What is the formatting issue like? Could you please elaborate a bit more.
If it is because of varying lengths in the data then it can be handled by utilising a CONCATENATE RESPECTING blanks.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plug ins as well as gone to the trouble shooting area for these plugins. I have tried installing firefox again. I also tried using beta 4 and I had the same issue. Also it is taking forever to load pages.
Did you make sure that your firewall or other security software isn't blocking the plugin-container process?

I have an problem in the data formating in the TXT file while sending as an attachment via an email by using the FM "SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1".
For eg:
The data in the TXT file is looking like as follows:

L O U D S P E A K R O T H E R 3 8 Brown 0 00042
and so on
But it should come as :

0 0 0031 L O U D S P E A K R O T H E R 3 8 Black

I got an iphone from apple store US and am located in egypt , the device has hardware issues and need swap as stated by apple stor belfast when i was in ireland but they cannot swap it in EU as it is purchased from US , please advice how i can get this swapped without any extra cost on me , this is really frustrating
The warranty is valid in the original country of purchase:
http://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/products/iphone-english.html
Note:
IMPORTANT RESTRICTION
Apple may restrict warranty service to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the Apple Product.
You will either need to find a local repair shop and pay for it. Or you will need to ship the phone to someone you know in the US and have them take it to Apple for evaluation and then have it shipped back to you. All this will be at your expense. Also note that Apple do not accept direct shipments. -
Can Apple replace my macbook pro (mid 2012) retina's battery if I think that the battery health has gone bad/in need of and renewal???
I've had my Macbook for about 11 months now and i use it every day; its gone though about 420 cycles of charging and using the power, and i noticed the battrey preformance has decreased (as expected). The problem isn't sevear yet but it would comfort me knowing that i could replace the battery in the near future
Please contact me or answer the question if you know anything about this!Exitio\'s Apple wrote:

No only if they think under warranty/AppleCare, but your likely able to pay for a new battery if they have them, which they might not yet since it's such a new machine still.
BTW, I have a Early 2011 17" MBP, 27 months old, charges to 97% and has only 14 cycles. -
Write data to .txt file with formatting
Hi,
I am trying to read data from serial port and write it on to a .txt file. I am able to write onto the file but it has got no formatting. What I would ideally like to do is, read the data from serial port, take only some parts of it and write on to the text file with proper formatting. Also, I would like to use the same file to append data each time. I am also having issues setting the pointer to EOF. I would like to append to end of file.
This is my sample data
18:33:23 02/10/10 28.32 0 LAC 0.378 mg/dL 0000\
18:33:23 02/10/10 28.32 0 GLU 102 mg/dL 0000
that is being read from the serial port. From this I would like to take only columns 1,2,3,5,6 and write onto the .txt file.
Can someone provide some pointers? I'm using Labview 6.1
Thanks,
SukanyaIf you know what "charecters" you don't want it is pretty easy. A little more difficult when they are unwanted only in certain places in the string. There is a remove whitespace function in the string functions palette. There is also a search and replace function in the "additional string functions" subpalette, that can be set up to find all instances of a char and replace it with something else, an empty string if you want to just delete it/them from your string.

Oracle Virsion: 9.2.0.8
Patches applied:
Oracle Patch: 5726045 - Successfully patched with zero return code.
Oracle Patch: 641703 - Failed with Error Code 200.
Scenario:
I have to apply CPUJAN2008 patch on 55 different servers located at different places in different states. Previously some other DBA had written a Windows NT Script for applying patch CPUOCT2007 on these
55 differnet servers which have the same instances, same filing system, same oracle version, same directories, same oracle_home, etc. In other words they are replicas to each other. For the purpose of
patching, the script is the best option. The Script for CPUOCT2007 was never went through, hence I am trying to test this CPUOCT2007 script and if tested allright, I will make certain amendmends to make it
ready for CPUJAN2008 patch.
Problem:
I tested the script for CPUOCT2007 patch and encountered the following problem:

1. OracleOra920Agent
2. OracleOra920TNSListener
3. OracleServiceMission
4. OracleServiceReposit
5. Distributed Transaction Coordinator
Here it shows as follows when I execute the command lsinventory:

