour applies to intra-company stock transport orders and cross-company stock transport orders. See note 196280.
    With stock transport orders the 'delivery completed' indicator is only relevant when there is no stock in transit The tolerance quantities from the purchase order are not taken into account.(see note 34737).
    It is possible to modify the standard to allow to set the "delivery completed" indicator for cross-company stock transport orders. This modification is contained in note 167795.

    Rename Health Service State to Health Service State_old --- @ "C:\Program Files\Microsoft System Center 2012 R2\Service Manager"
    Start SCSM Services
        Microsoft Monitoring Agent
               System Center Management Configuration
       Microsoft System Center Data Access Service.
    Wait 2 min...
    check Event Viewer...

    I install and reinstall itunes many times following the "Support instructions" but nothing solve my problem.
    At the end of each re-instalation, when i start itunes i get this message "The software required for iPhone is not installed. Run the iTunes installer to remove iTunes, and then install iTunes again".
    The driver USBAAPL.SYS, and the Apple Mobile Device Support is never installed.

    We are working on the stock transport order scenario, and the steps are as below
    1. Stock Transport Order
    2. Outbound Delivery
    3. Post Goods Issue
    4. Inbound Delivery
    5. Goods Receipt
    In our scenario, we were not maintaining any price in stock transport order and the invoice receipt at item level of STO is unflag.  When we set the tolerance limit at stock transport order level and during goods receipt, if we post the excess stock then system is not allowing to post the stock and showing the below Error -
    Message no. M7022:PU Withdrawn qty exceeded by...

    Thanks a lot for your time.  The problem was resolved, we maintained the tolerance limits at purchase order level and the same will be reflected at goods receipt from inound delivery.  We cannot use either purchase value key function or GR/IR Tolerance since our stock transport orders doesnt have any price and not relevant for invoice receipt.  Hence, the tolerance limit in sto is feasilble option for us.

    My SCOM 2012 console all of sudden stopped working when I changed the size of the SQL database for the SCOM server.
    The setup is all on a virtual machine running windows 2012, with SQL 2012 running SCOM 2012 SP1. Everything was working until I made the SQL server database size change.
    Now I am getting an error when I try to open the SCOM 2012 console. It just says Failed to connect to server servername.internaldomain.com The Data Access service is either not running or not yet initialized. Check the event log for more information.

    The issue got resolved after refresh the SCOM Data base access service  account in SQL 2012.
    Unable to launch the operations manager 2012 R2 console after extended the C drive of the SQl server ,getting error "The Data

    Got to your SQL server -->databases-operationsmanager--security-users--locate the daa service account and refresh.issue fixed and am able to luanch.

    can you please check the following -
    1) SQL services are running.
    2) Data access service is running. you can try restarting the service too.
    3) check that the OpsMgr database is not full.
    4) start the 'SQL Vss writer" service.
    5) check the sql server error logs.
    6) Check your SQL accounts too.
    7) Try this too -

  • Tolerance limit for invoice

    Hi all,
    We have a requirement where we need to put tolerance limit for invoice both at the line item level and header level of the invoice. Also both % and absolute tolerance limits.i.e. if the invoice is 25 EUR or 3% more than the suggested price, it should be blocked. It is true both at line item and header level independently.
    I tried in test systems and at line item level, we could achieve it thru configuring PP tolerance key.
    Also at the header level, BD helps in achieving the Absolute tolerance.
    But how can we configure at header level, % value of tolerance limit?

    I don't think there will be separate tolerance limit for header level in invoicing, it will not allow you to post with diff values in item and header.
    Just check and let me know, if this wrong.

    Before going further, are we using domain admin account to use netdom and adsiedit.msc? Whether it is true or not, please try another admin account to check if the issue persists. Besides, to use netdom, we must run the
    netdom command from an elevated command prompt. If the issue persists, please try to join the machine to the domain from the machine itself to see if it can be successful.

    We have 7 computers on a local network 3 of them have local printers 2 and are brand new Vista equiped. we shared the local printers on the vista machines but they are unaccessable from one vista to the other... it works from an XP to a Vista, but not from a Vista to a Vista.... go figure.... When we try to add the printers, the error message that we get is: "windows cannot connect to the printer. the local print spooler service is not running. please restart the spooler or restart the machine."

    Problem : error 1075 and Local print spooler service is not running.
    problem description : I have a Lexmark x4270 all in one. I installed the driver for it in my new laptop running Vista. Turns out the driver is not for Vista but XP. I uninstalled the XP driver and downloaded a Vista driver from Lexmark. When I try to run the printer software I get a message "Local print spooler service is not running. Please restart the spooler or restart the machine." I tried all of that. I have looked this problem up on the web and it is quite common with Vista. Many of the "solutions" say it is a problem with an incomplete removal of the incorrect printer driver and they show how to correct in the registry. I am not comfortable tinkering with the registry and thought I'd consult with you first.
    I tried "everything" I could to fix the problem of getting "error 1075" fixed in my HP laptop running Vista.  HP came up with simple solution below.  The regedit part is what fixed mine.  I did not need the safe mode part.  I think Lexmark should add the solution to your knowledge base.

    Get "System Center Data Access Service" is running Automatic not manual and verify that SQL server is running and connectivity between SCOM and SQL is up and not slow for any application run on background.
    To make sure that no application take utilize connectivity between SQL and SCOM. Try to restart SQL and SCOM and check again.