I have a VI and an attched .txt data file. Now I want to read the data from the .txt file and display it as an array in the front panel. But the result is not right. Any help?
Attachments:
try2.txt 2 KB
read_array.vi 21 KBThe problem is in the delimiters in your text file. By default, Read From Spreadsheet File.vi expects a tab delimited file. You can specify a delimiter (like a space), but Read From Spreadsheet File.vi has a problem with repeated delimiters: if you specify a single space as a delimiter and Read From Spreadsheet File.vi finds two spaces back-to-back, it stops reading that line. Your file (as I got it from your earlier post) is delimited by 4 spaces.
Here are some of your choices to fix your problem.
1. Change the source file to a tab delimited file. Your VI will then run as is.
2. Change the source file to be delimited by a single space (rather than 4), then wire a string constant containing one space to the delimiter input of Read From Spreadsheet File.vi.
3. Wire a string constant containing 4 spaces to the delimiter input of Read From Spreadsheet File.vi. Then your text file will run as is.
Depending on where your text file comes from (see more comments below), I'd vote for choice 1: a tab delimited text file. It's the most common text output of spreadsheet programs.
Comments for choices 1 and 2: Where does the text file come from? Is it automatically generated or manually generated? Will it be generated multiple times or just once? If it's manually generated or generated just once, you can use any text editor to change 4 spaces to a tab or to a single space. Note: if you want to change it to a tab delimited file, you can't enter a tab directly into a box in the search & replace dialog of many programs like notepad, but you can do a cut and paste. Before you start your search and replace (just in the text window of the editor), press tab. A tab character will be entered. Press Shift-LeftArrow (not Backspace) to highlight the tab character. Press Ctrl-X to cut the tab character. Start your search and replace (Ctrl-H in notepad in Windows 2000). Click into the Find What box. Enter four spaces. Click into the Replace With box. Press Ctrl-V to paste the tab character. And another thing: older versions of notepad don't have search and replace. Use any editor or word processor that does. -
The project file ' ' has been renamed or is no longer in the solution.
Hello Folks:
Developing on Win 8.1 Pro, Visual Studio 2010 Pro, C++.
I'm revisiting a project I haven't touched in over 2 years.
Attempts to build result in a pop up displaying this error:
The project file ' ' has been renamed or is no longer in the solution.
And the build terminates.
Things might have changed in the underlying static libraries used by other projects.
I've looked through the Solution Explorer and the project's properties "Framework and References" window but I don't see anything with such an odd name.
How do I resolve this problem?
Thanks
LarrySome other things to try:
1. Reload each project in the solution (Right-click/Unload Project; Right-click/Reload project). See if any of them has an issue reloading.
2. If you have multiple projects in the solution: Make a copy of the solution and load the copy. Go in Build Dependencies and uncheck all. Now build each project individually and see which one has the problem. (Some of them might not link
due to missing libraries, but that's OK. You just want to see that the build starts). Double-check which configuration Visual Studio picks when it builds each project; if they are not all the same, the problem is with the project configurations.
3. Load the solution file with the XML editor. (Make sure no other Visual Studio instance has the solution open when you do this). Check each Project line for oddities, specifically, empty or mangled names, or missing project files. Also
check the Configurations. It could be that the problem project doesn't have an equivalent configuration to the one you are building. Sometimes the configuration definitions in the solution file get messed up. -
How can i check the unzip file has finished unzip process?
i am using 7zip to unzip the file. java program can check the unzip file has finished unzip process?
Edited by: rayray2008 on Feb 12, 2008 7:14 PMDownloading and burning Linux or Windows ISO images for example with a single flipped bit can cause system instability nearly impossible to track down, and not otherwise detectable. An MD5 checksum (OR SHA) check will quickly detect any such transmission errors. Not something anyone I know bothers to use unless it's important data. The temporary fix of changing the about:config setting, then expanding to full screen in downloads was working. But now, based on my interpretation of comments made on the authors Sourceforge page, Firefox has made updates that prevent the MD5 Reborned Hasher from working in Firefox at all. If that's true, I would really like to know the reason. With all this talk of NSA spying, I would think more people would be interested in making sure someone isn't tampering with their downloads. I have no idea. But I do believe the wonderful volunteers at Firefox need to figure out a way to make this valuable piece of security software whole again. Thank You.
PS: For those needing to verify a file, you might want to try the "Microsoft File Checksum Integrity Verifier" kb841290 . It's old, but does large file MD5 from a command prompt. -
How XI will read the .txt file
Experts,
i AM WORKING ON A FILE BAPI synchrounous scenario.
Sender will drop the required file on XI directory and XI will pull the file and map it with the BAPI u2013 and crate services entries in SAP SCM. If errors are encountered during the process they are returned to the client in a report or as erroneous file.
*I have a .txt file( tab delimitted file) in the folowing structure
H NAME date *** data_txt 676869*
C a b c
C d e f
H name Account brat abcc 12333
C a b c
C d e f hjhdkf
like this multiple entries, ll be getting .
Based on H ( indicator), Have to get the data. How will I do in XI file adapter? Please help me how should I design the file adapter so that It can read the .txt file.
I have created the sender data type similarly to the structure of BAPI.
Note; H indicates teh Header and D indicates teh sublines. Together it is called one service entry. Aagain Next 'H' indicates the strat of next service entry.
Thanks
VeeruNutan,
I want the flat file data in teh following xml format
<Records>
<Header>
<Item>
<data1>1</data1>
<data2>2</data2>
</item>
</header>
<Header1>
<Item>
<data1>1</data1>
<data2>2</data2>
</item>
</header1>
</Records>
Records-- o to unbounded
Header--- 0 to 1
header1-- 0 to 1
Item--- 0 to unbounded
My input .txt file , fields are separated by a tab. I mean its a tab delimitted file.
The main tag Records is 0 to unbounded.
How to do the content conversion for the same.
Thanks
Veeru

Premiere CS6 won't import mov files, the message: "file has no video or audio streams" shows up instead. How can I import the files?
MOV is a wrapper that can contain many different codecs. The message you get is indicative of a distribution codec inside the MOV wrapper. You may need to convert the material to an editable codec before importing.

The PDF file has illegal entries in bfchar block in ToUnicode CMap (03042008)
While creating the pdf document in Adode indesign CS3 i get the pdf file has as a illegal entries in bfchar block in ToUnicode CMap
Tell me Why this pdf has a illegal entries
How to resolve this problemI assume you mean a CID font, not a CMAP font – since there isn't such a type of font.
To your issue, you need to decode the string first as a series of single byte characters and then as double byte. This is true for all strings in PDF.

how can we do this............??abenstex wrote:
That really would be a pity, because the final answer might be interesting...;-)Pending a definition of "turminate button", it wouldn't be too difficult to generate a new txt file on pressing it. No idea why you'd want to, though -
I want to upload a Banner to my iTunes U page.
The banner file has all the requirements like as, kind, size, frame, and etc.
Infortunately, I could not upload the file. It does not show in Provider Page Configuration or the preview.
Someone could help me?Sounds like a driver issue. I never tested in bridge, so I could be wrong. But it sounds to me that when you are connected to that screen, your settings are not set to the full resolution of that screen.
